I frequent this Family Dollar with my Autistic son, I cannot tell you enough how AMAZING the employees are here.My son is a bit rambunctious, there are at least 5 ladies who work here who greet us so excitedly, they’re patient & kind when things don’t go smoothly, they offer to help carry things to my car on days they see me having to hold my 65lb son, they even push the bell up to the front of the counter because they know he loves it! The customer service & kindness you get walking into this store is truly above & beyond, I cannot praise the employees in this store enough. Outside of the handful who go above & beyond, I have great interactions with all employees at this location.

I was not pleased with my visit to this location. So crowded, and there employees, didn't make me feel welcomed. Don't want to shop there again

Couldn't rate a 0/5 so i gave it a 1. This place has gone down the tubes. There is ONE male cashier with good customer service. Everyone else is inattentive, on there phones in front of customers (texting included), cursing and families are present etc. One line is openat all times.The items in the store are hard to find because noone seems to be working especially at certain times when management seems to be gone. My family and I (customers for years) are now going elsewhere.

Saturday afternoon line at check at least 30 people, cashier over rang 1 bag a dog food, said we had to get back in line for the over charge , said to go in back room to get the assistant manager Monique came and started helping the rest of the line instead of helping us, she said get back in because it was a major processes for the refund. She went back to the employee room and stood there and did nothing to help, after about an hour when store cleared out we got the refund! Got the General manager's phone number called him, he said that was unacceptable and was on his way to the store to talk to Monique the assistant manager, she needs to be replaced was very rude to be working with the public!!

Family Dollar is conveniently located for me. They have a great amount of business here and sometimes an item may not be stocked. However, I never walk out without buying anything! Their check out people are super - always courteous and friendly.

Perpetual line. Slow. Several employees yet only one at the register. Placing an additional person on a register for 10 minutes would have created positive responses from customers. Dollar general opening up soon, less than a mile away. Family dollar will lose my business.

I work here the customer service is great the aisles are properly managed and in order and the store restocks daily 😅 come shop!

Parking was convenient! Aisle nice and wide! Store was clean & organized! Items pretty easy to find with a little assistant! Employee's helpful & courteous! Pleasant experience!

Typical Dollar store. Not the neatest place in the world but the cashier was very nice. We found what we needed. Pricing was good. It serves a purpose.

I went in for a few things at 9:30 am and watched a worker named Sophia give a customer a hard time about breaking a $100 not only was she extremely rude she told the customer to go somewhere else and carried on in front of a line of other customers. This girl needs a job where she doesn't have to deal with people. I am in that store at least 3 times a week and will now go elsewhere because of her. This was at the Bedford location.

I was pleased with the store found every thing I was looking for and more plastic shields at the counter keeping everyone safe markings on floor keeping everyone six feet apart and also cheerful people working in the store

Had to drive back after realizing an item was scanned twice but manager refunded item. Much more safer store than rockside Dr one. Less stuff all over the store on the floor

The store is always stocked with the supplies I need. It usually has enough cashiers and I would encourage them to keep helping each other and their customers.

Never open when I get there. It was 8:15am when I arrived at the store and the gates was still down and it was after 8am and your website said they was open.

Poor customer service- Girl @ register had her blue tooth on was engaged talking to someone never say hello did you find what you were looking for ** she was in her own world very unprofessional when working no personal phone calls go on your break or lunch hour were was the manager also junkie in the store after 5:00 pm shipment should be on the shelves you once had older black male would do shipment hired some one will go out of neighborhood from now on😣😣

I mean, it's a dollar store so I guess I shouldnt expect much but it seems it shouldn't be that hard to get a floor scrubber and a duster... if I wasnt shopping for my mom who seems obsessed with saving $0.50 on Froot Lupes or whatever I'd never go back.

Just close the store permanently. Always closing early. Said it closes at 10 and got there at 830 amd done strange woman sitting on the curb yelled that they were closed. The store is always trashed.

The employees aren't the best but aren't as bad as other locations. The lines are always long and with the proper training their store could be better.

Starting to hate this family dollar I live up the street and they either close 2 hours before they are supposed to close or when they supposed to open at 8am the door still be locked...

I don't like leaving my back pack up front because there is no guarantee that they won't give it to the wrong person, and sometimes the cashier don't put it behind the counter they will tell you to leave it somewhere accessable to anyone.

They are converting this location to a dollar tree/family dollar. The customer service was mediocre and the store selection was decent.
