I love this place ! It is not a large place but has everything you need. The prices are very comparable to the big lumber stores without the hassle going through traffic and headaches. Screws, plumbing, straw, gardening, tools, sub-pumps, bulk seed, wood stoves, grills and on ..on. The service is outstanding. They will leave u alone to shop or give you personal one on one help. If your unsure they have it ...call ahead and they actual make sure.

Great hardware store that has everything I need, and fairly priced.I'm actually writing this review cause last time I was in there I got almost 10 80 lbs of quikrete an the cashier helped me load them up.....Her name was Mandy an even though she struggled she wouldn't let me load them all up by myself. I think she is definitely a great person & a great employee.

We love stopping here for what we need on a project. My husband bought his Traeger grill here and loves it! They matched the online sale price despite it not being listed at the store.The customer service is always absolutely the best and it's our first stop for supplies always!

Went here looking for some odd seals, guy at the counter took me straight to it, found what I needed and was out the door. Both sales people greated me and from the looks of things, was stocked pretty well.Prices were reasonable, I recommend here over driving all the way to eastgate anyway. Top notch service

An impeccably clean store with a friendly staff that (wait for it) smiles at you when you enter and seems to be happy that you are there! I couldn't believe it. It was like walking into a store in 1985, before private equity bought everything and ran customer service straight into the ground. The shelves here are well stocked with a ready supply of items that you never think you will need but somehow always do (I was there for a very specific kind of spring, which they had). The inventory is surprisingly comprehensive for such a small store, and chances are you will find what you are looking for.So, before you try Home Depot or Lowes, where finding an employee is impossible and finding a helpful employee is a straight-up miracle, give this store a shot. It's worth the trip.

When I first moved back to Bethel I would not have even remotely considered giving this place 5 stars (more like 1⭐would have fit better). Since then they have remodeled and hired new employees. Now every time I go there it lives up to the Ace Hardware reputation of friendly knowledgeable service. It's definitely a far greater experience than the big box stores (Home Depot, Lowes etc..) now.

This place is good. The people are nice. The inventory is pretty good for their size. The prices are high, but sometimes you don't have time to drive all the way into town; so this is a good alternative.

Expensive, especially since village is right down the road at lower prices. Good selection when you need it. The customer service is lacking bad, super rude. Stark contrast to Village which the staff is very nice, helpful and always have good manners.

I went to the store to purchase a Stihl weed eater, I chose the one that I wanted and purchased it with some other options.they were very helpful and did not try to up sell . It was a great experience and I will definitely shop there again.

Accidentally stumbled on this fantastic store ! Need some Stihl equipment and not only did that have exactly what I needed the customer service was TOP! Made it easy and showed me how to work everything and you can tell the stores owner Norman is invested in every step of the way, made you feel welcome and spends time with the customer! Worth the drive !

Definitely going to pay more money here for things compared to others and the selection is decent, but it could be better.. this would be just a quick hit store for small hardware items.. don't expect a large assortment of selections.

Big store. Needed interior paint. Benjamin Moore brand priced at over $60 a gallon. Does that price include installation? No question good paint but price is ridiculous! Cheap stuff works fine for me. Can have three different colors fo the price of one! Think I will shop elsewhere.

I will start out by saying that you can find just about anything you could possibly need in this store when it comes to hardware. Their price can be pretty steep though. Watch what you grab, because what could have been a $15 trip for just a couple more dollars in gas to go somewhere else could turn into a $30- $40 trip here. The people are very helpful and kind, but watch those prices.
