I'll never shop at Home Depot again. Placed a $4,000 order from Home Depot online and had shipped to BG store. I get there to pick it up and they try to rush out the door with it. Thank God I decided to check and make sure everything was there. It wasn't. A major component to the heating/AC unit was missing. After 30 minutes of them not being able to find it they tell me they'll cancel the order and re-purchase. Then they told me it would be "safer" to ship to my house so they don't lose anything. Then they tell me oh yeah, you'll have to pay shipping. How unprofessional is that? I left there went to Lowe's and save $250 on the same item

There is something very special about hardware stores that excited some consumers and Home Depot is the King of hardware stores in this community. IWent for garden center goods and paintAnd looking around was fun. The staff were helpful and the prices were about right.

Always enjoy going to The Home Depot great staff at The Home Depot I find their prices to be very reasonable 10% of military discount always helps Good place to go to get ideas on home improvement And if they don't have it at the store your shopping at it can always be shipped in from other locations this is an update from the past experience with Home Depot now the military discount is limited to a maximum amount each year which is okay but they also Limited what the military discount applies to now and it's a lot less items than before but with all that being said they do not have to offer a discount at all so I'm still thankful

Home Depot has tools and supplies to keep your home in functional order.Whether you are a contractor or DIYer, you'll find what you need or have it delivered very quickly if it's not in stock.-1 start for the window/kitchen/cabinet/countertop remodel sales people that wander the isles and harass me while shopping trying to get out and give me a quote for those types of projects. They don't seem to accept "no thank you" for an answer and try to continue the conversation.

This is your typical home Depot. They have a very extensive inventory. Prices are a little high but that's to be expected in today's economy. My only complaint is the garden center is sparsely stocked. However I think it's more that customers are buying stuff up quickly. Then it is the store not stocking enough merchandise.

Nice place to shop for almost anything. Bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, carpeting cleaning supplies paint brushes, refrigerators Christmas decorations outside and inside. Candy. Big things and little things. Go shopping and have fun!

Nice lawn & garden, roofing, flooring, and lumber selection. Store is on the smaller side and very easy to navigate. They have clean restrooms with a bonus family/handicap accessible bathroom.

I would give zero stars if I could....We ordered on 8/4/22 a new fridge and deep freezer for delivery 8/31/22. We received an email on 8/30 to let us know the delivery people would be here from 8-12. No one showed up. 2 customer service calls and 4 management calls later and no one knows where our stuff is or what happened. We move in 2 days and desperately needed that refrigerator today. Big box stores are a terrible place to order any appliance from. They don't care about customer service at all. Order canceled. Extremely unfortunate that you cannot depend on companies anymore to provide the excellent service you pay for.

Like always they move things around so that Once you know the location it changes. The bad part is the employees don't even know where they put the stuff, it's a 1/2 hour to 45 min. trip even if you're after one item. I also bought 3 of the same item and at the register they all 3 rung up different prices. The stores a joke

Horrible experience with one individual working there, Pamela Palmerton, customer order specialist, the installation coordinator. Do not get me wrong! Home depot is great, great products and prices, and a lot of great people working there too. There were several issues with the whole process, messing up with wrong products, delays, and poor installations, but most people are willing to help and make it right. However, if you want to install flooring, Pam is the one you want to avoid!!! She is carrying the title, but she will never respond to your call or email, no answering and no returning calls. she does not care about you nor your projects at all. She is incompetent and no interested in assisting customers at all. She will accuse you trying to take advance of home depot when she messed up the work and would not even to learn what happened. The sad part is the management is aware of the issue with Pam and not surprised by the reoccurrence, but apparently continue to tolerate the behaviors and let it keeps happening over and over. How pathetic that such a huge company cannot really do anything with a bad employee who is affecting the business and the reputation negatively! Home depot compensated me with some refund, much appreciated, but again, the issue is still existing and continuing to harm the customers. Also very disappointed, general manager of the store never reaches out to address the issues. guess he/she is too busy. Home Depot is selling products and services both, correct? Again, DO NOT USE FLOOR INSTALLATION THERE; IF YOU HAVE TO, MAKE SURE YOU AVOID PAM AT ALL POSSIBILTIES IF YOU CAN.

Awesome experience each and every visit! The staff is so knowledgeable and experienced. They all are also very happy to share that knowledge and patient when I don't catch on right away.Toni was my cashier and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I look forward to shopping now and that was not always the case for me.

One of the nicest Home Depots I've ever been too. We were working out of town and this was the local Depot to the job. For the most part the staff was very nice. With one exception. An older women who was the associate in flooring and window coverings. She was very rude. We need 40 boxes of life proof flooring and they only had 26 at this store. Which was no big deal, but she was just plain mean. We just went to another HD bout 20 mins away. I still gave this location 5 stars because it's not there fault they have a mean old lady, I'm sure when the boss is around she is nice as pie!

I just wanted to buy some 2 Milwaukee M12 tools. Waited, no one came. Engaged an employee and was brushed off. I get you have to lock things up. Where’s the call button? Did I miss it? I’ll change my review if it’s me but I looked. 🤷🏼‍♂️

We needed help in lumber and waited 30 mins. to get help and no one showed up. We also needed pieces of trim cut and after another 30 min still noone showed up. We did not get help at all. We asked for help multiple times and no one wanted to help.

This is the first review I have ever written for a business, but I feel so compelled to do so just because of how poor the customer service was. I rented a truck from Home Depot and was met at the service desk by Nikita (I believe the spelling is correct). By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. She was rude and unhelpful, let alone unprofessional. She ordered me to put my card in to charge me for the rental and when I asked for a breakdown of the charges (since it was higher than the total I was given online) she said she didn’t know, shrugged her shoulders, and walked away. As a customer spending a decent amount of money, I should get more respect than that. Her “inspection” of the vehicle was inadequate as well. Didn’t even walk around the vehicle and even told me not to go out to look at it with her. Finally, I asked for a copy of the rental contract (since I was hoping it would have a breakdown of the costs) and she said, with much much attitude, “you said you didn’t want that”. The customer is ALWAYS right. It doesn’t matter what your personal thoughts or opinions are...you please the customer. I’ve worked retail my whole life and that’s a basic concept. I do not plan on shopping at this location again. Home Depot, you need to take a better look at who you hire.

The people were very friendly, helpful, quick, an the most important thing to me is thier personality and their humor and I've been there like 8 times in the last month and it has been spot on I have never laughed so hard when I went shopping there because I'm putting together a craft room and they have been so helpful and I've laughed so hard and I bought a drill and peg board to put things on my wall and I mean they've just been so helpful and they explain everything so there is no confusion and they asked me do I have any questions I mean it has been really great shopping there and I'll be back because I need some more peg boards and probably more tools so I would just want to say thank you home Depot... And after the room's done I will take a picture and show you with me in the picture also so thank you again home Depot and everybody out there reading this go to home Depot great prices and very nice people. 👍👍💕

Went to HD to get a washer and dryer. They said that they do not have them in stock but that they will deliver in about 2 weeks. Delivery would be on a Wednesday. As I work out of town requested another day, witch was not possible and that was not possible. So asked to have it delivered at store bit this was not possible either. Hence decided to go to a another store that have them in stock and get it the same day and nothave to wait for weeks. Cannot believe that a store will miss out on larger purchased like that.

HD has a large variety of products in the store and many more on their website. For most in-store items, they offer price matching and the prices of the things that are also carried by nearby stores are comparable. Returns are handled very nicely and staff is usually friendly and helpful. They offer a same day order online, pick up in store service for merchandise that is in stock and the delivery of online orders is very fast with email updates throughout the process. I recently purchased an item from their website and it was delivered to my home in literally 25 hours. Needless to say, I was extremely satisfied with the experience.

Had what I needed to finish a repair to my central air conditioning and a small plumbing job. Everything was easy to find on my own. Especially like this store. Checkout went smoothly. Cashier was very friendly. He complimented my wife's earrings,saying he normally works in the paint Dept, so he noticed the shade of purple. As with most places you go, the quality of the experience is directly related to the people you interact with. BG has a great Home Depot!
