Small, family-owned business. good people! they almost always (90%) have small/medium rats for my snake, and even their large rats are not TOO large for my ball python.

I got my son a Hamster from here the person who helped me was kind made sure the hamster was kind (wouldn't bite) she helped me get a cage and bedding for the hamster. And o my goddess them puppies it was hard not to get another dog they were so cute!

I cant rave enough about this place. They help as much as they can, and although they are very well educated in multiple animal care areas, if they don't know something, they will find out. Absolutely love this store. I will put off going anywhere else before I know I can't get something here for my pets.

Mike is a great guy, they have rats 🐀 in stocks again if you're looking I'd say he's the guy to ask. Cornerstone Critters in Bryan, Ohio is the best local small business for pet lovers they carry all kinds of products for a variety of animals and he also has great staff on hand waiting to answer questions and concerns . In the back are fresh and salt water tanks. The tanks are in terrible condition and alot of the fish looked sick or dead. Some of the fish where even tagged wrong.

Who I assume to be the owner (an older male) is extremely rude, and the entire place is extremely dirty and overpriced.It is better to order what you need to online, and wait for shipping instead of contributing any profit to this business.

Wide variety of pets and products. All mammals had nice clean places, the one I bought was not stinky or unhealthy. Could not say the same for all the fish tanks or the fish in them.

This was the 1st time my son & I have visited this store. This store has birds, cats, puppies, mice, reptiles, & fish. It is a nice store and fairly large. We played with the puppy and browsed the store. We are fish people and especially enjoyed browsing the fish and new tank selection.

I walked by the store front on a Sunday. The business was closed. You could clearly see 5 or 6 puppies in a smallish fish tank on a stand in the middle of the store. They were yelping and jumping. They were so big their heads were over the side of the tank. I have never in my 50+ years witnessed anything like it. Completely inhumane. I will be calling animal control first thing Monday morning. Shame on this business.

I love it there. They have so many animals and different dogs every week. It's like a tiny zoo. The people who work there are very sweet. I go there just about everyday and they say hi and I enjoy the animals.👍

Would recommend shopping here. Once we have seen a lady helping some children with their injured pet even tho she didn't have too and the animal wasnt one of the stores animals. We go here to buy live feed for our animals. And I have bought several animals from here guinea pigs , birds, fish and ect. They have all lived or are currently living full lifetime expectancy. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable! Five stars!

Nice pet store, they always have different kinds of puppies fish and birds and stock and the store is loaded with all kinds of great supplies for all kinds of animals. Friendly staff I would highly recommend going there for your pets needs or especially if you're wanting to look into getting a puppy of some sort of specialty breed

To be honest, the guy there is a... You get the point. He doesn't know what he's talking about when giving advice. His knowledge of reptiles is really bad. Some of the animals there were in poor health and living conditions. I understand that it's only supposed to be temporary, but some of those creatures will exhibit health problems withing a week. He just doesn't maintain and house them in acceptable conditions. Even some of the fish tanks there were really dirty. He yelled at my mother for taking a picture of herself with one of the puppies. Seriously, this place is to be avoided at all costs. The only positive thing I can write about this store is that the girl there is ok. She seems to care about the animals, whereas all he cares about is making a profit.

I was not acknowledged when I walked into the store and when I needed help, I had to hunt someone down to help me. Poor customer service and terrible knowledge of animals. Also, within a week of buying a moss ball, all of my fish died. One of the fish that was killed had survived for months before that, and an 8 foot drop off a mantle, so he was clearly a hardy fish. Very disappointed with every experience I've had from this store.

My choice to go to for my reptiles.. They do normally have snakes, fish, birds, ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters, bearded dragons, iguanas, frogs, puppies and other critters on hand for sale as well as supplies needed for their care.. Highly recommend a visit there..

I happened to walk by this place on a Sunday and they have dogs in cages in there with no water or no food. And that’s just the puppers idk what else is in there without food or water. I’m a huge animal love and this broke my heart in a million pieces.

Went to to get guinea pig. Had a nice slection. Very clean place. Animals where all in nice set-up. Nice slection off all animals. Would recommend this pet store to anyone. They are very nice people to work with.
