This was my first experience buying a car and it was nothing but supportive and easy. The salesperson Tyler was very helpful, supportive and easy to work things through with. Tyler was helpful and not too pushy with anything and i appreciate that especially since it was my first time ever buying a car. Someone give this man a raise. I highly recommend going here to shop for a new or used car, i drove all the way from Toledo and it was worth it. Great place and great staff.

After a stressful day of car trouble, my mom and I were delighted by the care and patience the staff at Thayer Honda had in helping us find the most affordable car possible. We were in Bowling Green from out of town, and had no idea what to do or how we could even get home. Brad and the service team assessed our issue right away and helped us come up with a plan, leading to the decision to trade in our car for a more reliable model. We purchased a new Nissan from Thayer Nissan 10 months ago, and after our excellent experience, we decided to return to Thayer Honda when we needed to trade in our Honda CR-V. We worked with Josh Baranski--he met us at the door when we visited the dealership, and he was great. He made the whole experience easy and is very personable. He answered our questions about the CR-V Hybrid as we sat down with him. He took us on a test drive and helped us understand the many features and the operation of the car. The negotiations were very easy and straight forward. He found the exact vehicle we wanted within a few hours, and we drove off in our new car the next evening. There was a slight hiccup when we closed--the finance person forgot to deduct our deposit, but it was rectified when we questioned it the next day. Josh B did a great job, and I am sure he will do a great job for you.

I had originally gone a bit nervous to even look at the prices or what to expect since I haven't bought a car on my own before, but with Jake's assistance, it was all pretty streamlined and easy to understand. Having not had a car payment for over 12 years, the thought of buying a new vehicle felt very overwhelming. Josh made the process effortless and very comfortable. (Thank you to Justus for the ease of financing as well.) Josh answered all my questions, explained the history of my vehicle and gave me a real-time tutorial on how to use new car tech. Kena was my sales person and she absolutely went above and beyond. I had to find a car that fit 3 carseats across, and she did everything in her power to find me the perfect vehicle that was to my liking. She made sure I got a back up cam, made sure it was in my price range, and she even got the color I wanted! (Black) lol . I only had about a week until my baby was born to find the car , and she made it happen in less than TWO days ! She also made me feel extremely comfortable, & I recommend going to her before anyone else :)

He was very reassuring and readily answered all of my questions.I was looking for a used mini-van that would be reliable for 2-3 years, enough time until I could afford something newer. We were coming from two hours away to look at a vehicle, so I called and spoke with Dave, who told me it was still available. I asked if there was any way they could hold it until we could get there to see it, and he replied that the business requires a $2,000 non-refundable deposit to do so. That seemed too risky based on some other Hondas we’d seen, so I asked Dave to please call me back if there was any movement on this vehicle so we could turn back if necessary and look elsewhere.We arrived at the dealership about three hours later, only to learn that someone else had placed a deposit by phone on the vehicle and would be visiting three days later. We received no update from Dave while we were on the way, and when we arrived, he was "indisposed," requiring someone else to break this news to us.All of these things are fair choices that a company can make -- but not ones that seem geared toward building business or goodwill. So, proceed with caution.For our part, that same day we took our terrific trade-in elsewhere and got a better deal on basically the same vehicle.
