Worker took forever to come cash us out then when she finally came over was rude and snippy to both me and my sister for no apparent reason, their card reader told me to remove the card so I did and she snipped at me saying “did you remove the card?” In a snippy tone to which I replied “yes it told me to” and she yelled back at me “i promise you it did not” then she proceeded to get upset with my sister for getting distracted trying to show me something in the checkout line for a split second and she snipped at her to remover her card.

Okay, this has been the 4th time of buying something from this location that was long expired. Do the two rude female employees that stock have any training?!This past expired nuisance was caffeinated water that tasted really gross - all seven bottles. We ended up just pouring them out and reusing the bottles with filtered water from our refrigerator because the taste was so overwhelmingly bad.Speaking of the two rude female employees that are supposed to stock and check these items, they refuse to move for anyone. They literally block the aisle with their stocking cart and I watched the employee look at the elderly woman trying to get past the cart and the employee turned to talk to the other rude female employee. I ended up walking up the aisle to move the cart for the woman so she could get what she needed. The swing the door to the stock room open at full force and have hit my son with the door on TWO separate occasions and neither never apologize.The aisles are always a mess, stock just left in the center of the aisle while the two employees just chat away or text on their phones.The male cashier, always nice and friendly.I dislike this location but endure it because it’s closer to my home but I’d rather go to the Eastgate location from now on.

Came in today Sunday had a great service from Robera ok running around the store for me helping me find everything and Monica ignored me and kept pushing me to go to her register when I was done customer she lacked on talking about her personal ex husband stealing experience s and laughing about it, too busy on her phone and writing

THEY HAVE EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!AND THE ARTS AND CRAFTS SECTION IS AS BIG AS WALMART, IM ONLY EXAGGERATING A TINY BIT, BUT I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

It's clean and organized. The workers are pleasant and professional. I love this Dollar Tree way more than I like the one located on 125 in Amelia. They make sure everyone is wearing a mask upon entering. Things are easy to find. The shelves are well organized and stocked. It is a pleasure shopping here.

This Dollar Tree just opened October 2020 and it is about .5 miles from Clermont Mercy Hospital. The location is AMAZING for anyone stuck at the Hospital and in need of items. They have food items, I have never seen at other locations. The store is always clean, workers nice as can be.

So far this is my favorite dollar tree around me. It definitely beats amelia and batavia. The store is always clean and I find it stocked most of the time. I seem to always find neat stuff at this location.

They have a lot of great things. Everything from food to holiday decorations and candy and they have a ton of craft and decoration Isles. Household items Etc. The best part about it is that everything is a dollar! This new location in Batavia is my special favorite lately because there are newer one and they have great selection of newer things from Dollar Tree

I went to the new Dollar Tree in the Batavia area. I was surprised to ree how well the store is organized rarely did i see items out of place. I met the assistant manager who at that time was collecting misplaced items. GOOD JOB BATAVIA!

Employees are incompetent and have no clue how to use the systems that they have! If you try to load money onto a chime card there let them know that it is able to be loaded through Green Dot! They seem to not know that so me as a customer has to inform them
