The customer service was exceptional. They had a great stock of products to choose from. They knew their products very well. They go above and beyond to ensure you leave with what you need. Their prices are cheaper than many suppliers I tried before them. They have multiple locations in Ohio and West Virginia. Highly Recommend. The supervisor in the gun department was phenomenal in making sure i was taken care of.

Ive made purchases here multiple times, never had any issue. Workers were always nice and polite. Went there today looking for a shape shift holster for my handgun, unfortunately they did not have in stock at this location. But were willing to call another location to get it and if that location didnt have it they were willing to order it in. The guys and gals at the firearms counter are always awesome to deal with.

tons of stuff but impossible to find it. They had ammo on the shelf I have not seen in a long time but finding it takes forever. there seems to be 0 rhyme or reason to where anything is. lots of boots but was bummed at the miniscule selection of thorogoods. But they only have so much room and can't have it all.

Went there and bought a gun decent selection really high prices. They are price gouging on ammo charging a dollar a piece for a select few while you can get the same ammo elsewhere for at least $60 less for this I will never go back and I am very happy I didn't buy my ammo there.

Okay... so I’ve been there for boots before. Not bad service. A little pricy. But overall decent experience. (Only reason it’s 2 stars and not 1)RENTALS: needed a skid steer for a day so I called and was told it was $250 and gave them credit card. When the piece was delivered the price was $364 including delivery and tax. I understand that they need to charge for this but I was never told and thought the delivery was included. It was a little extra, but not a huge deal.While using the skid steer we accidentally shattered the front windshield. I called and told them, but cleaned up all the glass and cleaned out the gasket and everything. A couple weeks later they call me and say that the windshield replacement was $560! Wow! Okay still no big deal. I found them online for $178 but nothing I can do now. The PROBLEM was their attitude when they called. I asked about the delivery charge and told them I was never told and it would have been nice to know. They got VERY defensive and said they could charge me even more for fuel ( was never told I had to refuel ). I was very disappointed in them after the phone call even though I had a positive impression beforehand.OVERALL: it felt like there were many secret hidden fees that I was never told about. Not sure they meant to, but when I simply inquired why I wasn’t told they were very unpleasant. I will not rent from them again simply because of the attitude of the people there. The prices are somewhat high but the main issue was how I was treated.

i wanted stop in to look at firearm selection..which is great btw no shortage here..mrs ended up buyin pistol..great help..great selection..decent prices.i will be back.UPDATE; stopped back to get Henry rifle ive always wanted,which of course was in stock & best price ive found locally...i will never waste my time at cabelas again.UPDATE:another great firearm transaction..best firearm experience within approximately 50 miles,hands down...& i have tried to find another,without luck.

I purchased a JD 1025r TLB from Scott M. in the Marietta store. Not only did they have the best price I could find (and I searched for months) but Scott went above and beyond as a sales person. He was always quick to follow up, straight forward and helpful. I visited several local JD dealers prior to traveling nearly 350 miles to Bridgeport Equipment & Tool. None of the local guys seemed extremely interested that I was considering a 1 series, Scott on the other hand handled my purchase as if I was buying one of the Big Boys. I highly recommend Scott and Bridgeport (I spent about 13 hours round trip and it was worth every second) and won't hesitate to travel there again the next time I am in the market for a new toy (tractor, motorcycle, etc)!

Very ignorant staff (with the exception of a lady that answered the phone). They were supposed to come pick up a side by side that my husband had rented (we rented it for an entire month, spent over $900). Never came to pick it up, never called or anything until a week and a half later and threatened to call law enforcement on him. Now mind you, this was THE FIRST time they had called to even ask about it and THEY were supposed to come and pick it up. We had rented it for our campsite and left to go home the day before they were supposed to pick it up. So therefore we did not know it was still here. How is that professional by any means??? Never will rent from them again! We will be spreading the word as well!!!

Have gotten a few pairs of steel toe boots, summer/winter work gloves here. They are popular, but make sure you make the right turns or you'll get lost. Staff are always friendly. They have literally tons of work gear to chose from.

They had more in there then I thought but didnt really look around bought my boots and left but as for the dudes comment on them price gouging on ammo that is at every business that isn't a "Cabela" type place if it's not their specialty they dont buy it in bulk like let's say Cabelas PLUS try finding ammo anywhere right now! BUYER BEWARE: Nov. 2019 Bridgeport took my small 4100 tractor in for repair of front wheel hub. They never called with diagnosis nor estimate. I called them. They had already repaired for $2600+, did not have all the old parts and could not prove cost nor did they try. Service mgr Gallipolis: “You wanted it fixed. We fixed it. Your fault.” This review is simplified. They were hostile, claimed there was no district manager nor owner, and said my expectations were too high. Really? It’s unreasonable to expect a call about price, options or if I even have the money? They took advantage of me. What are they doing to others?

Soooo....this place likes to hire sexual predators. My fiancee went in to sell something and was verbally assaulted by an employee. When I went in to complain I was told that they would talk to him. When I requested something be done about the matter I was told nothing would be done and to call the police. When the cops got involved a guy named Tom who wouldn't give his last name (I was told by the cops that he's the owner) approached me and got in my face very threateningly, with fist balled, and told me to leave the property ( Not so nicely though). The cops said that, even though I was threatened, by the owner no less, that they wouldn't do anything. Just thought y'all should know that it might not be safe to let your female loved ones go in this store alone.

Had rented equiptment several places. And your gonna always have to deal with messed up and abused stuff and I get that . but I can say I brought it back pretty upset and they managed to keep their cool and fix me up with another peice of equiptment. Reset my time on it without hassle. Usually in this situation. You have to deal with attitude and such and they did me right.

Fairly decent place, if you’re an Ohio Valley hill jack. Have found the quality of equipment and service to be mediocre at best, the way you’d expect things to be in the Valley I suppose. Not impressed. Never have been really.
