Was informed the groomer I booked with had to cancel 15 mins before my appointment so I let another groomer cut my dog hair who I previously used here to let him redeem his self from before when he didn’t cut my dog hair right well this time was a complete failure as well and he changed me an extra 25 dollars starting he felt he deserved that for the service he provided i only booked a hair cut and bath the groomer added on and extra essential on his own that I didn’t want the hair cut looked terrible my pup looked like a troll when I left and he cut half the hair off his tail I asked him not to touch red patch on his skin from clippers being to close

The groomers are the Best. They take time with your pet and treat you with sincere customer service. Making sure they follow your instructions for grooming your pet. Also they always refer to your pet by his/her name

My daughter specifically told the groomer how she wanted our dog hair cut. Well, to our surprise, it was the opposite. He looks a mess. The haircut was choppy, the beard was cut off, and she missed cutting his toe nails on one foot. My daughter is so upset. She is not happy at all. I have never seen my dog look like that. Then I got charged a price I had never been charged before. I didn't know until I got home because my daughter paid for it, and when I looked at the receipt, I was shocked.

I don't care for how close everything it. Dogs coming in and out don't have enough space not to come in contact. It was too stressful for me protecting my senior dog from one small dog trying to attack, and a big one being aggressive. The area for the Vetco is too close. Too much activity in the front of the store.

It was a nice experience until i went to pay for the service. Cat nail clipping two months ago was 12.99 today price is now 20.99. What a price hike!! And still a tip is expected. And nail disposal fee too. Ridiculous. If i could clip my cat nails I would.

I have taken my dog to the Petco grooming in Beachwood twice now and tried two different people and the haircut has been terrible both times. I don’t normally leaves reviews but this time was pretty bad. From first glance I was a little upset with my dogs haircut, but shrugged it off. When I got home and finally got a good look at her, it looked like she had only got half of the grooming service. I have a goldendoodle so like most doodle cuts we get her body shortened and leave her face a little bit longer… They gave her a horribly uneven cut around her body and didn’t even bother trimming up her face, head, and ears AT ALL nor did they even cut/trim her butt and private areas which is essential for doodle grooming. My dog has very curly hair so when it is brushed the hair turn fluffy and frizzy, her hair was still wrapped in curls so I know they didn’t even bother brushing her out. $90 for half a haircut is ridiculous and infuriating! The 1 star can be for the groomer acting nice towards my dog while I was there.

My groomer, Ashley was very nice and very patient. My dog is 14 yrs old and has lots of old age bumps on her body and one large one we need to get looked into. She groomed my dog nicely and put her at ease so she was not as nervous as she was when we walked in. I am happy with the outcome.

Ashley is a fantastic groomer! She is so loving and kind to our very old dog. She takes the time to care for her and I know it is difficult because she has a lot of issues being as old as she is. We are very happy with her services!!!
