Much larger than I expected for a small town hardware store. I needed some electrical stuff really quickly -- I walked in and was greeted by someone. He walked me to each item I needed, I paid quickly. I was in and out in moments with exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this store and will definitely be going there again for any hardware needs.

The nicest hardware store I've ever been in! Beautiful home goods and many items I've been searching for. This heavenly "orchard" candle was perfect in honor of the first day of school. The Rustik Market BBQ sauce is my new favorite! Delicious! So glad this hardware store was on my route! Can't wait to go back and wander for longer.

Best home decor shop in Mansfield. The products are perfect, and the service is even better. I always enjoy stopping in and saying hi to Whitney or whoever is working. I have purchased many items from Rustik Market, but one of my favorites is this light. I get many compliments and make sure to tell everyone to stop by and check out your store!

What an amazing store and everyone is so nice, helpful, knowledgeable and wonderful. The home decor is awesome! Fell in love with a mirror, bought it and than hubby decided whole bathroom needed redone!

This is my go to place! They have very helpful staff with knowledge on a wide variety of things. There are to many things to list, but they probably have it or can get it. One of the staff normally greets you as you walk in and will ask if you need help finding anything. If you have not been here before I would allow them to help ,because you will more likely find them helpful. I would recommend that for veterans too. Good atmosphere and great place. They added on a big paint and home decor section also.LITTLE RABBIT, APPLE OF DADDY'S EYE

The lady that helped me knew the exact location of the products that I was looking for. Not only did she know, she walked me to the items and asked questions regarding my project. Had she not done this I would've had to make at least another trip to get said pieces that I would've overlooked. Honestly, the most friendly and knowledgeable experience I've had in a long time. The big chain stores could learn a few things from this smaller store.

Best customer service ever! Friendly, helpful & knowledgable with home/decor doesn’t even do Whitney justice- if I could say more I would! She is always eager to help (her entire team) and style anything you throw her way. Her passion is palpable for what she does. I love walking into her store even if just to browse and say hi. We purchased a large table recently and were unable to get home with our vehicle- they delivered for us and were so helpful throughout the entire process! I later went in and Whitney helped me design the best tablescape for our new table. We were literally designing it out on the floor together which was such a fun awesome experience. Just amazing business, service and people so glad they are so close! I enjoy your store and you so much!

Everyone is very helpful that works there. They are very attentive to the customers needs. My husband was able to find everything he needs for a small project he was working on. Then I found some cute vases for my herbs on the Rustik market side. Hope this helps, have a great day!

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Great, smart, attentive staff and surprisingly great selection make this place a real winner! Prices are fantastic too. Maybe the best small town hardware store I have ever been in. Avoid the big box places and walled mart, this is where you want to shop for anything home, hardware and tools. Ever ask for help at those places and they give you that pi$$ed off look like "can't you see I am putting things on the shelf?" Not here! They even fix lights and small appliance stuff (great pricing and it beats throwing it out!). Staff, selection, price and they fix things add up to 10 or 100. All kinds of parking nearby - waaaayyy shorter of a walk than the big stores, if that matters... I want to go back and don't need anything now....

A lot of variety, found exactly the nuts and bolts we wanted and helpful paint samples. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Prices were reasonable. Improved parking and ramp entrance on north end front.

When one walks in to a big box retail hardware store they often have one or two options. Or for chain they may have 6 or 8 this place had everything! Also very nice and helpful owner/staff. Will be back for sure!
