First time in this shop today, and three people greeted my wife and I with a friendly "Hello!" from the moment we got out of my car. There is a cute and homey vibe in the shop with a very friendly staff that offers lots of information without being pushy or annoying about sales. They offer a wide variety of practical and decorative items, all high quality, and lots of local, homemade items as well. Prices are very fair. This shop is a perfect example of a professional but warm, local shop that makes me proud to call Ohio home.

Classic general store in the old feed mill in Bellville! My mom worked as a cashier there in the 1940's version of the store, I went there thru the 60's & '70s with my dad and then on my own.This is not your dad's general store! OMGosh,I can't even begin to tell you about the merchandise.. you have to see it to believe it. They still have pretty much all the things that they've had for decades, but so much more. You could spend hours looking around in there!I visit for basics like mulch, topsoil, grass seed and end up getting a high-end cast iron skillet. Definitely worth a trip to the Valley.

This is a great business to purchase desired products! Kind of a strange way to state this, but they have such a variety of necessary products for around the house and farm. They came thru in pitch, I had order seed from local coop. It was supposed be in Monday I was going pickup Friday. No seed. I called Elzy Milling I talked to Chuck they were able to fix me up with the seed I needed. Very happy with them. Thank you again.
