They overcharge every time I come in here and the lady behind the counter is extremely rude. By law they're required to give you sticker price once a pricing issue is brought to their attention, but she refused.

This is the second time I’ve tried to use this store only to pull in and see a note that they’re closed..The staff however is top notch

They don't have enough employees to run the store. It can't be ran right . One to two employee can not put merchandise on shelves to keep it stocked, run register and help customers. One register open for a line of people. The upper management needs to fix this problem. It employee do the best they can with what they have to work it. Customer walk out with things or leave there stuff there. The upper managers know about this problem but refuse to do anything about it. The store can't stay clean either. Management should have to work in those conditions and they would see why customers don't wait and leave, and why they are not happy in Dollar General stores. The employee do the best they can, but with the right amount of staff and organizations the store would be a nice, clean stocked and customers would wait to get checked out and less stealing would go on. It's said with what little pay they get. The company treats them like this. Not looking good Dollar General. Hope you take advice and do change things around to make it better for all.

This is the nicest Dollar General around! It is always clean and stocked up. The employees go out of their way to make sure you find what you need and have an awesome time. Choose Bethel over any other local store. It is worth the drive!!

Store is a big mess because the company seems to be unable keep employees, I have seen 10 different people come and go in just a few months of shopping here. Manager is always outside smoking in truck. Cashiers have to do many other things making checkout slower but I have heard that if they just stand up front between customers to do their job as a cashier they can get in trouble. There’s always only 2 people working on nights, only one of them is on register. Horrible store, need more employees working to clean up.

Always the nicest staff. Very good selection of merchandize, but, the staff is the treasure.It is so nice to go into a store and feel welcome. The ladies that work at this store are always ready to assist.

It's Dollar General. What else is their to say. I only go there if it's late at night and my son needs a case of water or something. Cashiers are not pleasant. Usually their's only one cashier when 5-6 people are in line. The other cashiers are outside smoking or taking & watching the other cashier work. Store is always a mess. I'm honestly surprised the location is still open.

Only 1 cashier working most days, wait to checkout may be longer but the items they have for selection is top notch for a smaller town. Dairy products and frozen foods as well as canned goods and name brand cereals and snacks.

I finally downloaded the app that my friend has been telling me about for awhile, so I wait till Saturday so I can use my $5.00 Saturday coupon. Coca-cola 12 pks are on sale so I'll get 3 of them and a few other things, I drive to the Bethel location only to walk to door and it's locked and I can see there is water all over the, they had some kind of flooding issue, so I figured I'd drive to the Hammersvlle I'll location, only to get to it and there be NO coke 12pks left in the store. Gas ain't cheap wasted my time and gas!

The customer service is great from the long time employees. Many of the in and out workers are gone quickly for good reason usually. Manager is super friendly and helpful.

Lines are always long. It's always a mess with freight everywhere on the floor where you can't get down the aisles. Hate shopping here . I would rather go to the Dollar tree or the Amelia Dollar general. No sense of urgency. freight more important than customers

Pretty good place to get that one item you need. Actually had some time to walk around and see what all was available, I was pleasantly surprised. I might have to stop in more often. Not too messy like I've read in previous reviews.

It's a store of convenience. Good place to stop for something so you dont have to run to wlmart. Plus the prices are good. But the store is always packed with boxes and stock items.

Large selection if a variety of items at great prices. Seems to have an expanded grocery items than most dollar general's. Has a redbox outside for your dvd or game rentals.

Love dollar general for cleaning supplies etc. They finally go the big packs of their DG bone brand toilet paper bag Co on and now I can quit running out

Depends on who is working rather you want to stop here or not..Very rude management..It's like a flash back to High School...no wait elementary school with the management team. Dollar General has ZERO standards in this dept. New design...HORRIBLE.

Nice cashiers clean store only complaint is the stock carts in the aisles for stocking sometimes get in the way of maneuvering my shopping cart down the aisle

It has more to choose from than family Dollar. It needs to be a bit more organized. The clerk's are very friendly
