I LOVE this place so much! From amazing lattes, mochas and more to mouth-watering scones and cookies, this place is the number 1 coffee shop in the world from my perspective! Incredible service and the food is totally worth the wait and money! I defiantly recommend this coffee shop WAY over Starbucks and other local shops. My younger siblings delight in watching these amazing, well-chosen employees make the best coffees ever! The beans are carefully roasted, bagged and grounded to perfection! I totally recommend bringing your kids, friends or family to this choice shop to play games while drinking this deliciousness!This is my dream job- 100% sure! All thanks to the families and employees who worked hard to make this shop come to life!

High quality coffee beans, great lattes, and yummy scones. Owner apparently very interested in high tech equipment for coffee making which is interesting. Barista friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is quite laid back.

Crisp, clean atmosphere, tasty caramel latte, and the owner is a really great guy. Stopped in when it wasn't too busy on a weekday, just after noon. The staff was really friendly and helped me figure out my order when I blanked out(I needed my coffee). Definitely give this place a try.

This coffee place is by far my favorite in the area. Really nice coffee shop with flavorful coffee Latte and great sweets. The place is well decorated and in a great location. The baristas were so nice, experienced and friendly.

We had a great experience there. Friendly staff who were helpful and informative. We enjoyed our delicious and high quality lattes. Also, the barista is the best, he knows what is he doing very well. I highly recommended this place.

Flatlands is a modern, laid back, welcoming coffee shop in downtown Bowling Green, Ohio. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the environment is quiet yet just enough noise, and the coffee is delicious. Their menu is basic in the sense that you get quality coffee with a few options to enhance it. This however, gives them the opportunity to perfect their signature drinks. Overall, this is just the right vibe and options that one could ask for. The only complaint would be the bare seating without cushions as your bottom starts to hurt after sitting in it for a while.

I believe that Flatlands deserves all 5 stars because of their excellent staff, quality of food and drinks, and also the atmosphere. I bought my first equipment for pour over coffee here and they offered to demonstrate how to use and and gave me helpful suggestions for great at home coffee. Would highly recommend this place. Even if you don't like coffee, go there to meet the staff. The owner is also very sweet!

Flatlands is the best coffee shop I have ever been to! I live in Bowling Green and I go there at least a few times a week. All of the staff are incredibly sweet and Ben, the owner, is the nicest guy I have ever met. It is so obvious how passionate they are about coffee and people! They have the best matcha latte (and tea lattes) I have ever had and their scones and other pastries are delicious! It is a perfect environment for me to get work done and the natural light throughout the place creates a great atmosphere. I love this place.

As a Cincinnati native - I wish we had a Flatlands Coffee down here in Cincinnati, Ohio. Their food, coffee, ambiance and service were outstanding! I ordered their Ice Lavender Latte with OAT milk and it was by far THE best latte I ever had. I also ordered a Matcha Latte and that also was 👌👌👌. Oh! And not to forget - I also tried their lemon filled donuts/beignets and it was fantastic! I highly recommend them!

I love the atmosphere and environment. Friendly yet functional. Baristas are amazing, and I've never had better quality coffee. I love to sit here and work, cause they do have wifi!Parking: There are some spots on the street and some behind the building. If other events are going on, parking can get trickyKid-friendliness: I've seen all manner of kids from quiet to rowdy. Baristas are always friendly. As long as parents supervise their kids and try to prevent screaming (lol) I've seen no issue with kids being here.
