This review is way overdue!! I’m commenting on the in-house grooming run by Brooke and Amanda. They did our two Biewer Terriers and my Yorkie and it was hands down THE best experience we’ve had with groomers ever. Brooke did an amazing job on all three my pups. Glad we found them after our move from South Africa.They are simply incredible!A big thank you from Charlie, Milo and Henry!!🐾🐾🐾

Currently sitting in front of the store. My fiancé and I drove here to pick up the dog food I ordered online as our 3 labs are out. Of course between work and the 8 inches of snow that came down, we came as soon as we could. We arrived at 8:55pm and upon pulling up it was clear the store was already closed, despite their hours being until 9pm and no note on the door to notify customers of the early closing.My fiancé got out of the car to go up to the door and the two employees in the store proceeded to ignore him. So I called the store to say we were here for a pick up and I watched the female employee laugh as she and her male coworker ignored the phone as well. I even flashed my brights to get their attention and my fiancé went to the door again and knocked. They both proceeded to hide from view and behind shelves to avoid us.I’m extremely upset with this store. We were here before close and literally just needed to be handed our dog food, but we were ignored, laughed at and even mocked. So now we have to go home after wasting time and gas and make our dogs some dinner because two employees couldn’t be bothered to stay open until their posted time and decided it was better to pretend like we didn’t exist. I will contemplate spending my money on dog food elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Pet Supplies Plus.

Today I took my yellow lab Mack to the groomers to get his nails trimmed. Mack doesn't like having his nails trimmed. We've always had his nails trimmed at the vets office he has snapped at the vet. We've never been able to trim them ourselves due to Mack not liking his nails trimmed. The groomer at Pet Supplies Plus is excellent Mack got his nails trimmed without a snap. We love going to Pet Supplies Plus and recommend their services.

They are always super friendly here and all of the girls at this location all do such a fabulous grooming job with my yorkie! I’d recommend taking your pups here any day! 10/10

Extremely friendly staff, super clean store and great prices!! So happy Pet Supplies Plus is open in Brunswick!So excited to use the self-serve dog washing stations!! My dog is going to think he's at the spa!!!!

Wonderful staff, so courteous, and friendly. Love location as well. My only complaint is prices are too high. Have both cats and dogs and every product is generally $3-7 more expensive than local competitors. For ex. coupon released this week says 2/$10.00 on select dog/cat toys. Petsmart offers same with no coupon, 2/$5.00… same stuff with food, treats, etc.

Good selection of pet supplies. They carry smaller sizes of puppy clothes also. Comes in handy for us tiny dog parents.

This is a great store. The staff always greet the customers and are willing to help you locate whatever you need. They are usually fully stocked considering the supply chain issues. They also have a salon for pet grooming.

I took my dog to the self service station, it is already cold outside and the whole time I was bathing my dog the warm water kept jumping to ice cold. The hot water barely works. It randomly shoots to ice bath temperature frequently. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

Selection of a few items are a little limited when it comes to cats. Prices are pretty much what you'd expect. Store was actually surprisingly quiet despite the amount of pets in there at the time I went.
