we have been going here for decades. I have had a few different Veterinarians that cared for my dogs and every one of them including the current have had tender hearts and loving care. We trust our Vet with our "child" and she has cured him every time.. Highly recommend them for the care of your pet.

Our, almost14 year old, German Shorthaired Pointer started going downhill the week before Thanksgiving. She was unable to barely move due to one of her legs. She had a couple of good days but over the weekend declined again. We decided it was time to take her somewhere and already knew what we would have to do. Animal Wellness Hospital was the only place near us with any availability and they took us in that day. I’m SO thankful for their kindness and service to us and our sweet, old pup. They gave us plenty of time with her, explained what would happen and just treated our whole family with compassion. The techs and the vet just went above and beyond during a really hard time for us all. A few months later they even all signed a card and sent it to us. I’m sure we have found a 2nd vet to call home❤️ We are so grateful for all that they did for us.

I took my cat Noah here to get his vaccines and check-up and I think they do a great job. They called me back to followed up for several days with concern. I think they really care and I'm great that they are my cat's vet. We will see them again next year thanks for the great job!

I had to put my cat to sleep and Doctor Lambert talked to me for a long time. She was very caring and the Staff is very caring as well. Jamie was so sympathetic. They let Me spend as much time as I wanted with My Cat. I would recommend them to anyone. They Really Do Care. ❤

These people put the patients first! I called at 10am on a Saturday morning. My baby, Libby, was not feeling well. I just moved to the area and they were very close to my house. The reason I decided to call them was because I pass them every day and had seen the sign. So, it was a shot in the dark when I called. They were completely booked and were going to close in 2 hours. The receptionist put me on hold and spoke with the doctor. They told me they would fit me in. So nice! They recommended an exam, bloodwork, and xrays. The cost was not that bad. It's in line with most veterinary hospitals I've been to in the past. The doctor was super nice! She was very personable and I felt extremely comfortable with her. The diagnosis was a pyometra, which needed immediate surgery and hospitalization. They referred me to MedVet because she was going to need around the clock care. When I arrived, they had to take her right to surgery and she was hospitalized for 2 days. If Animal Wellness Hospital had not fit me in, then sent me to MedVet, my little 2# dog would have died within a very short time.For those that left negative reviews, due to cost, not sure where you've been previously, but they are totally in line with other vets. If you're being charged less, I would question the quality of medicine.

The best place to take your fur-babies! They are excellent with my cats, as well as my dogs. In truth, not many vets are good with cats. I HIGHLY recommend Animal wellness for all your pets health needs!

Very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I was not happy about the "curbside" process when making my appointment BUT they reversed my position on it. They ask you to stay there and once the vet finished the exam she spent a lot of time talking to me about the findings, plan forward, etc. There really wasn't a difference between their curbside process and a traditional office visit.

Do not waste your money! A new patient is $50 and a follow up is $40.00 for the visit and have paid over $500 in the two visits.We adopted a rescue and AWH has charged over 500.00 for shots, medicine that we have to administer, they’ll only do nail clippings for $16, and the staff could not confirm if they actually gave the dog one of her doses while we were there.Horribly mismanaged, Billing is cut-throat, and staff are completely under-whelming.Going to My-Pet’s-Vet in Mason, Ohio.

We have always been big fans of the Animal Wellness Hospital concerning the care of our family cat, Princess. We just returned from having to say "Good bye" after 16 years. I cannot begin to express the gratitude that we feel for the staff in the midst of the personal sadness in the loss of this family member. Their thoughtfulness and compassion were extraordinary. Went to the vet thinking my puppy had Kennel Cough. They ran $500 worth of tests and diagnosed my animal with a chest X-ray withconfidence, I was told it was pneumonia due to an X-ray before the results come back. Once the results came back its simply Kennel Cough. This place over charges for everything and realistically, have no idea. Nice people, but not worth the money. Lost my business

My young dog is dead. They have no imaging capability. No way to view inside the dog. Most other vets in the area have these standard technologies.Proceed with caution. Ask the right questions.

I called to get pricing on a neutering for my kitten and she said they also have to run a test before neutering which is understandable but it was 1 test, a vaccine and the neutering and she said it would be $300..That’s just ridiculous for a blood test and a vaccine and neutering and the lady was kind of rude to me on the phone as well.. Will not be going here!
