Highly disappointed and angry at the way I witnessed my dog being treated when Helen, the owner didn’t realize I was there to pick her up from her grooming appointment. I had been taking my dog to Helen for over a year and thought she was very sweet to animals but caught her mistreating my dog when she thought no one was present. My dog was always very nervous to go to her and Helen was well aware of this as we spoke many times about it. Now, I believe her nervousness was the result of the way Helen was treating her. Helen’s own dog had also attacked my dog twice upon entering but Helen did agree to no longer have her own dog there while my dog was present for her appointments. The whole reason No Bones About It seemed appealing for my dog was her claim that no other dogs were present at time of grooming and what seemed to be Helen’s sweetness with my dog. Both proved to be untrue so please proceed with caution for your pup.

Wonderful groomer -- she took loving care of our dog when we took her there for baths & grooming even tho she was an older dog with arthritis in her back legs. She took alot of time with her and was very caring. My dog loved the attention and the treats !! Helen is very kind, patient and very loving . I can't say enough wonderful things about her , and I highly recommend her !

I only have nail trims done being my dogs don't need hair cuts but she does great with them and Winnie her aussie would never hurt another dog or person. She has the best disposition. Love that pup .

Helen, the owner is great with our dog. He gets groomed frequently and always looks good. She is kind and patient with him even though he can be a wild child. she doesn't have multiple dogs at one time in her doggy spa.

I was a new client and Unfortunately my almost 13 year old Beagle was attacked upon entry of the premises by the groomers dog. Resulting in 6 bleeding puncture wounds to his face, That I took him to the vet shortly after the incident over. Helen, the owner was not very sympathetic over the situation.

I absolutely love this place and the groomer/owner is the greatest!! So sweet and kind and does a fabulous job. Really kind and loving toward my dogs and they were at ease with her. I will go to her as long as i have dogs!! The place is clean and smells great not doggy
