Arielle did an amazing job grooming my sweet mini aussiedoodle Tommy. It was his first trip to a professional, and we’ll be sure to come back. He looks and smells so fresh and so clean! Couldn’t recommend her enough.

This place doesn’t even deserve a half of a star. The first time they called me in the middle of giving my dog a haircut and told me to come pick her up because it was too cold in the salon, but they knew how cold it was when I dropped her off. The second time after I was there 9 minutes after her appointment time, I had to find someone for service. She was there for 15 minutes then the person who was supposed to groom her called saying that she was ready, after I paid over 60$ her service has to be rushed, I’m not going to say not done because I wasn’t there, but 60$ is too much money for 15 minutes of what supposed to be full services. Take your pet/babies somewhere else if you want satisfied results.

The parking here is awesome. They even have nifty fifteen minute parking for people who need to dash in quickly for something. They have a grooming salon here. They have a good, comprehensive selection of food and other necessities for a variety of pets. The selection of dog treats is particularly outstanding, though.

The lady who helped us with the fish was awesome. But my boyfriend and I came here on two separate occasions and had the same bad service from guy at the register. We waited around for help with fish and finally went to register for assistance and he was rude and very short with responses. Also quite a few dead bettas on display.

Groomer was kind but charged me the complete grooming fee and couldn't even cut his hair. Barely trimmed his nails. I feel it was a waste of my money. Won't take him back before and after pics. Below.

A can of cat food I got in my monthly delivery was damaged. I took the case of food in to the Beachwood store in order to exchange it for a new case. The staff were extremely helpful in making the exchange happen and ensuring that the membership rewards I had used for the initial purchase were applied to the exchange. Staff were friendly and we all had a good laugh over imagining how the original can managed to get so badly beat up in shipping.

This grooming was a C+, the way they handled the paperwork was insufficient. They were very nice but are always looking for a reason to send you away to a vet. The actual hair cut was mediocre. Prices are average also.

I was very surprised yesterday by how my Alstraian Shepherd was when I picked him up. He didn’t look like he had a hair Cut. They only trimmed him up and gave him a bath I think and a brushing. They said he would smell better with the product they use and he didn’t. So I will only go away with my pet with a polite person that attended me and the bill . What really makes me upset is I told them he really gets overheated and the long hair needs to go besides the shedding. Now I have to pay again in a week or so.

My new Petco store! I walked in this store a while ago and walked right back out because of how dirty it was; Barely anything was stocked and I stood up front for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me with crickets and nothing.I decided to take a peak inside today and WOW! What a difference. Great stock! Clean! The animals look happy and healthy and I was greeted by 2 employees as soon as I walked in. This store has come a long way and I'm impressed. I will be continously shopping here.

The only petco that has a tub to wash your dog. Kateline was most helpful on setting us for Izzy adventure for her first selfhelp Petco bath. $10.00 per dog for 30 minutes. They provide towels shampoo and a blow dryer w/wo heat. Five stars they rule

I have 3 dogs, all different sizes, breads and ages, from miniature dachshunds to a terrier down to a pit bull, actually up to a pit bull ... Lol. Stuff was extremely helpful and they didn't mind taking extra steps to accommodate my requests they even took a step farther to give a break down on a brand the store is carrying. Strongly recommend!

Correct pricing on shelves would be helpful. Bought 15 cans of cat food that was priced at 1.99. Got home and reviewed my receipt, saw that they were actually 2.15 apiece. Not cool.

Shop here if you want EXPIRED food and horrible customer service. Spoke with the manager Doug, who was very unhelpful and short. He only offered a solution after I pointed out the lack of assistance on their part for a mistake that their store had made in the first place. I'd recommend avoiding this place, I certainly won't be back. PetCo should consider making changes to the staff here, if they don't want business to be driven away by lack of attention to expired merchandise and apathetic employees.

My kitty is elderly and I thought maybe she could use the short scratching post/bed more easily than the traditional full sized cat tree/beds. Unfortunately & sadly, she is unable to use it.When I requested information on how to return it, an employee at this Petco reassured me that I could do so ANYTIME at ANY store location to avoid re-shipping fees. He told me that this is Petco’s return policy for online orders.I don’t live near any Petco’s, nor have the transportation to get to one, hence the online order.By the time I found someone I knew who was going to be somewhere near a Petco, some months had gone by. However, since the Petco employee assured me “ANYTIME/ANY LOCATION”, I went to the store. They absolutely refused to allow me to return the product- even after complimenting that this product is in brand new, pristine condition & a really nice product that they wished they carried in store. They also refused to call the Petco location that had promised me that this was standard return policy, AND refused to allow me to speak with their store manager, stating “She very rarely issues an override.”The fact that Petco cannot hold themselves accountable is unacceptable. There are SO many other pet stores both in store & online that have respect & appreciation for their customers. I would suggest that pet lovers use any of those over Petco.By the way, all of this was for an under $50 purchase 😕. What a shame.

This was a nice pet store. They have a cool pod setup for rodents and fish. We were there to buy a pet hamster and the lady helping us was very knowledgeable and obviously loved animals.

Had the exact brand of pet food I needed but was a bit pricey. I understand getting what you want can be expensive, but aside from that store was clean, staff was friendly, and the store was stocked and well lit. Thank you Petco
