I've shopped at this store ever since it was opened. The staff are hard workers and I've seen the amount of rude behavior they have to deal with from customers,but they still keep it professional. The store is clean and orderly and the customer service is great, I always feel welcome when I shop there. The store itself is in a great location with easy access in and out of the parking lot. Great job guys your a model of hard work and dedication.

Worst DG ever! Shelves are empty, boxes of inventory blocking the aisles, young cashier has ZERO people skills and shouldn't be a representative of this company, NO ONE wearing a mask despite large signs on the front door and store needs cleaned and organized yesterday! This place needs overhauled by peeps who care about the area and store. Y'all MUST do better!!

Would be nice when they have a sign, on their front door saying,*you must wear a mask to enter*. Why then do VERY few of the employees have them ON? THEY also need to quit blocking the isles, with their stick karts. In many places, you can't even get by these karts. 😢 however, love this store, and it's convenient!

This particular store was very large and very organized. There was an extremely large choice of food items, almost as much as a grocery store! I also like that they keep some sale items out in front of the store when the weather is nice. The packages of socks had anti-theft devices on them, which is a shame that they have to do that at a place where things are already so inexpensiveb but that is not the fault of Dollar General, they are just looking after themselves as they should. I really like this place. They have everything one would need in a pinch without driving to Walmart. My only critique would be that I wish they had a little more surface space at the checkout area or someplace to put your emptied shopping basket. The lack of counter space forced me to put my purchased items directly on the floor while I got the money out of my wallet. The ground is the last place I want to set the food i just bought, obviously. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

Excellent location. Typically busy and reliably understaffed. The employees are always helpful and the store is only moderately organized. I will still go here based on convenience.

This store needs more then one register open at all times. The lines here get out of control. They are very busy location and store gets kinda sloppy and low inventory. However staff is super nice and they try very hard. Greeting all customers, trying help any way.

I like shopping at Dollar General but this one is not as friendly. They only had one register going and they made me feel like I was holding up the line. The cashier apologized to the person behind me for their wait.

I just love having the Dollar General close by. They have everything I might need to grab in a hurry, their employees are always friendly and they have fun seasonal its that are affordable to decorate my kitchen table.

Very nice and with a great location, just wish aisles were more accessible when they are stocking they tend to bring the carts out and just leave them in the aisles making it impossible to get down with a cart

Morristown store is busy. You can't really fault the employees because it is no place near as clean as it used to be. The gas & oil bs is destroying this area.

Love this store but it's always cluttered and that is very annoying also they put stuff in the wrong place and you have to read the price tag to make sure its the correct price last week I was in a hurry I grabbed a thing of cat litter and the price was supposed to $6 but got charged $10

Card reader didn't work...cashier tried to say I didn't have enough money to pay for my purchase and she wouldn't let me swipe my debit card. So I had to use my credit card. Just pathetic.
