It's a nice place to shop for things that TSC across the road may not have. I've noticed there is enough of a variation between the two that I like to check both before I buy some things.

My spouse just left this store we spend almost $300 a month in feed here for our animals monthly. The check out clerk said she couldn't find our account we use to accrue points. That's funny I logged into our account just fine and the number was the number he gave her numerous times. She said by name the numbers didn't match but it does on our end! She had him make a new account which we are cancelling.

What helpful staff they have! Thus far every trip has been a pleasant experience. Clean and organized, well stocked, large variety of items. From clothing to dry goods to everything you might need for your hooby farm animals. Definitely worth checking out.I'm only giving 4 stars at this time due to only exploring half of what they have to offer, I will update as I have time to explore further.

Great employees and friendly staff, but went to purchase an impact wrench they had on sale in their flyer just to find out they didn't stock them, said they would order me one and call me. Been weeks and no response. Very disappointed that they have flyers and don't honor them. I guess like other stores it's just to draw you in hoping you'll buy other stuff.

I recently placed an order for Tribute feed. The woman and man added the bags that I needed to an existing order coming in a few days later. Of course I did not get their names. They assured me that they would have the order ready for me on Monday when it came in. They wrote my name down on a piece of paper and did not ask for payment. Protocol was not followed and this order was not in the “system.” When I called to inquire about the bags of feed I was told that my order didn’t exist and it would be another week before I could get more. The ineptitude of the employees means I have to drive farther to get grain. Highly disappointed. I was hoping to find feed closer to home. I won’t shop here again.

Sold me a sick turkey that in turn got all the chick's we bought from them sick. It was 4 days and there were all dead. They have a 3 day policy so they didn't care. We've had chickens for years and this has never been an issue. Thank goodness we quarantine the new ones or we could have lost the whole flock.

Went in 20 minutes before they had closed went shopping was even asked if I needed help, by the time I made it to the counter at 8:02 the young blonde girl who had asked previously if I needed help had told me she had already shut her sales down and wouldn’t check my items out. Go hours before closing if you want to actually get your items!

This is a very nice place there is alot more things in here. This place BEATS TSC and has alot of options to pick from overall I will be coming again.
