Super nice big lots! I’m moving to bg and I came here to do a little shopping and both very nice girls I talked to told me about the weekend sale and if I signed up for the rewards I could stack the coupons. I ended up ordering a bunch of things online to pickup and got some good deals. Thanks :)

It's a decent store. Large selection and fully stocked. Staff can be rude at times and it's not very clean. Last time I went there was dirt and shoe prints all over the store

Was looking for a recliner and we decided to start at Big Lots. Nice selection. Found one that was perfect, but they didn't have any in stock. The clerk was kind enough to call the other stores, even though she knew she wouldn't be getting the sale. One left at BG and they held it for me. Everyone was so very kind! Great service and a terribly comfortable lounger.

Some really good deals. Friendly and relaxed service. Even just window shopping there is fun. Nice atmosphere and setup. I always enjoy spending time in there. They also have a pretty decent selection of many varying items to choose from. Even their food selection is interesting. I managed to find a snack item I struggle to find at the bigger food stores, which was a pleasant surprise.

This big lots isn’t known for having super low prices on most things, but their furniture is usually pretty reasonable. Most prices are comparable to Walmart without their quality. But I do enjoy the clearance deals. Staff are not usually very friendly or helpful. For example, today two staff were blocking an aisle and loudly criticizing an absent staff member’s performance. Each time I’ve visited they had one or at the most two registers open. They are set up for handicapped accessibility with a push button to open each entry door individually. They say wheelchairs are available upon request. Their exit doors are automatic. In my opinion they are a fair shopping option especially if you need inexpensive furnishings.

Went to look for couches. After asking questions about one in particular, we decided we'd get it. Waited nearly 30 minutes for someone to come help after being paged over and over. They then told us that couch wasn't in stock...after I asked a bunch of questions about it and showed our interest the entire time.The best part is that no furniture there was any cheaper than you can find online elsewhere. Found the same couch for the EXACT same price somewhere else (despite it supposedly being "20% off" at Big Lots). Don't waste your time with this place!

Too little quality. Too little selection. Too Big on price. Isn't the cheap products supposed to be almost free? So why pay $10 for shampoo at a "supposed" discounter?

Big Lots has changed a lot over the last 18 months. Curb side pick up, online orders, rearrange the store,,, update the clothing merchandise, increase stock and rearrange pantry area. The store looks better and seems to operate better.

Very organized, well stocked with great things in the furniture section! Also the Christmas decor was on point! Everyone was helpful, courteous and I love Big lots! I get alot of my toiletries from here, they are inexpensive and all name brands. You can never go wrong here.

Still a fun and varied store, but prices have gone horribly higher - as has all other stores. We had a great time, but could not buy all we wanted.

They've expanded their selection of foods and now include frozen and refrigerated food. They always have great deals on household items and decor. This store is particularly well kept compared to others in the chain. I usually go in looking to browse as the selection changes regularly, so you're not likely to find the exact thing twice.

Pretty good place, the location is optimal and the selection is great. Went here when I first moved to the area and found just about everything I needed for my new apartment. Prices are good-average, and they have just about any home decor or utility you’d need.

Very helpful employees. While they were out of stock of the item I wanted, they made the effort to ensure I could find one and that I could pick it up. Only wish I could have bought my purchase at this store rather than the one I did.

There was no body to help in their entire furniture section. The check out rep was excellent and very friendly. If you didn't find it yourself you weren't going to buy it.

Always finding good deals and great prices. Staff is also helpful. I use a wheel chair and when I can't reach something they are right on top of it to help.

I like the store but some of the employees here need to be more friendlier and a little more faster at the check out and not hold conversations with the customers.
