I have been a Member for 19 years. I travel frequently and thought it would be a good idea to have this protection in case my family needed assistance. I have used services in Ohio and it was great. However, most recently, we made a trip to Minnesota and on our way home we had a tire blow out on a busy highway. We waited 4 hours and none showed. A man stopper by and offered assistance. After another 2 hours, we finally got back on the road. And, still no response from AAA in regards to this situation. Why continue to be a member and pay fees if we can not receive assistance we payed for? I am very disappointed in this service.

I worked with Kia Lightner on a Disney Cruise for my family of 5 and she made everything very simple and pleasant, a few months later I had to cancel and request refund due to financial obligations that took precedence and with no hesitation she made sure the refund happened and I didnt have to deal with any of it. I had a fantastic experience at Bellefontaine's AAA. I spoke with Ashley. She helped me put together a wonderful trip with a somewhat complex itinerary. She took the time to explore all the options until I was comfortable with my choices. She was very professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and I felt I was in very good hands. This was my first time planning a trip w/ AAA and I will definitely return for help with future trips. I highly recommend letting the expert travel agents at AAA plan your next vacation!

Ashley was quick to help me book my future flight and in the process suggested that I upgrade my membership to Premier level. By doing so, after you deducted the upgrade membership fee, it saved me a total of $206.00 on my travel. Thank you for the assist Ashley!!! I am always about saving money. Oh, by the way.... It was cheaper for me to book through AAA than when I normally do when I try to go online and do it myself. Excellent service.

We talked with Ashley and, once or twice, another agent at AAA Bellefontaine, Ohio about information and booking a cruise to Alaska, through Princess Cruises. Wonderful experience. I am normally very skeptical about working with anyone in this regard, because I usually end up leaving confused and unhappy about the experience. Not so here. Ashley, and everyone else we talked with, were very knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible--even things we may not have thought about. I actually looked forward to each visit and enjoyed talking to Ashley apart from details about the cruise. She was kind and respectful and friendly. We are trying to plan a trip to Scotland for next Christmas season, and whether we book or not through AAA, I will definitely begin there for some advice and information.

I first worked with Sheryn to book a flight to Dublin and return. The flight scheduling was tedious due to traveling on to Paris, Rome, Florence and eventually back home. Sheryn stuck with it until she had put together the perfect booking.Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, travel to Europe in June was not going to happen. Sheryn was able to get my flight cancelled and a full refund followed. I could not be happier with AAA and specifically Sheryn Carne. I am waiting on for a tow for over 3 hours and my daughter pays good money for their yearly membership I'm stuck out in the middle of the country no car stopping nothing this is ridiculous the only thing they want to compensate is for $30 on the membership fee

For a small Triple A they are very helpful to find where you need to go and broke up different places or you may want to stay very informational and a very good selection of different things you may take on your trip very good at making a triptych 2 helping you find a airline flight to a hotel room I wish it could be a little bit bigger place because this Triple A is very busy needs a little bit more staff nice and helpful staff very friendly people highly recommend using the Bellefontaine Triple A
