Have been going here for over a decade. Associates are helpful. Pickup is usually quick and has good service. It is nice to have 2 free Volta chargers here for EV's and plug in hybrids.Update: still feel the same way 4/24. They have great reduced bakery and meat items on certain days too. (Loving that the value of pie was the value of Pi on the rack today too. 3.14 woo hoo!)

Bought an item that rang up higher. The clerk had me go back and take a picture of the item for confirmation, which I did. Then he had to walk back and check it. Then he told me there was nothing he could do, I'd have to go to the front desk. The lady at the front seemed confused, walked back twice, looked at the photo and didn't seem to know what to do and then said she couldn't adjust the price. At this point I told her to just refund the price. She still seemed confused but eventually was able to take the whole product back and off my bill. It was almost a comical experience if I didn't have to go through it. We all know it's not that hard to adjust the price of an item and it just speaks to level of worker that society has to pay an ever rising minimum wage to.

This Kroger is only a few miles from home but I rarely visit because it's 'out of the way' and kinda in the middle of nowhere currently new businesses and housing are coming.I was surprised to see an ev charging station out front and without getting political I found it out of place for the area. The flowers and the rest of the store seemed well stocked, unlike most Kroger this one actually had what I was looking for. It was clean but the restrooms at this and every Kroger are always just sub par. I walked the ailes 4 times looking for trash bags before I found them in the automotive section as with every Kroger they are not with plastic bags, no idea why. Short of a few things and general complaints, it's a Kroger. I'd go back if I'm on this side of town but I'm not changing my current habits to visit.

Half the U-Scans are roped off despite there being 5 employees and managers on the other end doing nothing but chatting to one another. No greetings, I was ignored by 3 separate employees when asking for help. I'll be shopping elsewhere til I hear something has changed

Make sure you check your receipts when using coupons. They tend to not honor them when checking out.

I love the space between the aisles. I always have ease navigating through this store. The selections are limited on some items due to this stores size and location, I'd assume.Helpful employees, friendly check out.Usually, it's not too long of a wait in line.9 out of 10 times I leave with the items I came for.Clean store inside. Shop here often.

I usually have no problems but the time I purchased 2 toilet tissues because there was a sign that stated buy 2 and get a lower price but after I got home and noticed I was charged full price so I took them back and the girl said I'll go back and check the sign. She was taking longer than she should have so I went back only to find that she took the sign down and crumpled it up. I ask her why she took the sign down, well she said something stupid. I always buy lottery tickets and most worker do check them monday evening agirl working customer service was saying she was busy and did not check them but was not busy just standing around talking to other workers you need to get better workers not ones that don't want to work

Hey Blanchester Kroger, how about instead of paying for an EV charger in the parking lot, you pay for employees that will work and at least seem happy to be there. Two "managers" behind the customer service desk staring off into nowhere looking like the grumpy cat meme and droopy dog. Two more "managers" up stairs playing around for all the store to see. Meanwhile there is one register open with a line 6 people deep with full carts, one bagger attending the modified check outs, one of which one had a flashing light no one was attending, and one rightfully flustered employee working the other self check outs. Store seems pretty top heavy with not so good management.

The pharmacy is absolutely horrible how is it that you are days behind filling prescriptions and some that people think they have enough to last til the prescription is filled. But I guess a week's worth of medicine isn't long enough for this store. Blood pressure meds you could have a heart attack waiting on this. Antibiotics wait we can't just fill that we are trying to fill it. But hey we are days behind. That's what they said. What a joke. And this isn't the first time this has happened I'm gonna switch back to Meijer atheist I get it same day

I only shop there when I have to now. I have never been to a store where the employees where so rude. They have there clocks set fast and then close there doors early . Ive watched the employees leaving before they where even supposed to be closed. One would think that the 30+ years Ive shopped there and the money spent there ,they would treat there customers better.

I live very close to this store and have shopped there since it opened. In the last year or so this store has went downhill so bad. They very rarely have fresh produce and in general the store never seems to be stocked. I find expired food on the shelves every trip and the store is never clean. Supply chain shortages cannot be to blame as other locations do not seem to have the issues this store does.

I've always had a great help from the store employees. And that Courtney is one great employee. She knows her business and is always ready to help a person. I can't believe someone said she was rude. They must of been looking in a mirror when they said what they said.

This store is HORRIBLE. Overpriced, out of stock on items, and their pharmacy is ridiculously SLOW. I have been waiting in line for thirty five minutes to pick up my prescription and there are still eleven people ahead of me. Unacceptable. I will be doing my future shopping at Meijer.

Will not go to this store again. Waited over 10 minutes to check out. Only 2 lanes open at 3:30 PM.I had 7 items in my cart. When they final opened an Express Lane, the woman came out, walked past me to get a lady with a full cart and had her go through the Express Lane.I could had been through in less than 90 seconds. Had to wait 4-5 minutes to reach my original check out.I guess you have to be a local to get decent service there.Never Again !

I've talked to someone named Courtney and she was by far the most rudest person I have ever encountered, she clearly does not care about customers nor her customer service skills. If she does not like her job she should find a new one instead of taking it out on the customers who was just asking a simple question!

Last Tuesday my son's doctor put in for medication. Said pharmacy stated it would take a day to fill. This continued until I stated I would call corporate. Same pharmacy stated the.medicine not carried by Krogers. Said pharmacy knew this for a week yet failed to say so. Instead stated it would be in the next day. Finally they filled the script with diaper rash cream. This not the medicine asked for. Yet what I received. I talked to the manager. Pharmacy tried lie about the details. What baffles me is why not say you need to go elsewhere? This pharacy is wreckers and may get someone hurt one day in my opinion

Lately I feel the customer service has gone down hill. Today stood at the deli meat counter for 10 minutes, just me. Three workers back behind the counter not one said hello, or acknowledge my presence. Two of them, one who happened to not be doing anything at the time stood there looking at me. I would have walked away, but the grab and go meat was gone.id give it a 2.5 if Facebook would let me.

I realize most people use cards these days to make purchases, but for those of us who prefer to still use cash, it would be nice to have cashiers who can actually make correct change. I love this Kroger for its convenience since I do my banking in town, but it is sad when young people can't do simple math in their head.

This Kroger is in my home town but they have great workers and great customer service you can find every thing here very easily and if not some one would be more than happy to help you find what ever it is from fresh cut lunch meat to frozen pizza they have all kinds of drinks for what ever you may be thirsty for they have all kinds of candy for the kids or if you are a vegetarian they have fresh salads.

The majority of the evening staff is rude. The blonde that works the self scans at night isnt helpful at all. The ladies in the deli are lazy and not helpful. Ive asked for help at the customer service desk and one of the managers was very rude. The mens bathroom is always a pig sty. Once there was a pile of feces on the floor beside the toilet. This has all happened over the past couple of years, so obviously the hiring manager or GM is horrible at their job.

This rating is more for the BAKERY. It truely is a nice store with more to offer than my local town. I have no complaints on their selections. I however know I would NEVER order a cake from them after seeing the writing on my twin grandchildren cake for their little Kindergarten Graduation Party May 23 that my daughter had gotten. My other daughter ( the twins aunt ) picked it up for their mom since she had to Work. The girl writing on it told my daughter she didn't know how to spell CONGRADULATIONS! REALLY? No cheat sheets? Couldn't Google it. Let's just say the writing was age appropriate for kindergarteners so mom let it slide plus there was no time for getting it remade by the time mom saw it since it was brought to my house. The cake would have been refused had their mother been picking it up. After all mom paid almost $40.00 with the cake being $39.?? It did not change the taste of the cake. it was good, But I would never ever take a chance on ordering something that needed written on at this bakery after seeing the pride and professionalism showing on the cake. I was surprised when lots of others told me they had received the same professional quality as we did with the writing on our cake and that it's far from being the 1st one that's been ruined this way. Some even said theirs was worse. I mean the icing for the writing didn't even match with the cake either! My rating is more rating their BAKERY rather than the rest of the store that I give 5 stars. The Bakery gets a 1🌟
