I ordered Crystal Geyser for Pickup. When I entered the store, the Associate directed me to the Furniture department after telling her I had a Pickup order. When I arrived at Furniture, Amanda greeted me with a smile and excellent eye contact. She asked how I was doing and offered help. I told her I ordered some water for Pickup. She asked my name and said she had the order ready for me. Within seconds, Amanda brought a shopping cart with my water order from the back. She ensured I was satisfied with the order, thanked me, and wished me a great Sunday afternoon. I was extremely satisfied with Amanda's excellent customer service, kindness, and professionalism. She is definitely an asset to the company. I recommend Amanda and the Big Lots in Bridgeport, Ohio, to family and friends.

Prices are over-priced for it only Being a 'Big Lots' . BUT on that note.. if your are need of something quick, instead of waiting to order it online, They DO have some Good Products.Clothing is here and there and Most are for plus sizes women. Some men's tops.. More children's clothing. [FYI tho it's not a big clothing store anymore. Foods.. Toys.. Outdoor & Indoor furniture. Clean Store though and Most Employees are Super helpful.

I absolutely love big lots everything is very affordable you can find anything for your home. The furniture is good quality and very fairly priced. I highly recommend big lots for just about anything.

10 years ago Big lots was one of my favorite stores. Now I almost never go unless I need something in the furniture section. Used to be way better than it is now.

Big Lots is more expensive than most grocery stores. I found a couple good deals but didn't buy much. The store is very clean and organized.

I visited this store for the first time last Saturday and I couldn't have been more pleased! The staff was so helpful and went above and beyond with their assistance. The store was very well put together , well recovered, and overall clean. Great job to the entire team there!

Used to be where I got my favorite drink that I can't find anywhere else now they don't carry it anymore. Still nice place though just wish they would stock back up on my soda..

You need motorized chairs for handicapped. People would stay & shop longer if you had them. I had to leave & would of loved to shop cause I always liked Big Lots. But after having open heart triple bypass surgery & back surgery can't get around good.

Good selections on basic dept store things. I have noticed some slightly damaged products when I've gotten home but nothing really worth taking back.

The staff is very nice but the selection has gone down over the years and the prices have gone up to where I can go to Walmart now and get a better quality item for the same price or cheaper. Not really a bargain store anymore

After talking Bridgeport associate on Saturday while we were in the store and confirmed there was the recliner and ottoman in stock, we went to the Bridgeport store on Sunday to find out they only had the floor display in which we said we would take. The furniture manager Mike was a smart a** right from the get go. ( After waiting 25 minutes for any one to let us know that the floor display was the only one they had). After calling the store manager she then had to check to see if that one was on lay away by someone else. Seriously? If it was on lay away and that's the only one you had, why would you have it on the sales floor? While waiting on all of this, I called the store in moundsville and asked for that same.item explaining my situation. This gentlemen told me.indeed they could.sell me.that recliner off of floor display on the first place. Very happy with the recliner as we have purchases Simmons products in the past. The management skills st Bridgeport both furniture and store manager has a lot to be desired..
