I've been going to this facility for some time. However, today is the end of it all. My prescription of Adderrall was due to be filled yesterday. I called it in, the pharmacist said OK we can have it ready today what time would you be here to pick it up? I don't have transportation so I said an hour. She said OK see you then. Today my ride picked my meds up. My Adderall was missing. I called the head pharmacist and stated my concern. He looks IT up and tells me the reason why is because there is not a new script for it. I stated to him that my doctor issues 3 at my visits and I'm not due for an apt until later this month. There is one there. He again basically told me that it was my mess up. So I called my Dr to verify. It was confirmed that yes I had one left for this month. I called the same guy who is suppose to be the head incharged. I stated I confirmed with my Dr that yes indeed there is one for this month. And I stated I don't understand how yesterday the lady found it and said it be filled, my Dr confirms that there is one how you are telling me there isn't now. He again said I don't know what to tell you there is not one here. Then asks for my Dr number to call and tell him that they will no longer be servicesing me and hangs up on me. He did nothing at all to figure out what happen to my script that was confirmed by 2 people of great value to know for certain . So now took no responsibility of own basically called me a lier as if I was trying to get one over because I'm a crook. So now I am with out my medication. I will more than likely have to spend the weekend in bed now because I don't have it. I have to suffer and pay for their mistake. Not cool at all! I pray by the good grace of God a miracle will happen with the Dr office. With that said my Dr is off on Fridays. I am above and beyond pissed off!! Very poor professionalism considering people are prescribed meds for good reason. I wish I had a car. I'll leave it at that!!

Not really sure what everyone is complaining about, I've always had pleasant experiences, though there has been times they are out of a medication which isn't really surprising considering we are in a low population area surrounded by more densely populated locales. Seems like a lot of the complainers either don't understand what they are being told or are being difficult which wears on anyone's patience in a busy environment and they are always busy. (I've seen this myself and once the nitwit is out of line the next ten people are in and out.) In short if you don't think the world is all about you it's not a problem, if you think it's all about you get a personal valet.

Rude, always wrong, constantly claims your doctors office didn't call in prescriptions that you were standing there when they absolutely called them in, takes it upon themselves to fill 30 day scripts for 90 days and then refuses to refund you.This place is a JOKE....BUYER BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY...you will end up at a different pharmacy anyways, save yourself the hassle and just go to Kroger in ameilaPS. this isn't based on one experience but on many by myself and family members

Waiting in the car line for 30 minutes only to be turned away at the window because they were closing for lunch. Come on CVS , if you are not going to serve the customers you have in line at least put a sign out so we don’t wait for thirty minutes. Definitely changing pharmacies after this poor customer service

If I could give this place -100 stars I would. Don’t try to transfer your prescription somewhere else after it being sent here. I tried transferring mine to Walmart and then had Walmart send it back to this cvs . I was provided email and visual confirmation of the transfer. Now this CVS is claiming Walmart has it. Because of this cvs I’ve missed 4 days of important medication. DON’T COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME!! I definitely will be calling this into their higher ups. Because this unprofessional attitude could end up having someone killed.

Store and associates are great. The pharmacy however is a train wreck. Waiting hours for simple prescriptions. Get told my prescription is ready only to arrive and they say they're still working on it. How many hours does it take to fill a 7 day supply of amoxicillin?

Always have issues trying to refill my daughter's prescription. Every time it says it will be ready, it never is and they say they are just behind. Well don't give someone a time then...ridiculous...and they aren't the friendliest pharmacist...I will be switching pharmacies after continued unprofessional customer service.

Pharmacy is getting better. Majority of the pharmacists/techs are pleasant. Front sales associates are friendly, helpful and always busy. Store is always clean & shelves are stocked nicely. I stop by this location 3-4× a month.

The store itself is ok. I will not use the pharmacy again unless they are giving the stuff away. My doctor gave me a prescription for ibuprofen after multiple surgeries. I somehow got on an automated call list for refill reminders. I no longer needed this medication but continued to get robo calls, the store gave me a number to call to stop the calls. The prompts and response time added up to 18 minutes with an additional 3 minutes with somebody to take me off the list... very frustrating.

Dr. will call in a prescription in the morning and every single time it's not ready until you actually go there and ask for it. 6-8 hour wait time to get 28 pills together every single month? Pick literally any other pharmacy nearby

On the 19th I saw the pain doctor who sent my scripts directly here. When I got home I called to find out when they would filled. The girl said the two main pain relievers, Percocet and gabupentin, would be filled on the 20th. Today, the 20th, I called at 1pm to schedule pick up. I'm a 63 yr old disabled woman so I need to schedule things carefully. They said they would be ready at 2pm, so I was up there in their drivethrough at 2pm in a car that was running out of gas. The guy working the drivethrough had the gall to say that they weren't ready because they had just received the script orders, as if I didn't chat with a tech about the scripts the day before. He had me pull over and wait 25 minutes for them. So I did, as patiently as I could and praying I'd make it home. This was my first time at CVS Bethel location, my previous pharmacy was CVS Amelia. Bethel was closer so I decided to try it. I'm switching back because though it maybe farther from my home, they would never behave in such a way and I urge anyone who has the misfortune of using this pharmacy to do the same.l

Much like everyone else, I agree that the pharmacy is terrible! The techs are all extremely rude and act like I am a complete annoyance for asking them to do their job, much less smile about it. Don't ask the pharmacist a question, he will look at you and answer you as if you're the worlds biggest dunce to ever exist. I'll gladly take my money to the locally owned pharmacy down the street, I'll forfeit my insurance discount with a smile on my face to avoid this place.

Called three times to get a very important perspection filled for them to tell me they were, "too busy". Isn't it there JOB to fill medicine?! Would not recommend!

Spent over $70.00 on photos just to have multiple duplicates that I did not want. Multiple pictures where the heads are cut off. Same sizes. I have email confirmation with what I ordered and screen shots for proof. They refuse to credit me anything. Or print my missing pictures off. They arent able to help. Started getting aggravated with me when I was explaining everything.Wont be printing here again.

The store is well stocked and clean. The front counter workers are great, but not the same at the pharmacy counter. Rude and has many workers but no one wants to wait on you. Not going to beg anyone to take my money.

Terrible pharmacy. Male associate who works at the pharmacy desk is rude to customers not at all helpful and makes inappropriate comments regarding medical needs and regarding doctor ordered prescriptions that are absolutely NONE of his concern. I will no longer use this pharmacy and will let everyone I know not to as well.

Worthless. No one at the checkout counter. They expect you to use the self checkout which I will not do because all it does is knock someone out of the job. I put my stuff on the counter and left.

If I had to choose between Walgreens and CVS as to who had the better customer service, it would be Walgreens hands down.
