Careful with this location.. there is a pothole a the entrance (1” deep according to loves claim department) but big enough to damage the support of the fenders on a truck .. they just will ignore u and push u away if any damage .. even employees told me they been fighting to have that hole cover but looks like loves just don’t care .. oh and the mgr of claim department Monika buck she just told me oh ur truck probably just old and rusty… so try to avoid this place

One of the worst. Horrible entrance will destroy your truck and tires if you're not careful. Shower number 1 had absolutely no water pressure. The keypad on the pump didn't work. As much as they make off us drivers it should be much better

I went to Ohio in June of last year, let me tell you something.. The cleanest bathrooms, friendliest staff and the food was amazing. I might as well move near here. Would definitely recommend!!

I love Love's. Clean bathrooms, well stocked store, friendly staff. I stop there sometimes just for their coffee, I like the Mild Blend. I usually get a "roller dog", most times.

Pretty decent sized truck stop. Easy back in spots. Has about 7 pumps. Scale and a shop. Inside they have a taco johns and subway plus there grill. Clean showers. Laundry. Dog park.

Stopped at this Love's on a road trip. Well maintained dog park. Everything inside fully prepped and food ready. Some stores neglect that, but not this one. Employees were awesome, specifically Timothy Good (I think that was his name).

Employee check me out act like it was a burden for him to check me out and do his job, got the 2 for 6 fruit cups but didn't ring up for that price and when I told him about the price his response was he don't have anything to do with that and he could put it back and I could go

The water pressure in the showers is so bad that it almost defies gravity. I've taken gravity bag camp showers with more pressure. The water barely makes it past the end of the shower head

There were Jehovah's Witnesses outside. A TRAVEL CENTER should be welcoming to all people of all walks of life. As part of the LGBTQ community, it made me extremely uncomfortable to see Love's supporting such a bigoted church by allowing them to recruit outside their facility.

Overall the store itself is fine, however the Subway Lady is rude and dismissive, doesn’t provide any reason for why she cant make a certain sandwhich and when they would be restocked on certain items, her demeanor was far from satisfactory she isn’t a customer focused worker, other than her the store and Workers were a pleasure to talk to and welcoming, I don’t normally do reviews but she really rubbed me the wrong way with her attitude.

Not a bad spot to leave yesterday’s food. Grab a cuppa if you want, the coffee is hot. Ain’t no cream in the machine. You don’t really need that cream though do ya? It’s full of fat and chemicals. So cowboy up and drink that coffee black as your heart.

Really nice store/gas station. Have lots of pumps. Have lots of ready to eat foods like sandwiches, veggies, fruit, eggs etc. I didn't see all of the store but it was very large and they have a lot of options. They also have showers which is so nice for truckers. Employee was nice. No complaints

Traveled to New York, just heading back to Oklahoma. Got to our 1st Loves in Ohio on our way home. We were so excited! Great people, fantastic service. Thank you from 2 weary travelers who appreciated seeing Loves again. 😊

I usually stop here anytime I have to travel on 71. The facility is clean and the prices are reasonable. The only issues that I have had have been with the fuel pumps. Occasionally the touch pads do not respond and this past visit had me checking for skimmer devices due to the lock on the pump being destroyed and missing.

Generally happy with Loves but had signs on 5 hr energy at 4/9.99, charged full price. When I said something about the signs, I was told that sale didn't start until March 1st, it's February 25th.

While passing through on our way home we decided to stop at Loves bc it was right off the highway and not out of our way. When we got there We tried to get gas with one card, it wouldn’t work not sure why so I had to use a different one. I go look at my phone and I have a notification that Loves tried to process a $175 charge to my card before I even pumped gas. I don’t know what that was all about but I’m glad I have protections in place from scams like this. Will not be visiting this establishment again.

My favorite Loves in the nation. The employees are friendly, the store is always clean, and the tire shop have some of the coolest tire techs and mechanics.The only issue that I've come across at this location is their showers not working for while. An employee told me that the extremely cold air that came through damaged a part and they were having to wait on it. Very understandable!

Not the best loves to come to for any type of repair. Shop guys are slow as a snail. Manager John is a complete d*** head to his workers. Their guys have been working on one tire for almost two hours. One freaking tire. Would not recommend coming there if you can avoid

Have been here many times before for fuel, but tonight had a bad tire on my trailer and on a weekend I was over whelmed by the service I got from prinstone and he happened to be the only employee for the service shop this late nite, he took my tire off and checked for leakes and it only needed air, put it back and charged me free service !! Loves truck stop service area at this location is one of the top service and safety u can get....Thank you prinstone 🤑🙌

Credit card reader didn't work on pump 5.Had to use debit card but tap. Don't like using debit card at gas station. Bar code reader not working. Unable to get $0.10 off per gallon. Reported to cashier desk, but she could have cared less. Restrooms not up to Love's cleanliness standards.

None of the fresh brew coffee makers we're ready only two the traditional coffee makers were open went over to Taco John's to get some breakfast and the lady was very short and rude to me, told the man in the Red shirt that was cleaning showers about what happen he cut me off mid sentence said I'll tell so and so in the morning what total let down.. I'll just stop at the pilot and Flying Js I passed out next time!

It was cold in the laundry room. Went to get change and they refused said their coin machine wasn't working . I wouldnt know how they were giving change when someone bought something. Taco John food was not good I think it just a food chain thing. The person that waited on us at Taco John was very nice . It was cold in Taco John also . Went to the rest room in loves nice and clean. Just the food and services in loves was unprofessional.

This place has very friendly staff members. I was greeted quickly as I entered with a warm smile and a happy voice. It was genuine. When cashing out I had a nice small conversation with the cashier. The bathroom was very clean. The store was not overly crowded for that time of day. The window cleaning solution was full and fresh which is very important to a truck driver. I do have one small problem though. Charging $5+ for a standard lunch meat sandwich when you can get a bigger sandwich at subway and it be made fresh. I know prices are going up but when you get a dry sandwich with just bread meat and cheese for $5+ is pretty steep. I am just saying.
