Have had several bad experiences with this location in the last year. Last time, I finally asked for a refund and was told they couldn't do it and I had to go to the corporate website. No one ever contacted me. Food badly prepared and smashed into the bag like they were stuffing a sausage. Employees rude and bad at their jobs in general. Coffees weren't labelled so we had no idea who's was who's.Just all around the worst experiences possible and I'm not going to let them treat me or my family like we're beneath them and we're being a bother when we just had reasonable expectations for Tim Hortons: mid quality food and coffee prepared with even halfhearted attempts at something that isn't a thrown together mess. But they can't do that and they wouldn't talk to me let alone refund me.You're better off going to McDonald's who just this morning gave me a free hash brown for my long wait --and I hadn't even complained or said anything, they just did it! Customer service, what a CONCEPT! Matter of fact let me rephrase the beginning of this paragraph: you're better off staying home, burning $20, and licking a 9v battery. At least you'll feel like you're a human being once it's over and not like a slug being forced to crawl across a razor blade's edge.

This is the WORST Tim Horton's I've ever been to and the WORST drive thru in Bowling Green. AVOID THIS PLACE. A coffee, a donut, a breakfast sandwich - all of it can found elsewhere in town and none of it is worth the degrading treatment you get at this restaurant.The employees are rude, slow, and will treat you even worse if you complain or ask for basic customer service. They will make you feel stupid if you ask for an item that is out of stock, like you should have known. The management can't/won't do anything about it.DO NOT order through the app or website. Your order will get bumped to the end of the list and they will serve everyone in the drive thru with you standing there for 30 minutes before even starting to prep your order. If you order online or in the app, the local store apparently cannot issue any refunds, credits, or other compensation when they inevitably screw up your order. You have to submit a complaint on the website, which will never be answered or addressed.Just do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Tim Hortons is usually a go-to for us in any other city or state, but this one is cursed.

They insist on not helping customers when they order on the app but the store is out of stock (seems to happen at this store often). Elizabeth insisted that she was the store manager but is rude to customers. I wouldn't want her representing my company. When I got my coffee it was full of grounds and disgusting. But as soon as I was handed my food the window was slammed shut.

I love coffee in the morning and have been to many Tim Hortons locations! But this one in Bowling Green was just awful. I ordered French Cappuccino and tasted no flavor. It was also lukewarm. I couldn't even finish it. Not a fun way to start the day lol.Update: Thanks but I don't need to call about my trip lol. Just try to make the coffee more flavorful and hot. I love Tims but that's the first time I ever had really bad coffee from a location. 🤔

So this place hires people that aren't smart or the chain itself has stupid policies. Months ago I had 2 coupons for 99 cent coffees and the girl on the drive through refused to take the orders together despite us being two persons in the vehicle and that we were placing two separate orders and paying with different cards. She kept arguing that she could only take one order because it's their policy and said that we could go around in the car and place the second order. Ok how stupid is that exactly? It was freezing cold outside and not worth walking in. She then got worked up when I asked her if what she said made sense to her and became really rude. Well we didn't place an order at all that day and they lost customers for good due to incompetence.

Passing thru on our way home to Michigan and stopped to get a coffee and sandwich. We waited in line for about 8 minutes(there was only one customer in front of us). Other people came in a few minutes later and went to look at the ice cream. The cashier ,who knew we were next, walked right passed the register to help the people at the ice cream counter! He even looked directly at me as he walked by. Rude! Poor customer service! I am a loyal customer to Tim Hortons and I have NEVER had such rude and poor service. I surely will never visit this location again ( we travel this route often).

Everytime I go there the ice cappuccino machine is down for some reason cant get the owner's to talk to u without a attitude mangers are always changing so no consent management to fix problems. I'm sorry I'm from Ontario Canada where this company started this is by far the worst one. Last time I wasted my time or gas going there. And they wonder why Starbucks and mcds are taking all the business wonder what would happen if a donut shop opened in town ....what would be the need for this place then

Told me they couldn’t do two orders because they “had a lot going on”. Tim Hortons used to be my favorite but this location is always slow, unfriendly and can’t seem to keep employees. I think corporate needs to step in and find out what’s going on. Lost a customer today.

I walked in to the restaurant and stood there for fifteen minutes before anyone even took my order. I placed my order and the girl taking it was very rude and kept acting like she didn't want to be there. My order wasn't complicated, I asked for Tim Bits. I don't know why I warranted this treatment, but I certainly won't be returning.

my family and I are staying at the Hampton Inn right down the street. we saw the sign that said 24 hrs so after we decided to walk to this place for ice cream. went in and ordered and proceeded to sit at a table and eat our ice cream. within a few minutes a employee came up to us and said you all have to leave, the lobby is closed. we had no idea the lobby closed and did not see anything on building saying the lobby closed. we have our to small children with us and a 10 minute walk back to the hotel. what are we supposed to do with the ice cream? we through it out. I will be returning tomorrow morning to ask for a refund. have never heard or been to a business that let is in, orders food, then said get out.

My first time visit of this chain, we stopped in for the Cold Stone Creamery ice cream. Great selection, friendly staff and clean store. We are going to try their breakfast offerings in the morning. The ice cream was very good.

My food is always fresh, hot and usually fast. I really enjoy the breakfast sandwiches but sometimes my donuts get smashed in the bag. They give your dog a treat when you bring them through the drive-thru.

I went through the drive thru and sat there waiting for almost 10 minutes. When the lady finally came up to the window, she said 2 words to me and when I said that I hadn't even been acknowledged she shut the window on me and walked away without another word. To me that is just rude. There was 3 people working and 2 of them were helping people inside with ice cream. So where was the 3rd person? Then to be told they were only serving ice cream? All I wanted was an ice capp. Then to be belittled when I brought up the issue? They will be lucky if anyone I know ever goes back to that store.

Great establishment. Very clean. They serve fresh delicious food.The only complaint I would have is their pastries are a bit stale in the evenings which is understandable, as I they make them fresh earlier in the day and only sell what's left in the evening. Still not bad though.

I worked at this Tim Hortons location for less than a week and quit because I was told they would be super flexible with my schedule as I am a full time college student. This was a huge lie. If you are a college student I strongly recommend you do not work here and even if you're not I wouldn't. A majority of the people who work there are rude and the store is horribly run. If I could rate them lower I definitely would because it is a joke!

Ordered a ice capp. It wasn't a full cup the whip cream was melted into the drink. Ordered a vanilla donut with sprinkles. It tasted like squishy cardboard. Never going here again I'll try dunkin donuts next time.

This is such a friendly location! We had a really good BLT and some assorted Timbits. The food was fresh and tasted good. Cat took good care of us. We'll visit again when we're in BG. Thanks!

This has got to be the worst Tim Hortons in the whole Northwest Ohio region! This morning I went to order for my husband and I and the service was slow and I had to speak to three different people on the drive through box. Then when my order was completed they forgot to give us an extra straw and completely goofed our order! When I went to say something they shut the window in my face and carried on with their merry way.

Horrible food and service. The owners don't give a fig about their business & it clearly shows. Ordered a Tuscan chicken sandwich & it was the thinnest sandwich I ever had. The girl put ranch dressing on it and its supposed to have sun dried tomatoe spread. I can see why this place has such low ratings. We will never eat there again. LOSERS.

My boyfriend went to pick up an ice cap for me and they girl running the drive thru was super rude and was correcting his order like he didn't know what he was ordering. All he wanted to get was a normal ice cap but she acted like he was stupid and said we only have flavored ice cap like vanilla. I called the store once he got home and talk to an employee and they told me that they do in fact do original Ice cap. It's just ridiculous that they let their employees treat the customers like that. Never going back!!! super disappointed

Thank God they don't have these where I live. The little donut holes called Timbits....should be a controlled substance. They are too good. Buy twice as many as you first intend to....you will be glad you did. 2 minutes in the penalty box for high value!

Incredibly slow service; rarely has items you request. Takes at least 10 minutes to get one cup of coffee.The owner repeatedly works Drive-Thru and cannot get orders correct.
