The perfect little pet store. They had everything I needed from high quality dog and cat food to treats and the cutest squeaker toys I’ve ever seen (I bought my cairn terrier a rooster one, and it’s his favorite toy he’s ever had)! Besides that, the service is impeccable. A worker named Mary helped me the whole time. She was extremely friendly and tried to learn more about my dog so that she could help the best she could! Would recommended to a friend.

I think the owners are some of the very best and their store is really providing a great service. It's all done with a smile too! When I was there they were helping customers and going above and beyond with every transaction. It's fun to watch quality people take tremendous pride in what they are offering the community. Under new ownership, this store continues to provide top notch customer service and very high quality products for your pet at fair prices. The store is easy to navigate once inside and parking is directly in front of the building so no worries about walks through crowded parking lots when you bring your pup in for a visit! I just had the most amazing experience with this store. The owners are so kind and welcoming. I came in today with my shih tzu because it’s her birthday. They had a whole birthday section of toys and treats to choose from. They also gave me a complimentary dog ice cream and treat.The store had anything you’d need and you can tell it’s all quality items. I definitely recommend this place!

I was impressed with how well informed he was with the progressive trends in pet wellness. We happened to learn about Pawsitively Pure just before relocating to Mexico, and Sergio's made our transition much easier by helping identify good limited ingredient food options available in Mexico and even identifying treats for my family to bring with them for our pup on their visit. I always buy my cat food here. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and I love the loyalty rewards program for my pet's food. Although I don't have a dog, they have a large selection of dog products and food not found in chain pet stores.

Ordered two expensive bags of cat food (60$ each bag) then I get a call that it had arrived. When I get there they tell me the price has gone up to 77$ plus tax....girl says " sorry the price went up." 155$ total I asked them to honor the price I ordered it at and they would not.
