Charming fully stocked grocery store with regular kind and helpful team members. Slightly higher prices than Walmart,, without the guilt of shopping at Walmart!! So grateful this local grocery is able to survive and serve good ol regular folk that still want a real cash register operator to ring us up with a smile and get us on our way!!!

First time stopping in this store and I had some produce coupons. The owner of the store was extremely kind and helpful. Went above and beyond to help me out. Very caring and sweet person and all the other staff were very friendly and kind. The lady from the bakery gave my son a sticker. The produce was very fresh and delicious. I would drive 20 min out of my way to come back here. Great customer service!

I just delivered equipment here for an AC vendor to use and the owner personally escorted me to the drop location and then offered me a donut and a water. Let me tell you that the donut was amazing. They make them fresh every morning and it's worth a trip here for that alone. But they also offer the small town charm and service that used to be a staple of American life. I will be stopping here every time I'm in the area for sure.

Love this store! Always best meat, deals on produce, carry healthier products. No high fructose cancer syrup sorry corn syrup in most their generic brand where other name brands if compared will contain it.

We are staying in a short term rental in town, and thought we’d need to drive to a larger supermarket for the groceries we wanted. Stoodt’s had everything we wanted, and the prices were completely reasonable. This is the best-stocked small-town grocery I’ve ever been to. If I lived here, I’d do all my grocery shopping here.

Small town grocer with VERY nice fresh veggie selection. Clean, well-stocked. Friendly staff. Yes, I needed a cabbage for impromptu coleslaw, but what made me stop in for the first time was the funny sayings on their street sign- really enjoy your sense of humour!Stopped in again yesterday and kudos on the super fresh broccoli and local melons. Love this week’s outdoor sign!

Stoodts is a nice asset to a small community. The prices are definitely higher than a "regular" grocery store. Many items were out of stock during our visit. They do offer a very nice meat selection. The staff was very friendly.

Such a wonderful small town market that is actually bigger inside than you'd expect! Pretty good proces, good produce and deli items are really good as well! Tried their subs and their cookies are really good! Not only that but the staff are super nice! They bring your groceries out to your car and help you load them up as well!

We went there while we stayed in Bellville. They have great fresh meat in a very good quality. The fruits / vegetables are from local producers wherever possible. Bakery stuff also very good.Staff really helpful.This would be my number one place to shop if i would live in that area.

I just love this little hometown market to pieces. It's like going back in time to a point when people smiled, said hello, how are you, and how can we serve you in a welcoming atmosphere. The best hometown service. Always friendly, and helpful. They will help you to your vehicle with your groceries.The owner also did a lot of extras like grilling steaks and selling them, free treats for the children, free delivery service, and even snow plowing!There is even a place in the store to write down what you would like to see available, and they will try to get it.They do countless things for the community!!A great place to shop, with even greater people!!

It's a great home-town market. If there's something you want, Josh will get it for you. Fresh veggies, great meat department that will custom order and cut anything you want. Best donuts anywhere. Good deli. Now offering cooked chickens and ribs! Is it as cheap as the big box grocery stores? No. But it's locally-owned, employs local people, and serves the community in many ways.

Charming small town grocer with the friendliest staff and the most amazing donuts. We stayed in Bellville recently for fall break last month and discovered at their bakery the best pecan pie ever (made by Troyers Home Pantry)! A big shout out to Pat the store manager and his assistant Kaleb for doing us a favor by shipping several of these amazing pies to our hometown in central KY. The place has gotten much better under new ownership as far as the store itself is concerned. The people are Friendly, and the Manager is especially easy to talk to, and very friendly and helpful. She went so far as to ask us which particular formula we were looking for then she looked it up and ordered it in and they have carried it since. This made it much easier than having to drive to Wal-Mart. #supportsmallbusiness

Convenient for living in town and not wanting to run to Walmart for a few items, but they are a little pricey. There is one particular boy with dark hair (I didn’t catch his name) that provides excellent service. It seems like everyone else is in a terrible mood and they don’t say hello or ask if you need help finding anything.

Nice little home town market. Almost everything the big stores have. High quality, fast, personal service. A great bakery and deli. They even have convenient parking with spaces large enough for full size pickup trucks and so you don't get your car all banged up.

Small town store prices are a tad high but if u buy 1 or 2 things you don't tend to noticeGood bakery and friendly staff. Be careful with the produce and bread cause found mold in some English muffins that were in date and try to pass off half decent produce for expencive

Always very nice people working there definitely a small town environment. Their prices can be kind of high at times and they don't always have everything stocked but definitely a great place to go if you don't want to deal with rude people.
