Such a fun day. The golden retrievers were sooo cute, and the store was amazing. The tamales were INCREDIBLE. And the apples of course were perfect.

This family run Orchard is a gem of north west Ohio. Nestled in the beautiful countryside of Berlin Hts. it’s a perfect spot to visit on a fall weekend. They also have Quarry Hill Winery just up the Rd which is excellent.

This was a phenomenal experience! We came for cherry picking and ended up raspberry picking too! The cherries were amazing and I don't typically love cherries. Overall just a beautiful place.

We visited for cherry-picking 🍒 but it also has Peach, Raspberry, Apple and Corn 🌽 fields as well. We tasted Cherries, Peach, Raspberry and Corn as well. The taste is awesome may be due to the quality of the soil here as well. They also have different varieties of vegetables as well. You can also visit Nickelplate beach which is few minutes away after picking. They also maintain Toilets nicely.

Found this place by accident and it ended up being a highlight of our trip to the Sandusky area. We pulled into the quaint roadside stand and then discovered an entire peach orchard in the back! We picked peaches, made new friends (the pair of golden retrievers, Walter & Hudson, never met a human they didn’t like) & talked with the warm and welcoming staff. There is a winery right next door and Lake Erie beaches nearby. This was the perfect way to spend a beautiful summer afternoon.

Super friendly staff! Very helpful. U-pick apples are easy to access and they offer wagons to tow around your haul while you pick. Pricey, but in line with others so it is nothing against Quarry Hill. A family friendly orchard with great apples. The resident dogs are also a bonus, super friendly! Had a great time.

Great place to pick apples, so many varieties and the generational family that runs the orchards are very welcoming with every person there. My new place for apple picking.

It's our annual trek to get our beloved Cameo apples. Everyone is always very helpful. Usually they have a new apple to try. P.S. Don't forget to stop at their winery just up the hill

My family had a great time picking apples here! The orchard is beautiful, and the map was very detailed so we knew right where to go to get the best apples. The staff we encountered were so friendly, and my kids loved the golden retrievers. This orchard is farther than our local one (who doesnt have pick your own right now anyway), but I would be more than glad to drive the extra distance to go back! We will be back for sure.

We switched over to visiting Quarry Hill Orchard for our Annual Preschool Field Trip in 2015. We have NO thoughts of ever changing! The staff are all so hospitable, and make you feel like family! Its always nice to get out to the farm :) My fellow preschool staff and I talked about the tour on the bus ride home -- we all agree we are super pleased with how child friendly and oriented everyone was today (and have been for the last 5 years)! Esp Farmer Brooke and the way she got the kiddos in line, the way she taught and spoke to them, etc. Farmer Kay did a great job giving some information about the trees - both for the adults and the kiddos! And Ben, well, he is of course always great with everyone as well! They LOVE the tractor ride he gives! No Quarry Hill trip would be complete with out some attention to Hudson and Walter, the farm dogs. Poppy Bill treated me to some hot apple cider and the packing staff is always there for a wave and a smile for all. We look forward to our visit next year!(Wanted to add - we brought about 80 adults, 75 children and 4 staff this year.)

Best pick your own apples around. The new barn is a local food Oasis! Gammie family goes the extra mile to make everyone feel welcomed and special. A must do for fall!

So glad I went here, will for sure be back. Locally and family owned through and through with a little section of beautiful home goods. Fresh produce, ice cream, cider, baked goods, flowers. Give yourself time to enjoy it, bring your kids.

About the best peaches and nectarines I have ever eaten. The nicest people I have ever met running this wonderful place. Even two beautiful golden retrievers greet you and sometimes escort you back to your vehicle when leaving.

Quarry Hill has really expanded and added a beautiful winery. Very good tasting Pinnacle (a nice blend of grapes) and Peach wine. The peach wine I will mix with sparkling mineral water to give it a spritz...great drink for the summer.

Great honey and customer service. Their two dogs Hudson and Walter are very kid friendly. Hudson was a complete gentleman and walked us to our car…. After hamming it up with us for some friendly head and ear rubs 😊.

This family-owned fruit farm is truly a gem. If you find yourself lucky enough to live within driving distance then do yourself a favor and make a trip. We visited on a beautiful fall day and as expected the farm was quite busy, yet we were still greeted by friendly and helpful staff. We wanted to pick our own apples and were given a detailed map with instructions about which apples were ready to pick. So many delicious varieties! They also have gorgeous pumpkins including heirloom varieties. The charming barn has many yummy treats and already picked apples if you aren't interested in picking your own. I appreciated the attention to details the owners put into maintaining this farm. It takes a special family to make such a lovely space.

We have been to many apple and pumpkin farms in northeast Ohio and Quarry Hill is our absolute favorite! The owners are incredibly friendly and their staff is just as friendly and helpful. We have visited to pick apples in beautiful weather and cherries during a downpour and both were equally memorable and enjoyable. You will not regret a visit to this charming farm and market barn. Highly recommend!

We came here for pick your own apples and fell in love with the whole place. The family that runs the store and orchard are so welcoming and friendly. They want you to experience everything they have to offer and will answer any questions you have. I will be back for more apples this season and for many seasons to come.

Recommended to me by a friend at work. Now i highly recommend Quarry Hill too! Such a nice place and great family runs the farm. Picking your own fruit is not the only fresh thing they have there. Their other produce and bakery are also fresh. Great opportunities for pictures with family and friends. They also had other vendors in tents selling very tasteful wares.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful & fresh fruits, produce, treats, honey, and jams. Watching the family working behind the scene/stands left me feeling so warm, welcomed and filled with love. Walter (farm dog) had his little fetch toy, a potato, for the day. LOL!!!Everyone was wonderful and sweet and literally so helpful. I loved watching the dad teaching his kiddos about hard work & helping out. We will visit over and over again! Thanks for a great 1st experience.

I'm going to go against the grain here and give Quarry Hill a negative review. This is mostly because they have taken pick your own activities which have been free for years and have monetized them. We now have to pay and register per person, even children. This is disguised under getting a "lecture" and getting "educated" and for the privilege of being on their farm to have "controlled" picking. After a 10 minute lecture that a 5 year old can Google about peaches, you're free to pick. This farm has been supported for years by its community, not to mention cheap foreign labor and subsidies galore, but now we have to pay to pick...instead, they should be paying us because we're saving them money. This farm is not at all struggling, and is doing very well, and this pay to pick process is elitist and demeaning for us who live in the area and have supported them. Everything they have to offer is plentiful at other farms in the area. I would pick at one of those farms instead.

I've always liked stopping here for apples, pears, and peaches. They also have a nice selection of other produce. They have the nicest dogs. Two male golden retrievers that my granddaughter fell in love with. The people who work here are friendly and helpful, and always offered us a sampling of cider, apple slices, or some other little goodie.Just an overall great farmer's market with good products, super service, and fair prices. All in which keeps me coming back. 😀

Once inside the building, wheelchair access is really well done including the bathrooms. Just be careful on the gravel, the larger chunks will catch smaller wheelchair wheels. Also the thresholds into the building from the parking lot require either popping a wheelie or going backwards.Staff was wonderfully cordial the whole time, really wonderful to interact with in every way.
