I placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru to place an additional order and pick up my mobile order. I sat at the window a solid 10+ minutes waiting for a cold brew with cold foam (which I mobile ordered). They accidentally put cream In it and when I pointed it out- there was no apology- we will make u a new one. It was another 5 minutes handed it to me without a word. 20+ minutes in that line total which is crazy to me. Not to mention the quality of how this sandwich was made- literally the top was half way off but stuck to it by the cheese . I won’t return to this location.

Horrible service, very slow.Food was still cold. Took over 10 minutes to make a chai latte.Baristas too concerned about making mobile orders that sat for the entirety of the time it took to make my drink.Bathrooms were dirty, no creamer, sugar station.Easily the worst Starbucks I’ve visited

Waited 45 min for a door dash order, 2 coffees. Ridiculous. No one is helping anyone there, they just get to it whenever...no one says, " oh it will be just a minute." Nope. You are at their mercy once you've paid.. your like cattle in line waiting to be branded. I dislike this starbucks so much... I never thought I'd say that about Starbucks.... this is not your typical "happy barista" Starbucks. No. Not even a little. Expensive and waste of time.

First time at this location and it was a great experience! Nice hot drink and breakfast sandwich! Friendly staff! I ordered on the Starbucks app and came in to pay! I didn’t have cash or my card on me, and the lady at the register taught me that I can pay with Paypal! I was like WHAT, THATS AWESOME! She scanned my phone on the app, and it was so easy and convenient! Thank you! Like if this was helpful!

They closed early. I arrived 5 mins before close but the drive thru was already shut down. I know it's annoying to show up at the last minutes, but when you're on a road trip you can't really help that. The coffee could have really helped.

Worst coffee we have ever had. I ordered a white chocolate mocha and my daughter ordered a caramel latte. We drink Starbucks daily. We will not be coming back. Waste of 14.00!!! Literally tasted like coffee and water with a little bit of almond milk. Someone needs to learn how to make a coffee!After posting a automated response was posted saying they would remake any coffee at this location…. Sorry but when your halfway down 75 on your way to work it’s pretty hard to turn around for something that should of been done right the first time.Parking: N/a

This location is so well put together. They are on top of orders. Today was apparently red cup day and so they were more busy than usual. I just went for a routine SB run. I had to wait a little longer for my drink, but the employees were working nonstop and were all very kind while they were overworked. I didn’t know it was red cup day so I checked with the front counter about my mobile order to make sure it went through (because I wasn’t sure with technology lol). The front was so kind, offered to make my order later if I had to leave or to refund me. I was perfectly willing to wait as I knew how hard they were all working. Everyone at this location deserves a raise. Very impressed with the professionalism, positivity, and swiftness. Keep up the good work.

Usually very quick. They do seem to get rushes once in awhile where you might wait 10-15 minutes. But if you're used to larger city Starbucks locations, 15 minutes is amazing. I've waited 35-45 at some locations AFTER placing a mobile order before driving to the location. Not this one though. No major issues here. Just reasonably good service.

Stopped here on our way to Florida. Breakfast sandwiches were fine and the other 2 drinks. But my pour over veranda blend was cold. 1st time I've ever received a cold coffee from Starbucks

Great, friendly service. However, they didnt seem to understand that "extra 1/2 shot of espresso" meant I wanted MORE espresso. I even said I'd pay the full amount for an extra shot, that I needed the little extra to help a migraine. (An extra full shot would be more than my daily limit of caffeine). Yeah....they gave me a latte with only 1/2 shot of espresso...I could tell just drinking it that they made it wrong. Still have my migraine...so, thanks...

As a former Starbucks employee, I would never leave a bad review but this location deserves it. I have gone to get a pink drink everyday for a week and it has not been shaken even once. This morning I asked them to shake it and they said that they did and just came back with it looking the exact same.

I am honestly normally a nice person but wow, this place was filthy, they were making drinks so fast the milk was spilling all over as well as everything was just sitting out never seen Starbucks like that. I understand your busy but come on? Absolutely unprofessional/untrained workers to add.

I stop by here regularly when I am driving through town. The staff is immensely organized. The order times on the app are 100% accurate. They are kind, courteous, and efficient. One of my favorite Starbucks to go to.

Thank you to the staff for considering that I ordered soy milk and no whip, and checking to make sure the topping was vegan without me even asking! That's a rare courtesy in the service industry, in my experience! Thank you for being knowledgeable, considerate, and accommodating!

Only reason they get 2 stars is because they were very friendly. The drink I got was awful. The Frappuccino tasted like it was 90% ice and water with a tiny shot of coffee. For a price tag of over $5, you expect better.

Love that I can order ahead on the app and just come grab it! Everyone is so nice when I come in, and many even know me by name! They take the time to make sure I'm happy with my coffee and are an awesome team!

Good Ole starbucks! Always a great place to get some coffee. The place was pretty busy today, but as always, it was worth the wait. Sadly, they were out of my usual chocolate crossiant, but the double chocolate brownie was a good replacement! Until next time Starbucks!
