Claudia is incredible--she is very knowledgeable yet explained everything in a way that someone with little to no experience in home remodeling (like myself) could easily understand. Skip the big box stores and get much better service at this great local business!

Do not use Puchers. They do not stand behind their installations and blame problems on contractors. We now have to try and find someone else to fix their mistakes. These bulges in the carpet are tripping hazard.

Beautiful showroom, expansive number of flooring and window treatments, knowledgeable staff and friendly service. Kudos to the manager, Lisa. Great bakery next door, Jossi's, if you need a break from reviewing your flooring and window treatment choices.

These are THE MOST helpful people, and they know their stuff. I have been trying to match my cabinet stain for months. They matched it in 5 minutes while I played with Earl (technically a dog, but seems human). We've bought blinds and paint from the Broadview store forever. Always a great experience.

Do not use Pucher's Decorating Center. I have experienced issues at every step of the purchasing process and after seven months of waiting, I am still waiting on various items. Their show room was full of items that are no longer in stock or at higher rates than I found elsewhere. You will pay a markup for some brief design assistance only to be told that there is nothing they can do to ensure the items arrive on time, or in my case within three months of the originally provided date. You will not receive a phone call or any form of personal touch, but a brief text message blaming it on the manufacturer.

This place is A+, five star customer service. We are in the process of redoing our house and have bought all of our paint and carpet from here. I have never dealt with nicer, more caring people in business. Even the carpet installers were so personable and so polite. Definitely will exclusively use Puchers for all over our interior design needs

I went to Pucher's the other day to look at wallpaper. They had a great selection and let me take several books home for a few days. Great customer service.
