I'm obsessed with this place. The staff and volunteers are always so knowledgeable and kind. The birds are well cared for and everything is always sparkling clean and orderly. The parrots are so fun and you can tell they are happy. I can't own a parrot of my own due to over eager cats, so I go here to pretend I have one. It's my dream to one day have a Sulphur Crested Cockatoo. Until then, I will go visit the loml and bestie, Kasper, a bare eyed cockatoo.

This is the most wonderful bird resource I have ever been to. Lovely outdoor aviary as well. Absolutely worth the trip to visit!

I came from Columbus to this farm. Wonderful place with wonderful people. Good parrots play with children. Funny ones fly on my head 😂 Or stole water from my daughter. Black handsome was very Cool. He was the funniest. The staff answered all our questions. Come all you will see many beautiful birds

What a great and knowledgable staff! Know so much about birds and habitats. Will share the wealth of knowledge. Your free to roam the store and interact, but they will put the welfare of these birds first. So kids behave 😊 all the more reason to trust your next bird to Sugarcreek!

It is an awesome place to visit and enjoy all the beautiful birds they have there. The Emus are beautiful and they are always outdoors. We have a Quaker Parrot from the Sugarcreek Bird Farm. The staff is just amazing. Go and see what you can see. The outside Avery is amazing.

Sugarcreek Bird Farm is a bird lover's paradise! They have everything you may need to take care of or pamper your feathered baby and even things you never knew you needed! I could walk around the store for endless hours just visiting with their 'resident' birds! The staff is absolutely AMAZING! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always going above and beyond for their customers. Bernie is an angel on earth! ❤️ Do yourself a favor and stop in there if you are ever in the area. You won't regret it!

Excellent care, helpful and informative staff. Very reasonable pricing.While I was there I saw a customer who was a young lady smacking a bird on the beak ruff housing with a small bird.I was very impressed with how the obviously annoyed staff immediately intervened and kindly educated this customer as to why she is not to do that... Explaining the bird doesn't understand that kind of aggressive play and not to do that as it will make this gentle sweet bird aggressive toward others.Great customer service, bird grooming & education! Looking forward to the DNA results on my babies conures.

If there were a 100 STAR rating, it STILL wouldn't be enough! This place is Disneyland for bird enthusiasts! If you're into parrots, if you are looking to learn about parrots, if you need anything for your parrot.....YOU NEED TO VISIT this amazing place! You won't be disappointed.

Best place! Staff is very helpful and well informed. Very friendly place. We love to go there just to see the birds! Love to take our guy in for his "spa" treatment. Gets his nails, wings and a bath done!

I have been wanting to visit for years and we finally made the 2 hour drive this past weekend. It was everything I had hoped for and more! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to interact with several species I've only seen pictures of before.

First time in the store me and my fiancé are looking for a family bird and have done a lot of reading and watching videos on the birds we are looking at. still had questions so we took the 45 minute down and I’m sorry I forget the employees name that helped us but she was very nice. answered everything we asked and didn’t give us any issues even signed us up on a waiting list for a Quaker I think her names started with a l just wanted to review after reading some of the reviews we had a great experience

I bought two baby cockatiels from here and they are the sweetest birds. They have grown up so big and healthy. They are so sweet and tame. The 6 month old boy does have a problem with skydiving (his wings are clipped), so he falls like a brick. I have to really keep an eye on him and I don't trust him on my shoulder over non-carpeted floors. That store it's so clean and well-stocked, I loved it! Oh yeah and the people that work there spend so much time with you talking with you answering all your questions and they're so nice!

Beautiful selection of birds. Cockatoos, cockatiels and finches galore! There's plenty of other birds too. I'm interested in doves and pigeons, and they had a lovely group of young ringneck doves! One of the ladies working there took out one of the doves I picked and let me see it. Has a good amount of toys, and they sell cages too.

Love going here pricey on toys but good quality bird food. Only complaint is I purchased a 25 pound bag of the cheapest cockatiel seed and was over charged. I live over an hour away so wasn’t much I could do. It was like 20$ over. They rang me up for the most expensive one. I’m sure it was an accident. Would of returned it if I lived closer.

Less than pleasant experience. They get upset and give you a warning if you drop off/ pick up your bird early. Being from out of town, their rules were never explained to me. On top of that, Gonzo ended up with a bald spot on the back of his head which apparently occurred while trimming his nails. Being from the Chicago area, and in a position of customer service, this type of poor customer service would never fly! On a positive note they did a great job on his nails. It's a shame, I had high hopes , yet ended up disappointed and angry.

Great place to visit if you are a bird fan! Lots of colorful large birds. They have a nursery with a lot of young cockatiels. Plenty of bird accessories. No budgies. They apparently spread disease to other birds🤔

Bernie and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable about all things birds. We just purchased our 3rd from sugarcreek, always a great experience! The store is well stocked and easy to find items. I can't say enough amazing things about Sugarcreek. Highly recommend them for a new bird and all your bird needs.
