Food was tasty and met my expectations. The overall restaraunt atmosphere was fairly standard for a fast-food place, however it was notably cleaner than most fast-food buildings (which is definately a plus in my book). This location's staff were all friendly, and I felt casually welcome. My only real complaint (and this has nothing to do with the employees) is that this location appeared to be somewhat understaffed. Took me a bit longer than I expected to recieve my food, which I was picking up inside the restaraunt as a mobile order through the app. But the staff were all bustling about and working hard, so no fault to them.

They told us they had two people call in and were very short staffed. When we explained we called earlier to make sure the lobby was open and said they were, yet when we showed up a few hours later it was closed. We told them we drove about a half hour to get there and was told the lobby was open, the manager was very accommodating. She just asked to be patient. They were very good to us. We appreciated the way they worked with us. We'll definitely be back.

I visited this place today with my son and ask for a three piece meal. Well she was rude as she told me no and her exact words were you see there is going to be a problem with that. It was how she said it that made me think that these people need a refresher in manners and customer etiquette. If you can't be polite on the intercom the. Stay off and sweep floors

I was there on 8/4/22 and was sadly very disappointed. I only wanted a rootbeer cooler, but was told they don't have a blender. Really? An A & W without a blender? Orders were taking a long time to fill, and they skipped me. I had to ask for my cooler. The ladies room door lock was broken. The person taking orders had to make change from the cash register at the drive-up window. The AC must have been out because it was very hot inside. The employees seemed harried. I won't be going back.

I ordered my fries without salt and it has taken 25 minutes to bring me my order. This is totally unsatisfactory.The reason I ordered my fries with that salt is because of health reasons.Highly recommend that in the future all fries are served without salt and a salt packet be included within the bag.

I have been here 4 times and they always look closed and never have food available. I went there today and was told they were out of chicken (shared store with KFC). I said that's cool l am here for a burger. After I order my burger l was informed the burger grill is down. No burger and no chicken guess the employee's are getting paid time and a half to do nothing.

I was very disappointed. I went to get Kentucky Fried Chicken and waited in the drive through a long time as the lobby was closed. A lady came on and said they were out of regular and crispy chicken and we'd have to get nuggets. They should have a clue of how many people come in a given night and make sure they have enough chicken ordered. They were closing at 7 p.m. as they had training meetings they had to attend.

We ordered KFC in Bryan Ohio didn't get my fries couldn't order cheese curds cause they didn't have a frier on for them. We waited forever to order and pick up we were just upset for waiting so long and didn't get what we ordered or didn't any sauce for chicken strips.

This place has definitely fallen off. It use to be clean, fast & nice service. First off... it was filthy. The workers were walking over debris & what looked like garbage in the back where food was being made. The workers all seemed to be teenage males & half of them were walking around trying to act busy. Our food took a good 15-20 minutes to come out & my burger had absolutely nothing on it when I asked for ketchup, mustard, pickle & onion & since our fries were the first thing they put on our tray they obviously were cold by the time they got to us. Although they did replace our fries they gave me back the same exact burger minus the onion I asked for. I do not recommend this place nor will I be back. :(

Every single time we go there something isn't right. They are always out of something, usually something a little common sense says you shouldn't run out of. I think snails could offer faster service. The food is sometimes cold, but mostly it is ok. The store isn't the cleanest and honestly some days I wonder how it stays in business. The owners obviously don't care. If I could give less than a one I would. Get your act together A&W/KFC.

A&W and KFC in the same place what? This place is awesome! They always have a great menu and the two varieties combined so well in one place. It is relatively easy to see from the road and I have never gotten any kind of problems with my orders, go for the chicken stay for the root beer float

Cons - The place was extremely dirty. Our feet stuck to the floor and we had to clean our own table even though there was only one other couple there. The service was very slow and I don't believe the teens working today really wanted to be there. Pro's - The fries were good.

Food was very good but the place wasn’t clean...sticky counters, dirty tables & my shoes stuck to the floor, especially by the soda machine. A horrible smell was in the air, similar to sewer gas We ate & went to counter to grab a sundae & shake to take home. Stood at the counter for approx 3-4 minutes without service. People walking around doing nothing, one sitting on a table behind a wall swinging her feet, another girl screaming someone’s name...we left without being served. Will never return...food isn’t worth the horrible service or dirty restaurant.

Ordered floats and fries. Floats were great. Fries were definitely old and soggy. Tasted like onion rings. Constantly have problems with their fries being disgusting.

I've seen a few conflicting reviews and it wasn't until I visited that I understood. It isn't "dirty" but it doesn't feel clean. All the tables were a mess even with the dining room empty, the high chairs were all covered with gunk and a few booths have large holes in them. The service isn't great and you feel like an inconvenience needing to order. The food was "ehh" but decent enough. I'd recommend getting a large rootbeer to go.

The wait was incredibly long. Like 45 mins at 515. However it was worth the wait. Once we finally got to the speaker the service was surprisingly fast. They def exceeded my expectations.

We sat in drive thru at the menu where you give your order for nearly 15 minutes saying hello multiple times to get their attention before anyone acknowledged we were even there. After that the person taking our order was just flat out rude. Never will be going back here again.

Food good. Drive through always super slow. 15-20 mins is not fast food. Probably won't go back. Not to mention after finally receiving our food, I had to go inside to get the sauce they forgot to put in my bag.

This was a horrible place to visit, while in the town of Bryan, OH. Service was slow, food wasn't hot, soda machine had more water than soda! Asked if we could get soft drinks and was told "I can't get to that." Ridiculous! First and last visit to this spot in any town! 1 star is as low as I can go.

KFC is Bryan is super!!! They do so much for the community. They provide all the frozen unused chicken and biscuits to the Sanctuary homeless shelter for feeding the poor! Thank you 😊

Wish there was better fried chicken but not so sure bryan could support it. First off its a KFC A&W for any that dont know the chicken was ok the hot dog my kid had (turns out he was sick and ate later) no complaints.
