I used to love this store, but there is one cashier "Brian" that is always rude to me. I don't mind he has to sit to do his job, but he seems so annoyed every time he speaks to me. I would tell the manager, but being nice to someone is not a requirement. I just wish he would seem happy...

Staff was very helpful and kind. As for utility, there were little to no vegan options for me throughout, and what was available was arguably more expensive. Not somewhere I can frequent unfortunately.

They had a great meat sale today so I could actually afford to feed my family for the week. I love this store. Sometimes the prices are higher but the store is always clean and the employees are mostly friendly.

Riesbeck's great family and employee owned store. Decent prices, great meats, wonderful variety of all things and they do have a small liquor room. Employees always helpful, I shop there often.

Reisbecks always have everything I need, but the prepared chickens are pricey for the size and they are usually overcooked.The fried fish is delicious.The cashier was frustrated because she had no bagger and her line was getting longer.She was the only line open.

Great place. Everything is always fresh, and their hot food is freaking amazing!! They cook awesome traditional food that taste like something your grandmother would make. Super great place!

Although their prices for most products are on the high end they have weekly sales which beat prices at other local stores. IMO their bakery is the best compared to other local stores. They have a pharmacy inside the store but there is also a drive thru & they have a small liquor dept where the prices are much cheaper than anywhere else in the Ohio valley.

I am very familiar with the Riesbeck's brand and each store location. Each store is very well stocked with every item. Their produce is probably the best around overall. The in store bakery is without a doubt the best in our area. Stores are kept clean and well staffed. Ive always gotten fair and professional customer service .

They're very considerate to people with shellfish allergies. They're the only place I know of in the area that prepares their shrimp in a separate fryer. It's always nice to have a safe place to get food when you have an allergy.

I love this store but they have to get the deli fixed. It's a shame to have such a great selection of lunch meat but they pre cut it and it's all friend out and you never know how long it's been in the case. I really wish they would stop doing this so I can buy lunch meat there.

Clean and not crowded! They have good brands but limited not alot of exotic stuff. Prices are higher on some stuff but that's the price for some elbow and breathing room!

I seriously leave upset most times I shop here. The most recent took place within the pharmacy. I received a robo call saying my prescriptions were ready for pick up, go to the store and the lady was totally offended I would come to pick them up--- she says they were not ready and it would be awhile. This was my second attempt to get the prescriptions, they day before they told me they didn't have the medication but would have it tomorrow around noon. It's just a lot easier, faster, and better at any other pharmacy.

Very polite employees an well eager to assist someone who's browsing for everything to see what's missing. One item area is the grab an go section of the store. The banana wafer pudding is a new fav. Definitely will be getting this Everytime I visit the areaAlso got there Ribs to try would love to hear from others about them I'm needing some questions answered. I love food especially when made fresh in store. Very unique to the southern part of Ohio. I'm from the Cleveland area/Gauge lake park.

I found everything I wanted but the check out experience could have been much better. There was only 1 lane opened. There was 8 to 10 people in line and the lady running the register was very slow. Don't know as when I will be back.

Don't normally shop there,seemed decent enough, only complaint was in express lane sd 10 items or less . Woman in front of me had over 30! Told cashier should have told her, sd do it all the time. Well for those that do follow not right.

I like to shop local and I would say that I've given riesbeck's a lot of my business, but at this time and even before this virus outbreak, I've noticed that their prices are rising. I'm to the point that I'd rather go to Walmart even if I have to travel 10-15 minutes. Sales clerks are the best asset.

Common sense is needed at this store. Manage the return cart and sanitation area so that the entrance to the building isn't blocked. Definitely a fire and safety issue.
