Great place for your office supplies and more. I had a great experience today making some new business cards. The staff was very helpful and quick at their job. They had the order completed between 60 and 90 minutes. That was awesome! Way to go everyone, thank you so much.

My elderly mother was in today with my daughter trying to return something. My mother was very confused and could have been a great frustration to most people. According to my daughter Bennet was helping her and was beyond patient and helpful. This poor girl did an amazing job and deserves a raise or bonus! Thanks Bennet and Staples for hiring wonderful staff.

Placed an order for business cards lastnight for pick up today. I received a confirmation but never heard anything else. Called to check if they were ready and was told their printer was down. Apparently it was working in the morning but went down and they were trying to fix it. They would call back in 30 minutes to let us know if they could print my cards.So if I would have waited instead of calling to check in I assume they just wouldn't have called to tell me anything. I need them for a last-minute business trip tomorrow so I had to frantically find someone at 3pm on a Saturday that would be able to print them tonight. You should have called all of your same-day orders and let them know as soon as it happened in case you couldn't get it back up.Luckily Office Max was able to rush the order and get them printed today. Should have just gone there to begin with.

Ordered some posters online which came out fantastic! BUT when we went in the evening of 12/7, we were the only customers. The only worker, a female, was sitting playing on her phone and when we told her we were there to pick up our posters that we ordered online, she rolled her eyes and asked for our name. (Apparently she was annoyed that we were there). Then she threw them on the counter and mumbled. Never greeted us coming into the store and looked like she was mad she was there. Horrible customer service from her. The guy who left a message that our order was ready sounded nice though. SOMEONE needs to relearn customer service skeelz

Kayla did an excellent job handling the new changes with Amazon’s return process! Amazon’s recent changes are obviously difficult at the ground level when balancing other store responsibilities and I really appreciate her taking time from her clearly busy shift as a Staples associate to ensure that my returns were appropriately addressed. This location used to have a mega responsive and knowledgeable staff. I utilized this location numerous times for a variety of services from copying documents, computer and printer sales and general product needs.I recently called to inquire a particular project I'm working on and the lady who answered me had no idea of the service or really anything about the store. I don't know if she was new or what to really take away from the interaction.I called FedEx in town and I've discovered they offer the same service at a lower price!

Do not take your print/copy needs to this store. Their employees do not appear to be properly trained. I took a book in to have the binding cut off and a spiral binding put on. They ruined the book. Their only offer was to not charge me for their mistake. No offer to replace the book other than to repint it. It's an actual book that is bought on Amazon, they can't just print it out.

Once you've been in a Staples they're pretty much all the same the only thing that's going to change are the people inside the Staples I go to is located in a college town so the people inside change monthly it seems every time you go back it's someone new but with that being said the place has always been clean that people have always been helpful and friendly

I went in to send a UPS box and when roaming the store just to kill time I found a cool Christmas idea for my nephews and was approached/helped by a very knowledgeable sales associate. He was incredibly knowledgeable of their produ6and gave so much insight!Above and beyond!

Dee , gabe, & Kalvin. Helped me select right items to set up my home office. Saved me money by selecting cheaper items that work and provide same functions.also set up software for almost ready to use office for home. Dee had good knowledge in printers. Ship to home with ups seamless as well

Just had a terrible experience at this store. I want to buy a amazon gift card but store manager refused to sell it to me just because my wife bought one Disney gift card. I was told it is staples policy but I never hear of this before.. weird!

Amazing! The service at the Copying and Printing area is wonderful. Frank and the other young, lady were the best! I had a great customer experience because of those two employees.

I went here for a computer backpack. Most were close to $100 but a helpful employee guided me to a clearance rack where I found one for only $24. Score!

Is this an office store or a grocery store? Since when did they start carrying food and cleaning supplies? I went in for some specialty paper and I was surprised by all of the other things they had. They saved me from having to go to another store... but it was odd to say the least.
