Customer service is horrible, I got redirected multiple times just to be put on hold on the phone over an hour and a half just to get disconnected. Started the same process the next day, took 2 hours to finally get in contact with someone. Once I got service I was paying my bill regularly just to get a notice my account was suspended. I call and call evidently I have 2 accounts so was paying for an account that actually didn't exist. When I called to get my $1400 back. I was told it would take up to 10 business days. I would not recommend until they figure out how to manage their internal systemBut to the greedy shareholders Customer service doesn't matter. I usually ignore these surveys but this has been the worst experience, especially paying the amount of money you have to pay for service. You would think Customer support would be priority number one. Sorry WM but you are failing miserably

They are nice company and convenient to pay online also I’m glad they provided a trash can that’s helpful. It’s convenient track trash can order and know the pickup day

I use the app to track my account, services, and pay my bill. It is easy to use and navigate. When I moved customer service was easy to work with and got me through the process of getting service at my new location. I get notifications on holiday or weather delays and billing reminders. Good company, good app. I've never had an issue with the drivers or how they leave my cans. I own my Tote and cans, I have never rented totes or containers from them.

Great service here in Cottageville. Comes almost the same time each week and lets us know ahead of time if it needs to change. Our trash man Noah is the best!! Thank you!

Always forgets my trash and I’m expected to pay the entire bill. $40 a month and it gets picked up maybe twice!
