My first time in the store today. It has a little bit of everything grocery, hba medicine, housewares, plumbing, a sm clothing section, large selection of wine 🍷, beer 🍺, and liquor. It really has everything in there. It's nice and clean. I seen some meat that look like it's about to go bad, but for the majority It was alright, and I asked about their return policy the guy looked like it shouldn't be one. Then said one week unopened. Well that's not a good return policy at all. Overall I will shop here. I just pray that the people in the community doesn't mess it up and their able to keep it clean.

What a Great store! They have everything.groceries . Hardware. Shoes and clothing . Food priced 10 percent lower than Giant Eagle.

A new store in Bedford on Rockside And Northfield roads, right near Maple Heights border. Very clean, well stocked store with wide aisles. Kinda like a mini walmart. Has groceries, personal needs, home goods, tools, and much more. Something different to check out vs Giant Eagle n Marcs, prices seem average. Hours are 8am-8pm worth checking out if in area.

This store is fairly new in my area. It's impressive, and I am not easily impressed. They have some of everything. The customer service at the checkout was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised. The price point was great. I'm going to be back frequently.

You can shop fresh fruit and vegetables too. Fresh Deli meats and cheeses. kitchen supplies like pots and pans, oven mitts and dish detergent. All size bedroom sheet sets bathroom towels, washcloths, soap , cleaning supplies as well as Car care too. Zak's is the place for all your shopping needs. Walmart for what?I'M ZAK'S ALL THE WAY!!!YOU'RE GONNA LOVE IT!

Decent size store with a good selection of grocery and household items. Would love to see the bakery and hot food sections opened up. I took one star away because every time I go there “Agora Hills”, by Doja Cat is playing, it never fails.

A coworker told me that they had very low prices so I went one day looking for 3 things shaving cream bar soap and aaa batteries all were extremely high imo about double what I'd pay at Marc's or Walmart I left without purchasing anything and I'm not sure I would return here.

Long time coming but a bit dissapointed! Though the store is clean and spacious the prices are too high. Fresh veggies looked good and I got a good deal on gala apples (2 bags for 5). They do not carry non dairy or vegetarian products so don't waste your time. Cashier's and other staff are friendly! I would suggest people visit to make their own decision but as for me I'll continue shopping at other stores. God bless!

I was very impressed. I found many of my staples items to be cheaper than Giant Eagles and Dave's. I was a little disappointed with salad dressings, I was hoping they would have a bigger selection like Wish Bone Jalapeño Lime Vinaigrette and the Light Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette etc. Also, the fruit was very fresh and they had my favorite jowls bacon reasonably priced. I will definitely shop there again!

I shopped at Zak a few months ago, and they had an excellent selection! They have a lot of food that is a rarity at other stores, especially their maruchan ramen selection! They had flavors I hadn’t seen in 5+ years!

Organized and clean. Has international food seasoning section. Has walk -in beer cooler and wines. The bakery and meat counters look inviting. Has a isle with shoes and some clothes.. I like the hardware and house hold goods. It's called a super center for a reason!

So far so good. I went in on 11-5-23 and was impressed with how clean it was, how spacious the isles were and the staff was friendly. I hope it stays this way and doesn't go down hill like all the other places after they open and the newness wears off. Pricing is typical for inflation. I found a few prices that I was impressed with and a few prices I knew I could go to Giant eagle and get cheaper. But, I am so happy that this building is finally getting some love and hopefully we can get more stores in here and start making this place look good again instead of like a run down ghost town. Thank you Zak's for coming to our area. I hope and pray it is a win/win for all of us.

Refreshing addition to the neighborhood, very nice store, convenient! After living in the area for over 15 years I pray that we can keep it. Hope the community respects their presence and that the employees maintain their professionalism and we the customers act accordingly. Like this store, thanks for giving the neighborhood something.

Well lit and spacious grocery and retail store. Clean and pleasant. The shelves, refrigerators, and freezers are well stocked!!! Flower shop has very beautiful and fresh flowers. 🌺🌹 The produce area is the best! A good selection and attractively displayed. There's also an awesome International foods aisle. This place has kitchenware, a small selection of clothing and accessories, homegoods and even hardware! However, although there were a few, I didn't spot many organic foods or packaged vegan foods. If you are looking for a Whole Foods vibe, stick mostly to the produce area. However, there is a small selection of nut milks in the fridge area. Also, I will comment that I didn't see many holiday or seasonal decor or items, except for the pumpkins and gourds in the produce area, unless I didn't find it, as I don't think I saw 100% of the store. But overall it was a positive experience.☮️

I went with my mom for the first time on 10/27. I was impressed with how big and clean it was. I spent almost 2hrs looking around. Normally I do not buy meats from other places I've never heard of, but my mom decided to go for it. She bought a pack of pork chops. Tag said sell by 10/26, but when she went to open pack she noticed the sticker was stuck on top of another sticker that said sell by 10/20 not to mention a bad smell, this is unexceptable. Please check your meats before buying from this place

The store was really nice. Had products that I haven't seen before, but also had products that other grocery stores stopped selling. They also sold clothing, shoes, houseware, jewelry, scent oils etc. They stil in process of setting up a deli/kitchen, and there was a empty area that could be a pharmacy. Nice sales on certain food items(greens 69cents/lb.). Will go back.

Their only options for ground beef are 75/25 and 80/20..... i wish there was a leaner option because itd be less grease down my drains lol.... and nah, if you KNOW how to cook, you can cook with leaner meat, yall just cook with the temps too high..... i just dont like having to put so much of it down the drain 😂The puppy loved it though, her first 'human' meal, we shared some taco saladOh, and i love the fact that we have HUMANS in the checkout line, nothing worst than walmart's endless self-checkout, please do keep this around (i boycott walmart for it)Lots of variety too, i hope its not just a demographic sampling and that the variety will stick around

Something showing their prices or specials?UPDATE: They don't have a website but, you can follow them on Facebook to see the current circular for their specials. Went today1-11-24. Was overcharged for some things to the tune of $15.87. Check your receipts and be aware of posted prices.

Giant Eagle is the same price up the street.And they have cheap low-grade products.It's more of a home improvement store than a grocery store.Even a home improvement stuff is cheaper at home.Depot

I visited for the first time last weekend (December 2nd). What a pleasant addition to Bedford Heights! The store is well-stocked, orderly and the associates are professional and friendly. I will certainly be back.

It's a shame we can't have a Black-owned grocery store in this predominantly Black neighborhood. At least that way we could keep money IN the neighborhood.
