Was little disappointed, always seems to be merchandise in boxes on floors in aisle and not on shelves ,must be understaffedBecoming the norm in this store.Staff is friendly and polite but always out putting merchandise away so you have to wait on cashier.

I love that the Beverly, OH Family Dollar remodeled and add Dollar Tree. The inside remodel makes the store look and feel like it isbigger,like an addition was added on when all that happened is a new, upgraded layout of shelving maximizing the space. The addition of Dolllar Tree is just fantastic giving more selection and variety affordably. That said, the store is never fully stocked so variety is not available. Say of four item choices,they may have one,if you get lucky. So it becomes a disappointment of 'oh they only have this' or 'that's the only kind they have/had'. This is especially true of the grocery side and it becomes very frustrating. Just be warned and prepared that odds are they probably won't have what you are wanting to get.

Erma and the rest of the crew do a great job with this store, recently updated to a family dollar/ dollar tree and even expanded their square footage over the years.

I had to tap a star to post,but I don't think they deserve even one star,I am very dissatisfied with this store.i bought a bottle of shampoo yesterday evening, someone had put clear tape across the top of the bottle,I didn't see it and if the guy that checked me out seen it he didn't say anything,I was in a hurry to get back home because of the heat,I have a bad heart and am not supposed to be out in the heat,I left it in the bag overnight an when I went to put it away it had leaked half if it out,I took it back to exchange it and they wouldn't do it.because of the crona viris.niw I understand this if it would have been something they would have sent back,but it was shampoo, it would have went into the trash,it was wrong and I'd like to know who is the head person over this store,

Shelves were just about empty..boxes were everywhere..they need to keep things stocked better. I saw a full box of the product I wanted and they refused to get it. Get organized guys!

Everyone that works at the local dollar store is friendly.the store is clean and orderly except for truck day lol.so 5 stars yay.

I dislike this store, there's always a long line at the check out and only one cashier working the registers. I keep thinking it will get better but no such luck.

Now that they've had a face lift and upgrade on Thur selections (included refrigeration and freezers), it's become a nice place to stop for snacks or light meals.
