Dr Jay is incredibly kind & knowledgeable & takes all the time needed to take care of your pup. Never rushes through anything & makes sure to thoroughly explain everything. Has a sense of humor to keep even the more difficult visits lighthearted. After our one dogs passed away he found out through the oncologist and he sent us a sympathy card in the mail. That was very touching & thoughtful. I would recommend bringing your dog here 100/100 times. Very very fair pricing too & appointments can typically be made without needing to wait long.

This facility apparently closed until mid-summer, and I urgently need access to my vet's records, and to renew her heartworm medicine. I had no idea they were planning to close, and now I can't get what I need for my dog's health. As far as I can tell, they did not turn their records over to any other vet, so I just need to start over with another vet, which will have me incur the cost of an unnecessary physical with a new office?! They have not returned my call, and minimally I would expect that.

This was my first time at the Broadway Animal Clinic. I was there saying goodbye to a very special dog. Khan. The doctor & staff were very loving and supportive towards my Aunt as she had to make the decision to Put her dog down!

If you looking for a place to take your animal to the vet this is definitely not the place to take Your animal they overcharge you by triple do not. Take your animal here. I'm tell you do your homework. Call around this place Overcharge me 4 months ago I paid $58 5 months later. back for the same shot and they charged me a $125 do. Not go to this place they are taking people's money by triple. Please call to other vets. I promise you they will be a lot cheaper than this one and give you better care. They like to run the price up here. I'm telling you pleask them their prices and then call around and check on other prices. You gonna thank me later? Please check around. I called suburban animal clinic for estimate on a shot that day charged $28. Then I'll call this place Broadway animal clinic and they charge $75 for the same shot. Please do your homework.

Brought our two kittens in for front declaws because the cost was affordable. The staff was not very pleasant and we never even spoke to the vet. When we picked them up, we were never given antibiotics or sedatives which I later found out is the norm. Also no mention of putting cones on them. Less than a week later, one needed to come back because her paw became infected. We have taken both to another more sympathetic vet and still trying to get our kitties back to normal. Sorry we ever came here.

The place is filthy. You can’t even sit down and the staff isn’t that friendly. I took my cat here on a recommendation and I have been there two times too many. First time for shots/ nail trim then the second time for a booster /nail trim. The first doctor was okay but the second doctor while nice made three nails on my cat bleed. Acting like it is no big deal. I will not be returning

Went in to take my friends dog in and Donna was very rude when we went to check in. Claiming that we didn’t have an appointment when my friends mom made the appointment literally the day before. Donna said “ We don’t normally do walk ins but since you’re claiming you have an appointment they’ll see you today” making nasty disgusted faces while getting stuff ready. I just didnt understand why she was so upset that we said we had an appointment. But was nice to everyone else who came in.

Dr. J is the best vet I've ever been to. My baby girl dose not usually like vets and wont let anyone really cut her nails but Dr. J is fantastic with her and is able to do it all. If you are looking for a vet with a heart that is amazing and reasonable price look no further.

Dr. J is great! I have been taking my Rottweiler Bear there since the day his tail was clipped. He is a special needs dog, having been diagnosed with diabetes about 4 years ago. Dr. J's office has vaccinated him, supplied diabetic supplies and have provided all other care that has been required for our handsome guy. The office staff is very nice and helpful. I would recommend Broadway Animal Clinic to anyone!

The old doctor at this clinic should have retired forty years ago. This clinic is only open three hours a day and yet he needlessly employs three receptionists. Dr. J examined my dog and claimed my dog needed to have both of his knees replaced. I went for a second opinion at another veterinary clinic. The second clinic correctly diagnosed my dog as having arthritis in his hips. The second clinic treated my dog with medication and he was back to chasing squirrels two weeks later. Broadway Animal Clinic also charged me double the rate any other clinic would have charged. Stay away from Broadway Animal Clinic. Let the old man retire.

I cannot recommend Dr. Jay at Broadway Animal Clinic enough. I took my dog there for a second opinion after my regular vet (now former vet) misdiagnosed her. They took her immediately, diagnosed her accurately and took the time to get to know my dog and my family. They are reasonably priced and truly care for your animals and treat them like the family member as you would. My dogs condition improved dramatically within 24 hours and it took me less than that to decide that this is the kind of vet I want to take all of my furry family members to.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Jay and his staff. This place is not only very reasonably priced but you can tell that everyone that works there truly loves animals. Unfortunately I went for the first time because I had to put my very sick fur baby down I'm so sad I didn't find them sooner and will take any future pets there. If you live kinda far from it like I do it's WORTH THE DRIVE!! ❤❤❤

They were very helpful they saved my dog's life called dog's life called several hospitals and veterinarians Bay narians basically gateway animal hospital in Cleveland Ohio but on Cleveland Ohio church mammals $400 why watch my dog lay their stuff but I watched my dog later suffer and pretty much near death want us to ask want us to this particular that he knew exactly what was wrong with my dog exactly what was wrong with my dog he was very reasonable and fair on thieves pricing fair Anthony's pricing for treatment for my animal and animal and it got back to me immediately with testing results I with testing results I have to say this place save my dog's life
