I had a little problem steering my cart so the store clerks had to put one of their display baskets back together. But they were forgiving and friendly. Lots of help at the check out which was good but I wondered if it was an attempt to keep the customers socially distance in a small area. Five below is like the Dollar Tree, they sale what they sale. But for that type of store, it was well stocked , well staffed and clean.

Five Below is just a great discount store overall! I always find the cutest little things to decorate with and/or add to my space/office! The staff here is friendly, and the 25/50 cent candy is tempting! Lol

Great store, great stock and variety. Staff we're not very friendly. Would of have 5 stars if not due to that. Hope it was a off day. If not will go back to online shopping from there.

Hours for the Bowling Green Ohio Five Below needs to be changed because myself and another set of customers left disappointed because Google says the store closes at 9pm and we came around 8:20pm and the doors were locked.

the lady who works here is so freaking annoying she will SCREAM at you from one side of the store to the other, absolutely insult you just so she can suggest a product, and follow you around the store so you have to run away from her to be able to shop in peace. if you’re going to a five below go to a different one unless you want followed and yelled at through the whole store. not to mention suggesting a vape to a 16 year old. no thanks.

The lady that works there was friendly at first but quickly gave me anxiety as she followed us around the store talking super loud literally could not even shop in peace so we grabbed the one thing we had in our hands and went to check out where she followed us and coached us through how to check out in the self check out lane the whole time
