I can’t comment on their other services, but they run a terribly predatory towing operation. I was parked at a friend’s apartment in the middle of the day for not even two hours. This is a place I have parked many times, even overnight, so suddenly they’ve decided to start looking for cars to tow to make a quick buck. Anyone who lives there will tell you that’s never been a problem before. Come to find out there is a sign in the very corner of the building, half covered by a drain pipe with the writing half worn off, that says in the fine print that a pass is required. So immediately I go to Wright’s lot. The office isn’t open at 3pm on a Saturday, so I call the number and find out I owe just over $135, which is an absolutely unbelievable price for being towed 5 minutes away. And they claim has to be in cash, so I have to go find an atm as the banks are closed at this time as well. Nothing can be done about any of that, because they have my car and I need to go to work; I’m forced to do literally whatever they say. Whether what they’re doing is technically legally allowed or not, it is morally atrocious and they are just trying to screw people out of $135.

Once again, Wright Tire and Auto came through, providing excellent and fast customer service. Last week, I was stuck on I75 North in Toledo. Wright was there in no time and towed my car back home for a very reasonable price. I'm hesitant to say how reasonable because I don't want them to raise their prices! The driver was very professional and careful with the car and placed it right where I wanted it in my driveway.

After being let down by my typical roadside assistance and stranded on the highway for several hours, Wright Tire & Auto took my call at 2am and were amazing! They went above and beyond to help me change a tire and get me home safe quickly and efficiently. The kindness that the driver showed me is something I will remember for a long time. My daughter's car needed towed yesterday from the rest stop near BG back to town. I cannot say enough about the great service we received from Wright Towing!! I wish I knew his name, but our tow truck driver was so kind, efficient and helpful! Not a service I hope to need again anytime soon, but if I were ever in need in the BG area, Wright is the only place I would use! Thank you so much for your quick help!

This review is for the exceptional and unexpected care I recieved from an employee of Wright Tire & Auto. It is not a review of paid services provided by Wright. Today, I went into Advance Auto Parts in town with the expectation to purchase and have a new car battery installed by them as advertised on their storefront. After (not before!) purchasing the battery, Advance Auto Parts refused to install it due to the outside temperature. Instead of being stuck with the uninstalled new battery, or jumping my car until I could purchase a battery at a later date, a member of Wright Tire happened to be in there at the time and offered installation at their facility (on a Sunday - a day I was told they are closed!) Many thanks for his assistance and willingness to go above and beyond without trying to profit from the situation.

worst tow driver ever. He was upset that I stayed with my car being towed to the repair shop after breaking down on the highway ( I rode in his truck ). He said nothing for the 30min tow and blasted his heavy metal for the entire trip. After going as far from the business as possible (but still in the parking lot, he put the car in the middle of the main passage instead of a parking spot. When I asked his name, he flatly refused. "I refuse to give you that information, Sir." I called their main phone number and the dispatcher also refused to tell me the drivers name or ID number and told me to call AAA, since they sent him to me and the dispatch has so many trucks and drivers, he had no way to know who the driver was or which truck was dispatched. I took pics of the drivers truck, his face, and his license number. I called AAA (they sent him) and they also refused to tell me his name or his ID number. they all pushed me off and expected me to wait 3-5 business days for anyone to call or talk to me about my complaint, so here I am........trying to find anyone that cares about the worst tow truck driver ever (AAA for 30yrs)Service: Car towing

When my work truck died in the heat on 75 southbound, I didn't have to think for a second about who to call.Wright has towed and repaired both personal and work vehicles since 2018.Their receptionist is prompt in dispatching for a tow and their shop is what I would consider reasonable on rates for their professional services.They have fixed our personal use 2008 GMC Yukon and 2013 Chevy Sonic.For my business, they gave towed and done multiple repairs on my 2003 Ford e350 service van as well as my 2010 Transit Connect.Their services have allowed me and my crew to stay on the road to provide services to our clients in NW Ohio. Without their prompt diagnosis and repairs, We'd be left with clients wondering when we would be showing up. Some may not see the value in a prompt repair, but when a truck is idle, it's not producing, whether that's causing an inconvenience for my family or for my business. I'll gladly pay a bit extra to not have to wait for weeks to get back on the road like is often the case at overbooked low price shops or shade tree shops that won't warranty their work after payment.If you value a quick turn around time to have your vehicle back on the road, this is the place.5/5We will continue to hire Wright for towing and reports again in the future.

Had a major car issue (hit a piece of metal on the highway and it took out the transmission oil pan) and they towed our vehicle to their shop, brought a second truck to take my wife and puppy to our hotel and then drove me to the hotel. They got replacement parts and had us back on the road the by the afternoon.Excellent over the top service at a very competitive price.

Usually fairly quick and easy to deal with the drivers. I had to use these guys three times from 2021-2022 through Triple A. The first time my old car died. The other two times were tire losses. The first time they were slow, but maybe it was during the busy time of Saturday. Who knows?The other two times they were faster in getting to me, but earlier on Saturday morning.

My experience with this business was excellent. I was traveling through the area in my motorhome and was having an issue with my “house” batteries. My first and only experience with a tow and I am unhappy to say it will be my last with this company. My vehicle was rendered inoperable by street legal standards and when booked through AAA to tow my vehicle, upon arrival they refused to tow my vehicle and hassled me about why I asked for a tow in the first place. Can say I for sure would never recommend them for a tow given then operators attitude towards myself and my already frustrating situation. I found them to be rude and unhelpful. Do not use this company unless you want a lecture from them when they arrive.

Saved the day!!! We were on a holiday road trip when my serpentine belt snapped and left me stuck on the side of I-75. We had a 10 hour drive ahead of us and this mishap had the potential to make life difficult for the next 24 hours.Called AAA and these folks responded. Their tow driver was super nice and let us take my dog in the cabin of the truck. He offered to take me to their shop and I agreed. We got there and the front office ladies where so friendly, also inviting my dog to wait with us. They say dogs are a good judge of character and mine adored this crew.The mechanic told me the issue and we spoke about possible remedies. He was open to my input and feedback. Ultimately, he got me back on the road after only an hour and helped me avoid spending my holiday budget on parts I didn't want to replace. I am appreciative of their engaging staff, willingness to work with me, and speed of service. We got to our travel destination that same day in time for dinner!

My family and I were traveling back from a camping trip in Ohio to our home in Michigan. Our tire blew out on the way home on I-75 causing damage to our pop-up. We fixed the tire but it wasn’t in the condition to tow it home from the freeway. Our insurance contacted Wright Tire to come tow it to the shop for us. They were there within 20 minutes. The gentleman who helped us was efficient and practical. He told us they could help us out so we could at least tow it back home. Once we got to the shop, they had the pop-up in a safe driving condition within 30 minutes. In a very stressful situation for our family, this business was calm, professional and affordable. We were able to get it home to fix the damage nearby, instead of leaving it 3 hours from home. A BIG thank you to the worker who literally saved the day for our family! My Chrysler minivan had a brake caliper leaking fluid and had a soft brake pedal. Wrights was able to tow my van and fix it for a fair rate and their shop was able to get me back on the road the same day while other shops were two weeks out. Tow Boat US contacted them to tow my Expedition and also my boat that I was trailering to a ford dealership. Andrew showed up super quick and was the man! Did a very good job. Super nice and clean tow trucks too. Great experience during a not so great time. And I’ve dealt with tow companies before..... I would recommend to anyone.

I had an issue with the A/C in my Truck. It was sitting at another shop and they were on day three, trying to diagnose the problem. That shop gave up so on a recommendation from a co-worker I took it to Wright Tire & Auto. I spoke with Andrew, after the phone call my vehicle was to Wrights in 15 minutes (Andrew gave me a ride back to work) He got back to me an hour after my truck was at there location. He let me know the issue, and that the parts would be in the next day. Before noon the following day I had my truck back and A/C blowing cold. I recommend if you need professional service and great customer service take it to Wright's Tire & Auto and speak with Andrew
