Highly recommend the store service and selection. Curbside pickup and delivery are also excellent. Only problem is ordering online with the corporate website, they need to do some work with that so that you don't get stuck waiting for a page to load - which happens A LOT.

Great store for local pet supplies. Leashed dogs allowed in store with you. It's so fun to shop with my dog! And get get special treats for my cat.

I’ve been in several locations and I think Berea is my favorite so far, it’s not because is near my house, but the self serve dog wash is very convenient, especially for a big dog like mine (Golden Retriever), what I like about this location is that you can purchase the card of 5 wash for $25, and it doesn’t use a token like some of the other locations.They have online order pick-up, which is very convenient, and also you find some nice deals!They usually have different activities throughout the year, and for Christmas, they have the best Santa! I love taking my doggies to meet Santa there! Is our special place!

Good for fish food and decor, but it is ran by a bunch of kids who don't really know what theyre doing. And the fish usually have something up like a fungal infection.

I had an order for curbside pick up. It was easy on the ap to let the employees know you are there to pick up your order. The employees usually get the order to your car in a timely fashion.

I literally dread going into this store. Everyone who I have encountered that works here is either extremely rude, or extremely strange. The other day the cashier screamed for the girl to come all the way from the other side of the store just to answer the phone while she rang me out, incapable of multitasking which seemed pathetic. Another gentleman that works there will open a paper bag (after you practically beg for it) and drops your items from 2 feet above, into the bag. I don't think I have ever encountered such unprofessional conditions, and I live in Cleveland. I only come here occasionally because it is close to my work and I have to get my dogs food from an actual pet store.

The Berea store makes shopping a very pleasant experience. The staff are extremely helpful and have wonderful personalities. They are always there for questions without the attitude that they are being bothered. This store is very clean and parking is great! UPDATE: around Christmas time this store had a giveaway a week drawing and to my surprise I won a awesome stocking for my cat. He enjoyed everything it was stuffed with. Canned food. Treats and wonderful toys. Thank you so much! Grimalkin and I were thrilled.

This pet store is unbelievably amazing. Their staff have always shown excellent customer service and they laugh at my dumb jokes lol. They entertain my 5 yr old when he asks to pet animals. My frog was sick and one of their staff reached out to me on fb to check on us. Like WHAT?! Wonderful humans really. I’m so glad they are only 2 min away. Love you all!!PS giving military discounts is amazing. Thank you!

Last week I placed an order for dog food for curbside pickup. I received a call that they were unfortunately out of stock of the dog food I ordered, but they would be getting a shipment in a few days. They kept my order on file and said they’d fill it from the new shipment. I received another call that they didn’t get the 35lb bag of food in but did get a 47lb bag. I was thrilled they got my dog’s food it since it’s been out of stock everywhere, so I told them I’d take it. I knew the food would be about $20 more but I was just happy to have the correct food. I was so surprised when I saw my total for my new order, it was the same price as 35lb bag of food! The manager/staff price matched the cost of the food for me for the inconvenience! This location has the best customer service and communication. They worked with me to get the product I needed and made sure to keep me in the loop for the entire process. I will continue to give this location my business. Thank you for being so kind, caring and professional! Keep up the fabulous work.

They have definitely changed things from when they first opened. I would originally try to come here to get Bunny supplies and at first they didn't have the supplies, but I have returned since then and they do carry minimum supplies like bedding, and food, which is closer to me then pet smart. However, I do have a cat and the food I typically buy him is the Blue Buffalo (small cans) in a box and they only had the large cans. I did end up buying other cans anyways to see if my picky cat would eat it, and he did like the ones I picked out or he was just pretending to like them because he does this. Anyhow, I will be back to get other supplies.

EDIT: I just tried their delivery and bumped them from 4 to 5 stars. I placed my order at 5 am when I realized I was out of dog and cat food. I don't even think they open til 9 am. Food was at my house at 9:30. Packaged well enough to survive any type of weather! This is now my go to store for cat and dog supplies!Very convenient location for me. They have online order and pick up which is super convenient. Like most places in Berea, the staff is hit or miss. Sometimes you go there and they are awesome. Other times, you have to ask them to check you out. Other than that it is a clean store with a fantastic selection!

Great options, lots to choose from and all at great price points.Can be a little on the higher end but only if you don't know what you are looking for. If you shop online with other pet supplies cos you will notice that they are cheap and not well made!!!!Pet Supplies Plus is so much better, and you can also get it delivered from the local store and without having to drive, shop in person or carry heavy 50lbs bags of pet food. Let them drop all of your pet products off at your door 🚪. Love the customer service also.

Will not be coming back in. Was in the store for maybe 5 minutes. Two of the workers were in the back by the bird section. One of them yelled at the birds “shut the hell up, your annoying”. The manager who was by him didn’t say anything to him then. I left and proceeded to call management and she states “he gets carried away, I’ll talk to him”. Carried away and yells at animals? Doesn’t sound like the first time… talk to him because i heard what he said? You work at a pet store…. This isn’t right.

What is going on with the Berea store? The lack of respect and professionalism is so evident..the Fairview Park and Mdbg Hts store always deliver excellent customer service. When shopping in Berea you are made to feel that you are interuppting them by wanting your order rung up and gosh forbid if you tell them you have a coupon. I always think its so rude when you have to beg for a bag instead of them automatically bagging your treats. The manager is also never there..ugghh☹️

The store itself and the actual merchandise were pretty much run of the mill, BUT the help we received from Jody at the Berea store was exceptional!She took forever with us helping us work thru some issues with one of our pups. I am SO grateful for her patience, knowledge, and expertise.She single handedly made our visit to Pet Supplies Plus a 5 star experience!!

This rating is for this location in Berea. The folks here are polite and the store has everything I need, even though I regularly clean them out of the brand of cat food we need. (I buy a month's worth at a time.)My rating for the website run by "corporate" is two stars. I couldn't set up an account because the confirmation email never arrived. Tried twice. When I went to check out as a guest, it would not accept my gift card. I sent an email about it. Hope they fix it.
