Most of the staff are friendly and nice. The produce is mostly fresh, but there have been instances where the produce has been horrible.great sales prices on a lot of items, and usually a good selection of clearance and managers special items. Not fond of the cakes in the Bakery made for birthdays. Tried to get birthday cakes there twice, returned both because they were made completely wrong. Deli is pretty good.

This Kroger's is a little smaller location, The store is generally clean and the products are well stocked. All the sections are smaller so may not find some of the products that you will find in other locations. The biggest downfall of going into this location is there meat section is almost non-existent. The staff is professional and efficient overall it is a good location where you can find the majority of what it is you need

Don't forget anything at this store. They will keep it, and say that they only hold it for 5 days. They don't hold anything. The employees keep whatever they find, even if someone calls in, and claims it. It's bad enough that the store is gross, but to steal from your local customers, is just low.And, the Manager, Scott, is a joke.Well, he just seems, to go along, with all of the scams, and atrocities, that are being done there.I'm just so done there.You lost another customer...Kroger's, you may want, to look into all new management, seeing how the ones there, now, are currently corrupt, and feeling entitled.Time for a change, soon, before you get closed down.Good luck...!

Update: Things have been really improving, I'm pretty sure. Self-checkout workers are usually very helpful, like today. Some customers could still use some behavior or maturity lessons...but that is not Kroger's fault.Most of original:I walk into the store and if I pass someone, sometimes employees, they say words aloud as if they are rating me or judging me. This has been going on for months and it really hurts my feelings. I'm an innocuous person who just wants to shop for groceries. I do not sign up to hear these recurring cruel words and phrases. I do not consent to it. I do not deserve it.I moved to Bellaire to escape undeserved torture. I was in such a low place that I started to believe that existence was nothing but pain. But moving here helped only half. As soon as I arrived here, there were bullies (that means people who "pick on" you or people who are mean to you but you did not do anything to warrant such behavior) trying to take advantage of me -- and some did so successfully. My theory is that some bullies are just that way and that some others were misinformed about my identity (not my fault). I HAVE received word lately that someone has, in fact, spread misleading information about me. That makes sense to me because most of the people hurting me have never even spoken to me directly before or heard what I have to say about myself -- so how would they know whether or not I deserve what they are doing to me? They do not is the answer. Propaganda is the answer.I am trying to completely enter recovery mode, but you are NOT helping by saying things when you pass me or when I pass you in, for instance, Kroger. Today, I cried before I even left the store.Please stop with the recurring cruel words. They seem to be said no matter what is going on -- I just have to be in ear shot --, but they especially hurt when you say, "Good," after you or someone else like a shopper/customer does something disrespectful to me (including purposely getting in my way) and I am silent on the matter or I do not properly defend myself. No, that is NOT good. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves for treating me like I am inferior or scum and acting as though you want me to permit people to hurt me! You have horrible thoughts in your head to want to see me get walked all over. I've already spent a very long time getting walked all over. Like I stated, I'm trying to recover from the immense pains. Bellaire was supposed to be a refuge of sorts for me.It is despicable of the people who see me as a target.Kroger sometimes has decent prices and pretty nice items!Priscilla (hiring manager) was focused on controlling me and not at all thinking of me as an equal human being when I did orientation. I quit before the first day of work due to extenuating circumstances. Then when I wanted to get re-hired (as my situation changed), she told me that all positions got filled. Yet I see new people all of the time and have heard from others that they have openings.

Just love Kroger they always have a great selection of bread, flowers, and groceries. They also keep the skittle yogurt my husband loves!! Clean & really friendly workers.

I have had nothing but issues with this worthless pharmacy. Errors and refusals. On top of all of that, the tech Kayla is a very rude person. VERY RUDE! Most of the techs are rude. I wouldn’t recommend this incompetent, worthless pharmacy to anyone. I will be transferring pharmacies first thing Monday.

Went into Kroger bought 30 dollars in groceries, out to my truck in little less than 20mins. Also whilst inside I picked through 3 clearance buggies, spending under 4 mins on each, scrounging through layers to spot the deals that were right. This Store is seldom visited by more than 25-30 people at any given time, except for Friday afternoons, occasionally Saturdays, and Sundays but not as likely to be as packed. The shelves seem to always be fully stocked and if they don't have something, say a Name brand, I'll go to the manager with a mild gripe, and he or she will usually give me the name brand so and so, at the Kroger brand price. This hasn't happened too many times in last 6 months with the pandemic and fact that many businesses were in Jeopardy from the initial fallout of the COVID 19 outbreak. I like to think of my visits to Bellaire Kroger as enjoyable, a "Brisk Shopping" with little to no resistance, by means of customers overcrowding isles, or just in the way of another one of my quick visits.

There is a young girl named Haliegh that works at the Bellaire, Ohio Kroger. I had some serious trouble with some lost items that if not returned to me, would have caused me many problems. This girl Haliegh that worked the front customer service desk helped me with this situation until it was solved. She went above and beyond for a customer having big trouble in the store. She made sure the issue was solved. She had no real obligation to help me at all, her kindness shown through and she solved it!!!! This Kroger employee will always be appreciated by me!!! Because of her actions will am from now on a loyal customer to Kroger, especially the Kroger in Bellaire, Ohio!! I will always recommend to all my friends and family that they do all their shopping at Kroger’s!!! Especially the one in Bellaire, Ohio!!! I thank you so much Haliegh!! I will never forget your kindness!! You by yourself has earn Kroger a life long loyal customer!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!

Never have what I want in stock. For months now they never have Sierra mist in stock and I've gotten tired of asking them to stock it. Moundsville krogers carries what I've been looking for, so I dont understand why Bellaire krogers is so underwhelming!!?

I love the store but everytime i buy gas feom there the pump never lets me use my card and then they have to swipe my card 20 times and today it wouldnt work all went across the street and first swipe it worked

Kroger in Bellaire is my go to store I feel welcome as always treated kindly too! But of course my two favs to see are Shayla and Cassie Rossen !! They always make me feel so welcome and greet me with a nice warming smile!

Just had a horrible experience with a cashier. He wouldn't respond to anything I said, didn't make eye contact and made me uncomfortable the entire time. If you hate dealing with the public, maybe you should work in the back "Joe".

This is for the bakery more than anything. Carmel Apple cake - sounds yummy. Dry Dry Dry. 2nd time I have had dry cakes from that store!! Never again!!!
