This is a great dollar tree! It's right next door the save a lot in town and you can park either in the save a lot lot or the frisches/skyline parking lot. Everything is one dollar plus tax if its taxable. A true $1 store! 💜 they always have the cutest homegoods items. Currently they have beachy themed candles and soap dishes for ONLY $1. Like just take my money lol.. highly recommend

If you shop here and have a cashier that's small, dark hair, and very quiet and passive, be on the lookout. My items were missing not just once but twice on separate occasions. First i thought I'd lost the first one but the 2nd time, i made sure and yep, they were gone. But it's specific and the exact same thing. I'm sorry but I usually don't like to accuse ppl but her behavior is just giving it away. So make sure before you leave, you check everything in your bags. I'm a long time customer and they've had many workers and this is a first. I don't want plz stealing from me, money is tight for everyone atm.

I've always been extremely pleased with the store and staff until this evening.I called the store at 7pm and was pleasantly greeted by the young lady who answered the phone, as always. I asked her if their store carried No Trespassing signs. She responded immediately with a "yes ma'am we do". Upon hanging up I drive from 2 towns away and arrive only to discover that they do NOT carry No Trespassing signs! I explain to young lady that was the entire purpose of call. She's says " I don't know who you would've talked to". I then asked "well who else is working?" And she replies with "the other person just left".There are always 2 people closing...always!! She straight up lied to me! I can understand making the honest mistake of assuming that the store carried No Trespassing signs. Apologize for the inconvenience and move on ... do not stand in lie to a customer. Especially when that customer's daughter works there!No one was angry or hostile. So I personally find it very difficult to know that Dollar Tree is being represented by a dishonest individual. Is this a big deal? No it's not but if a store has issues and isn't made aware they can't correct said issue.1: put customers on hold and actually check item availability. I'd rather wait on hold for 15 minutes to be told no than to drive 15 minutes one way to find out it's not available!!2: honesty is everything when it comes to a community business. Nobody's perfect, if you make a mistake own it!!

Love the staff at the bethel oh,location.Sharon is a hard worker dedicated and caring. She truly cares about her store and it's customers. Always friendly and well kept store. Oh by the way keep expanding crafters square. My favorite section. I Love Dollar Tree

I usually have a good experience at this dollar tree. But during my last trip it was a bit different . Rude cashier ,she was eating lunch, no mask. Told the other cashier that grandma didnt leave some sort of code or something so she couldnt cash me out. She shoved my intened purchases back at me. The other cashier did not offer to cash me out but instead took care of the people behind me. So i left. I will not return there.

I love my local Dollar Tree. Sometimes I find some.of my prized treasures and deals at this very store. Add to it that the employees ALWAYS go above and beyond to speak to every person who walks through their doors and the management does a phemonal job at ensuring that the store is clean and organized which is something I've seen stores much smaller with less foot traffic be unable to achieve! Im forever a shopper at the Bethel, Ohio Dollar Tree ❤

Nice dollar store, has a nice variety of products. The frozen food section is larger than I expected. Shelves were full, staff was friendly. My only concern there was no social distancing and carts were not sanitized nor did they offer a way for me to sanitize it.

Both gentleman that worked at this location today had exemplary customer service skills. They were both very polite, professional and eager and happy to help the customers in the store.This store was fully stocked and clean, and had everything I needed.

I walked into Dollar Tree one day and my back started hurting really bad and going out and the cashier's there help me out with my packages and I really appreciate it they're the best

Very rude employees. Poked my child AND my mother as they were waiting for me to check out. Didn’t give me my receipt even AFTER I hit the button saying ‘yes’ I wanted it. I saw her grab it from machine and throw away. Let me get ‘cash back’ but claimed they didn’t have the money in the drawer so I’m talking to my bank for fraud of 20$ from them currently. Older lady on second shift screamed profanities at me and my child claiming to ‘ban us’ when I told her to not touch my child. Reported it to dollar trees corporate office. I WILL NOT BE BACK. AND IM TELLING EVERYONE OF MY EXPERIENCE.

Just went into Dollar Tree in Bethel awesome clean gray customer service Tammy even walked us out to help us to our car and put the groceries in my car for me very nice experience at your Dollar Tree thanks everyone

It's an older Dollar Tree, but it's bigger and more well stocked than the other Dollar Trees I've been to. I love the Bethel Dollar Tree!!!

Went in for plates and a few items to use at our wedding. They had exactly what we wanted. The cashier was very pleasant.
