The showers and restrooms were clean and beautiful. No complaints there. The store was clean and well organized. However, not one Love's employee greeted nor acknowledged us, nor anyone walking through the doors. I'm from store 818 in Heflin Alabama and we pride ourselves in love's tradition of welcoming each customer all day and everyday! I was really disappointed in the GM and shift lead who were at the disesel desk carrying on a conversation with someone from the tire shop. We felt invisible and that's unfortunate. There wasn't any fruit at the deli except for one container of watermelon. They could really stand some improvement in the customer service area!

Beware that Love’s has a security system so overzealous and messed up that what should have been a 3 minute stop to use the bathroom resulted in me being accused of stealing. Using their associates as security is bad policy and extremely risky for their employees. I had in fact done nothing but use the bathroom and taken 2 straws (something the employee assured me is completely acceptable behavior). When given a choice I’ll certainly avoid Love’s in the future.

At pump 6, it didn’t take my phone number so I had to use the barcode. The 10¢ off didn’t apply after I went through all the prompts. I canceled the sale and it never went back to the home screen. I went inside to go to the bathrooms which were clean. I tried to pay with the cashier. Tap wasn’t working on the car reader. So I went back to the car and saw the pump was on the main screen, then this time it let me do the barcode.

Loves Needs to do better and stop all the creative parking in the driveway and lot. Hardee's opens at 0500. Guess they think we don't need to eat before that time.

Has a dog park and a lot of well maintained/free of garbage grass surrounding the station for pet. Clean, modern facilities. Great selection of food, beverage and souvenirs.

Ended up walking 2 miles at night from past the rest stop to this Loves. The staff was super friendly, and I had a nice conversation before walking the 2 miles back with the gas. That conversation helped me get back mentally. Let me spend the day after sleeping and recovering in my car. Even said if they weren't on shift they'd give me a ride back, AND asked the mechanics if they had a lull in work and could drive me back.The staff at this Loves are lovely people. Extremely pleased with my time spent here.They have Egg Rolls on the roller grill :)

I travel a lot and had never had a bad experience with a Love’s until now. The women’s restrooms were disgusting. There was pee all over every toilet seat and crusted urine on the floor

Clean Places and Friendly Faces. They live up to their motto here. Store is clean and orderly. Shower was clean with decent water pressure. Outside the store was well maintained. All of the employees were friendly.

Clean gas station area with a fair amount of pumps. The store was clean, and a good selection of food on the grill, and drinks in the fountain area and cooler as well as coffee and tea.

Did not pump the gas paid by card I was told it would take up to 72 hours to come back into the bank which never showed store manager says he isn't aloud to do refunds if you call corporate they say had to be handled in the store

People we're extremely helpful, very polite, and accommodating ( especially Ben on midnight shift). Fresh produce available, when everything else was closed. The truck stop was clean, neat, well organized and stocked with a large variety of snacks, drinks, hot foods, and tons of other sundries. Will definitely return again and again. Highly recommend this stop. Parking lot was well lit

Been a while since we’ve been on the road However we were very familiar with Loves they have improved greatly they have a dog park! I was greeted when I came in the door, clean bathrooms.Just with the traveler needs,As usual pricey but they had a great selection of toys and travel games for the kids seems like they always do now.

Bathrooms were clean. Best thing I can say about it. Pumps are filthy (seems par anymore) and this Love's has a $990 limit. Not happy at $5.599/gallon. I was still 30-40 gallons short of being full, and that can be the difference of paying $5.999 to paying $4.699

This Love's is a newer location. It's on the medium side for truck parking. The best approach is to go through an open fuel lane or the scale to go around to parking. The staff is courteous and attentive. And the showers and restrooms are some of the cleanest I've come across. Would stay here again.

I love to come to this gas station it is a frequent stop when I am driving to Ohio or into the Ohio. But unfortunately this is the first time I've ever given them before a 4 for service. The young lady who works at the cinnamon roll area seemed like she didn't want to be there. And she was more concerned with her phone. The cinnamon rolls that she gave us we're old and definitely not fresh. I don't know if anyone was buying rolls that day but she definitely should not have served them. I paid entirely too much for some cinnamon rolls that should have been thrown in the trash and instead were fed to my son until I noticed how hard they were and I had to throw them out.

Typical truck stop. Clean for the most part. Staff mostly friendly. Has some good fresh fruit even though you can see clearly change of dates such as turning 7s into 8s and so on so be watchful of that.

This is my favorite Love's. They have a great selection, more snacks than the others. And a nice quiet parking lot in case you need to take a power nap before getting back on the road!I always plan my trips by the Love'sTravel Stops along the way!

Loves is always the best place to stop on a long trip because of their selection of snacks, drinks, and coffee. They usually have a restaurant attached for when you need something more substantial and they always have the cleanest bathrooms.
