Why is the 10 items or less line not open? This is the 2nd time I came in and I have to wait behind someone that has 50 or more items.This was the last time I spend a dime at a store that don't value their customers!!!

Went there with a coupon for buy 3 get to free six pack coke on Wed. at 4:00. Store was out of regular coke. I asked for a raincheck but was told that they no longer offer rainchecks. This is bad business. I'll shop elsewhere.

The Bakery Department is absolutely AMAZING!!!WE had a full sheet of white and a half sheet of chocolate done for our wedding and BOTH were absolutely PERFECT and beautifully crafted!!!I went back for another full sheet half white and half chocolate for a cake for a Masonic event. I was late ordering it and had it made the day of the event and that cake was BEAUTIFULLY crafted as well!!!The Bakery staff is AWESOME, better than spot-on, friendly, I just cannot say enough to express my appreciation and happiness in their skill!!!

We did a late night shop after 11 because walmart was closed. We only needed a couple items to get us by but we decided to do our full shop here and give it a try. We usually go to Walmart, but we figured why not. Not a bad store, has everything you need plus more. The prices are significantly more then walmart, though. We spent $145 on items that I bet would've costed us $80-$90 at Walmart. So be prepared if you do a full week's shopping here. A good store if you need a couple items to get you by! And can't forget to mention, the bakery cookies were fire 🔥

Great store for quiet shopping and calm environment; for slow shoppers who like to comb the isles. Very enjoyable grocery store for kids to have a car shaped shopping cart, and no toy isle to distract them.

I have a low opinion of "loyalty cards".It seems without the card you don't get the sale price they used to draw you in. All you have to do is register. Why do they want my name and address?I've been shopping at chief since the 60's. Now that I know chief uses themthey can no longer consider me a "loyal" customer.

Great pricing ,A nice variety .Great IPA selection .Long isles stacked high. Clean older styled store, lots of frozen foods,a nice Deli and Bakery. I didn't see a lot of organics here or gluten free foods.Which I aim for. But I liked the prices and the set up. so that helps.If I lived in the area I'd shop here .

180 bucks and literally only 3 bags of grocery, the produce half rotted, place looks dingy and grim, literally dust gathered on stock and pantry items. check out kids super kind but seemingly distracted by phones and well just no.. not what it was a few years ago.. needs an overhaul..

Although this is a store i very seldom visit...i will say that it was a pleasurable experience! They had good deals and friendly staff! And with their loyalty program you can save even more money which is obviously always a great day!

Not only am I an employee there but I am also a frequent shopper there. The meat department has amazing choices and great prices. The deli and bakeries are fantastic and smells wonderful as I shop throughout the store and I can even smell the delicious smells while working! As I work as a cashier I see new things all the time and many times will try them myself where otherwise I would have just continued to buy the same old stuff I always shopped for! I really like Chief store in Bryan, OH!!!

Never have any issues finding what I need. People are always friendly. I just wish in the mornings on the weekends they would add another checkout. More and more people are starting to do there shopping first thing in the morning and I just think it would be beneficial to add another. I know we are living in crazy times right now so not going to complain to much about it. Just a suggestion

Chief has been around for years! Prices tend to be higher than Walmart but as for produce and meat, they cannot be beat on the amazing quality! Butchers inside and you can order a variety of stuff the way you want! Definitely a great place and great people!

Chief in Bryan has some occasional good deals. The employees are really friendly and helpful. But cleanliness of the store, quality of the produce and fresh meat is unfortunately questionable a lot.

I'm new to the area and only been there a few times but everyone has been very friendly. Store is clean and well stocked. Vegetables and fruit appear fresh. Prices are decent.
