We had our carpet cleaner/shampooer repaired when the Bowling Green store first opened. And when they couldn't revive our old Hoover vacuum recently, Ryan explained exactly what made it un-fixable and helped up choose a new machine that met our specific needs and preferred price point. He was very knowledgeable and engaging and took the time to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

I'd definitely recommend coming here if your in need of a vacuum. The person I spoke with was named J, he is really fun to talk to and sells you what you need at the best price for any situation! The inside is really nice and they'll even let you try them out in-store to let you feel them out.

Went the Bowling Green location. Met with Steven and Rick. Found these guys to be honest, fair and knowledgeable. Brought my vacuum in and they were able to help. You might not realize how much dust a $300 vacuum releases to the air, but many inexpensive vacuums capture the big particles easily but fine dust blows right through the cyclone type vacuums. This store has many options. You can turn them on and see what you are buying. Quality products that are made to last many years.

My husband & I are very happy that Great Lakes Vacuum came to Bowling Green. We first used their service a couple years ago; they repaired our Hoover HushTone at their Maumee location, and it works like new! We were glad we found them! We really like that vacuum & use it all the time for our cleaning business, and it’s no longer sold. I just purchased another canister vacuum a few days ago from them for my home. Rick showed me 4 different vacuums and demonstrated their effectiveness on pet hair to help me decide. The people at Great Lakes Vacuum are good, kind, and helpful. We will be customers for life!

We went in to drop our old Riccar vacuum off for service and ended up walking out with a brand new Riccar.We had already paid for our service when Jay offered to show us the new vacuums, for when it was time to upgrade. Turns out that between the trade-in on our old vacuum and the grand opening sale, we could get a new, more powerful vacuum for the cost of the next 10 years' service on our old one, with annual service included for the new one! Kind of a no brainer.Jay is very knowledgeable and passionate about vacuums. He took all the time we needed to understand the models we were looking at. Highly recommend this local business!
