This location is right off of I-75. According to the signs on their door today, they have no public restrooms. Terrible management and planning for a gas station near an interstate. So I spent my money at Shell across the street.

there should be a minus-star system for locations like these, $17. gas and $12. stickers (merch) and their bathroom "was being cleaned," when will it be ready i will wait. "It will be 20 mintues!" Unless they were remodeling?! I sent a letter to their head office too. Obviously poorly managed location.

I stopped to get gas this morning at about 9:15 and all the pumps are bagged out of order. Went across the road to the shell station and asked the clerk what good is that gas station across the road. Her reply was that they got gas about an hour ago and then proceeded to bag the pumps out of order. Things like this happen quite frequently, I know I'm a local. The other reviews saying that they are rude are absolutely correct. Wearing pajama bottoms, yes true also. I can't belive the company condones this.The station needs to get new management or shutdown. It's worthless to be there. If there is a genuine problem with the pumps then it needs to be fixed. But most people are saying that the employee just doesn't want to work. This is May 30th 2022.Memorial day.

I stop and fuel up at many Circle Ks all across Ohio! Work truck takes roughly 125 in fuel, 20 bucks tobacco products another 10 in drinks and snacks, I do this daily!!! This location is by far the WORST location ever. The store was dirty, bathroom was gross, and the man behind the counter was rude, wearing pajama pants, and absolutely refused to acknowledge the store had my cigarettes. Me and two other customers tried pointing them out he refused to get them saying they were not the correct cigarettes I was asking for. Horrible experience, I will never return to this location!

I always get harassed by the heavy set older guy with gray hair !! For no reason any other time I go there with ladies an have no issues what so ever . Please fire him what cashier leans on the counter taking people transactions or refusing them! So I have my paper document saying I'm waiting on my actual license to come in mail an he refused to sell tobacco product to me an then took my entire transaction an said that I was rude an he was refusing me so I left that store empty handed an disrespected for no reason I will not go back when he works . I always go there if not 4 times a day an never have an issue but when he is working it's like for real harassment from that old man an noww this time he is allowed to refuse my service for me just being right and not doing anything wrong an sticking up for myself so yes I got very angry an exchanged some words at the end of that conversation with him!

Just went in the gas station didnt get a smile, hello, a hi or nothing… i asked for a pack of newport 100’s in a box… the male clerk took his sweet time turning around to go get them, then bring me a soft pack… i said i wanted a box… he turns around again sloo footed back to the cigarettes and bring me a soft pack again and just stared at me… i said “i wanted a box!….a box!” He stared at me for a few seconds and said “thats all i got” kind of nasty…. Why wouldn't u say that the first time!!! I have nothing against special needs… but this visit was very frustrating… this store need to train its employees about customer service… special needs or not..

Horrible. I believe the pump overcharged me. I filled up half a tank and it said I put in the number of gallons that would be over three quarters of my tank. I've contacted the county inspector.

It's a Circle K...so you know they have gas and beer and snacks and stuff. Okay, that's not really a review...the selection of beer was pretty decent? The bathroom was clean? The girl behind the counter was friendly and cute? Okay, so it's that last one that bumps it up to four stars. I'm a guy, cut me some slack.

Great place for a gas station...and don't let them fool you -been like that for many many weeks. Only a few of the pumps actually working. Obviously manager's position is currently vacant. UGH!!!!

This Circle K does a whole LOT of false advertisement. If you have a sign up stating the price of something you really should honor the sign instead of being rude. It's not like it's a new sign. When I don't get the sale price I will walk away from now on. This employee was rude before Covid-19 so that's nothing new. 🤷 Oh well!

Pumps are always broken or slow. Employees are slow and indifferent. They stand around and talk to each other / their friends all the time.

Wouldn’t take credit cards, so I used cash. Then, I couldn’t even get anything because they didn’t have enough cash in the drawer to give me change. This is pathetic for a business to not be prepared.
