I’m pretty disappointed, I love this store and having to buy pre -made food for a busy mom of 3 seems a bit easier especially when traveling. I come to find out that not only is this food fake , from texture to the way it heats up . It’s almost like it’s plastic, they use seed oils which is so bad for the gut . The food isn’t cheep either but I’m sure for them since it’s fake and has absolutely no nutritional value it’s very cheep to make. This is so disappointing. Because iv spent hundreds of dollars on the À la cart pre-made food . It’s a shame that the owners of this corporation care nothing about the people that help them stay in bussiness . This is the spaghetti and meatballs I bought recently, I had heat it up in the oven on low heat and it looks like this the meatballs aren’t edible they taste fake . They look fake . I have also bought Mac and cheese before and of course heating it up and once it cools down it’s literally fake cheese . It becomes like plastic. You gotta do better heinen’s…. Especially cause you’re charging enough for Quality. Never again!

I can't recommend the bakery - we were charged for 5 packs of 6 - this is what we picked up. They're sliding all over and will be a mess by the time we get them to the party.

Heinens is pretty good considering grocery stores in general lack service. Would like to see them not up charge prices for grocery delivery. Their prices are high enough! Would like to see more bread items baked FRESH and not put out thawed from the freezer. That’s the whole idea of a bakery, bake them fresh in store

Stopped in on a weekday afternoon for a lunch to go. One of the neatest, most well stocked grocers in the county. I selected a Godfather wrap to satisfy my hunger before a long drive drive and checkout was a breeze. Great selection and top quality foods.

I couldn't be more disappointed in Heinen's in Brecksville. No more nice wine tastings, no more Christmas event throughout the store, no more grill. Heinen's used to be special, but now it's just a pricy grocery store. I was excited when it came to Brecksville but no more. Good produce, yes,but so does Giant Eagle. Vacuumed packed meat--how old is it really--a month? Wheaties on sale for $1 off -- 50 cents more than Giant Eagley's REGULAR Price! So sorry Heinen's but you don't seem to be anything more than a high priced grocery store now

We bought a Corned Beef for St.Patricks day dinner, absolutely the worst piece of meat . Grizzly and very tough. Very disappointed in your product !!!! Should have purchased it from Giant Eagle.

Was at the Brecksville Heinen’s today and the head lettuce was brown and I mean all the heads were. Then the green peppers looked like they had mud on them. I asked the gentleman working in produce if they had any green peppers that did not have mud on them. He said it was not mud, maybe something in the way they packed them or maybe something they were sprayed with! One, the Heinen’s of old would never have put anything like that out and two, how come they were not cleaned up in the back room. I do miss Szalay’s in the winter! Never had to think twice about Heinen’s produce. How sad.

The only Grocery store in the area that provides great customer service and great products. Staff is always helpful and a they have a good selection of organic products. Nice to have great customer service from a company who cares about it.

Rest of the store is great, however, the deli is absolutely horrible. Product quality has been poor and the service is always slow. I try to avoid it by ordering ahead, but it seems like you get punished more for doing that than waiting in line. Excuse today is that there was a paper jam, despite there being a TV SCREEN saying two orders had been on “one minute” status for the last 15, yet no one working thought to question that.I’ve also been getting screwed over on cheese the last month or more. If it isn’t dried out and have blades marks it’s got small pieces of meat mixed in them.

I love Heinens. It is the only place I will buy and eat fish. Excellent. Customer service above excellent. I will never shop anywhere else. Been a Heinens shopper for years. My only complaint isI loved their meat department before they changed it a few years ago. I prefer the old way. Thank you for finest fruits and vegetables.

I like this location over the strongsville one. Strongsville is about 5 minutes away in comparison to Brecksville, which is 25 minutes away. It has the items I always buy when I go to heinens. I love the fresh pineapple salsa and the neptune salad. I've gone to strongsville 3 times now, and every time, they never have those items.

Heinins is over priced, bad mannered associates only focus on their cellphone. Really has gone down hill in so many waysI patronized the Brecksville store 40 years.Today I went to the store and had several hundred dollars of groceries in my cart. The cashier would not check me out as she was leaving. She was standing at her station on her cell. I simply left the cart full and walked out. Wont be back. Giant eagle is just down the street

Hand's down the best grocery chain in Cleveland. Always fully staffed, always spotless and the produce section looks like you could take a promotional photo of it at all times; everything is that good. Prices aren't always the best but always fair and you get what you pay for. I would much rather pay a little bit more for high quality foods and so the business can pay their employees well.

the staff is always pleasant and courteous. The variety in the prepared foods section is very good too. They had huge artichokes in their produce department, when other grocery stores either didn't have any or what they did have were so old and awful looking, they should have gone in the trash.I can always find beautiful flowers and plants there too.

The best grocery store around. This place isn't even just a grocery store, it's a wealth of information and knowledge. They use local vendor's as often as possible, the staff is knowledgeable and eager to serve their customer's. What a refreshing place to shop. Prepared foods is out of this world. 5 star, restaurant quality food at very affordable prices. Food you can't get anywhere else, and it's all ready to eat. Deli is stellar and stocked with antibiotic and nitrate free meats and top of the line cheese's. Produce is literally the freshest you will find with local produce or anything else at great prices. Today, I got Seafood that was literally flown in last night. And their meat department is second to none. I could not possibly say enough good things about this company. Except one more thing, their quality in the customer service that they provide is world class!

This store is enormous! It's the biggest Heinen's I've ever been in. The good news is that the staff were extremely helpful in getting me around the place. My favorite place in any Heinen's, the bakery, was hidden all the way in the back right corner of the building. This Heinen's, like all others, has the usual collection of quality grocery goods, home supply needs, and fresh prepared foods daily. My only qualm is the price of many items. But the staff here helped to make up for that.

They literally have everything you need. The meat, fish and deli counters have the best selection out of any other grocery store in the area. The cheese area is very extensive and the bakery is always delicious. It's a little expensive but that's because they treat their employees fair. I've never had any issues at this location.
