Great little gas station. The attendanton 10/08/2023 at about 6:10 pm (Logan) was AWESOME, GREAT and COURTEOUS.Price of gas was great (by my standards).

Pulled in to get gas this morning, paid with card at the pump and when I put the nozzle in my car, nothing happened. Tried multiple times and still nothing. Went inside to alert the cashier. She informed me I could not be at the pump I said I was at because she had just put money on that pump for a man....I told her I was definitely at that pump and pointed at my car, she didn’t even look. I asked if she could make sure that the transaction was cancelled to which she very rudely told me there was nothing on it. All the while, not even making eye contact with me. No attempt to trouble shoot, or fix the problem. Just completely dismissed me.

I have been a loyal customer everyday day stopping there for many months before I go to work in the morning to get my coffee. Recently I have not been getting my free coffees for some reason. I never get my ticket when I put my number in. I get charged full price on my coffee on Mondays when its supposed to be a dollar. I say something to the employees and they just ignore me. I am to stop going to circle k because of there poor service.

Great cashiers. Great snacks, donuts candy poplar pops. Toilet paper cat food, dog food. It's a convenient store a little bit of anything....

The staff are nice but the prices tend to be on the pricier side for Bowling Green. As well the place can get very busy during the bar hours since it's fairly close to the university.

Walked into the store by myself, a couple guys walked in behind me. I grabbed a 6 pack walked up to the counter, cashier asked for my ID , so I gave it to him. He looks at it and said ,”okay I need to see his ID to.”, and points to the guy in line for the other register. I replied “ I’m not with him, I’m by myself? I don’t even know that guy.” He hands my ID back and says,” there is nothing I can do ,”and sets the beer on the back counter and says “he can’t sell it to me because the other guy won’t show his ID.” Needless to say It was a waste of my time, and the stupid “suspicious policy” is garbage excuse when all I wanted was a 6 pack. I would give it negative if I could. October 13,2018 around 9:30 pm or so. Went to the other circle k down the road and bought beer with ZERO issues.

First off, I went in there at 12:42' am and told by some dorky looking kid that they can not sell alcohol past 12:45 and it wasn't even that late. There own corporate office post sales to 1:am. So they shut it down early. You can bet I will be complaining to there corporate office.

I appreciate corporate policy, but I'm no where close to being 21 years old. That was decades ago. Yes...decades!! I went in to buy a 6 pack of beer and they asked for photo id. I handed them my Ontario drivers license. They wouldn't accept "foreign" id. I handed them my USA issued Nexus card and they said Nexus isn't an acceptable form of id. So they won't accept even USA issued id. So if I'm 85 years old, in a wheel chair and on oxygen, and don't have a drivers license any more, circle K won't sell me beer. What a joke. I won't be using Circle K in my home town anymore because of this. The next place I went to in Bowling Green sold me my beer never even asked for my id. What a stupid policy from Circle K. And to top it all off the lady was far from polite too.

Not a single one of the 4 Circle K's in this town is open after 10pm now. Extremely inconvenient as the only other place open at night is a 40 minute walk away. Never stepping foot in a circle k again. Absolutely disappointing.

This is THE worst circle k I have ever been to. The girl working with long brown hair is the rudest person I have ever encountered. How can you expect to how employees like that and still stay in business. What a joke.

Beyond rude. Called cops for using restroom for no apparent reason. I was going in to buy a a pop and he kicked us out. Very discriminating to customers.

Every single time I stop the pumps are out of receipt paper. The point of paying at the pump is so I don't have to go inside.
