Horrible gas station some of the workers that work there are absolutely terrible at their jobs. The bad workers need fired immediately honestly the bathrooms are always disgusting and you point it out to the workers and they really don’t do anything. Except for one worker there who is amazing at his job he works behind the register and is always helpful.

The bathrooms are always filthy when I pull through here and the employees don't seem to care if you point out and issue (I am pretty sure that their pumps could be on fire and they would still tune you out)Gas Station & Truck Stop food is never great and definitely unhealthy but I think they have given up here altogether the hotdog or sausage (couldn't tell) was so shriveled it looked like a Slim Jim and the drink station had chunks of what looked like mold coming out with the cola.The attached Subway had decent food and service. The young lady behind the counter almost looked embarrassed to share a space with the Circle K. She was kind and made a delicious sandwich (It's unfortunate that the restaurant is attached to such a gross space)If you are looking for food, restrooms or fuel I highly recommend stopping up the road

Clerk was super friendly and helpful. Since we had so much stuff he check us out. The store was very clean, organized, and STOCKED!

The bathrooms are always disgusting I recommend that you use a restroom somewhere else if possible, and certain employees are not the greatest. But they do have a wide selection of food and drinks if your in for a quick stop, also worthy to mention that it has a attached subway.

Bathroom was completely disgusting 🤮Obviously COVID doesn’t exist in Botkins, none of the employees were wearing their masks 😷 and the cashier had zero professionalism towards customers or the other employee working, yelling across the store instead of using the intercom, didn’t even have a mask anywhere in site and wasn’t even making any attempt of enforcing the Mandatory wearing of one for customers coming in.Pathetic. Disgusting. Overpriced.Rude.Incompetent.

Tried to get a job here since everyone that does works here is so over stressed. There are now hiring signs everywhere in the store, however, I applied over a month ago, and the manager told me that background checks are taking up to 2 weeks! Like I said over a month later nothing still. I do not have a criminal record that would hold up employment. Just sounds like a bunch of people that don't want to do their job.

On July 2nd, 2017 at 6:00pm me & my fiancé made a stop on our 11 hour road trip to TN. My fiancé walked in standing at the counter waiting to be addressed for at least 5 minutes as BOTH EMPLOYEES stood chatting on the other side of the store. When he asked if anyone could help him, one of the two female workers rudely spoke up & said he would have to wait to be helped although she was just standing & talking. Being shocked & obviously mad by the unnecessary rudeness my fiance gave her an ear full & got threaten to get the cops called simply because she does NOT know how to provide GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Buyer Beware!! This store does not stand behind the products they sell.I stopped in this store to pick up a six-pack of beer on Aug 3, 2014. Despite the fact that they have a large beer cooler, implying plenty of turnover, the beer I bought turned out to be skunky. Since we only opened two of the bottles before discovering this, I decided to take the rest back for a refund. That is what I do when I buy a bad product, and I have returned skunky beer to other stores in Ohio without a problem. This store gave me some bull**** about state law not allowing them to take returns of alcohol. I know that is bull because I have done it before, and the only thing they would be prohibited from doing is re-selling it. Of course they should not re-sell it, it's skunky!!! There is no law against satisfying your customers. So despite the fact that I stop at this gas station to buy gas regularly, I will no longer be buying food or drink from them. Go to Meyer's tavern in town for your beer. They have a drive-thru and will stand behind their products.
